I would highly recommend Lallier’s Honda for purchasing a new car and servicing and repairing any Honda you have I recently brought my 2020 Honda ridgeline in for repairs from an accident and the young lady that worked in the body shop I believe her name was Leanne was very professional and courteous. She helped guide me through the whole process kept me up-to-date on my repairs and the guys in the body shop got my car ready quicker than I expected. And the work is incredible it looks beautiful. I would also like to mention another employee who works in the service department Sandra, another professional and courteous employee I took my vehicle in to have a heated steering wheel installed and there was a misunderstanding about the price and she corrected the problem very quickly and got me on my way. Lallier Honda has the best staff from sales to service even all the way to the body shop very professional people I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody I know. I am now a Lallier customer for life.

They made the car buying experience easy and pleasurable. The salesman Jean was superb, the manager was very helpful and the delivery of the vehicle was outstanding.
The only issue I had was with the finance guy, Christian - his friendly demeanour quickly changed when I said I didn’t want to purchase a service package or extended warranty. I would say he was unpleasant. I’m still leaving a 5 star rating as I feel that one bad employee shouldn’t affect the whole place. The rest of the staff more than made up for it and made my experience a pleasurable one. I would recommend this place.

We took our time, we went to multiple Honda dealerships in Ottawa to look for a Honda CRV, we had a list of what we wanted in terms of price, mileage, year, body, colour.. we found it at this dealership. We were also able to trade in our old van which helped. The team was respectful and professional. I have been driving the car for a couple of months now, I’m happy with my purchase.
This place was great. Bought affordable windshield wiper insert replacements and they generously install it for you right then and there free of charge. Other places that I called all had ridiculous service fees. I highly recommend their service and business model.
I bought a used vehicle at Lallier in Hull (Gatineau) a couple of weeks ago and it was an incredibly positive experience. It was not even a Honda! I was super impressed by virtually every person throughout the process. Lotfi and Fil were top notch on the sales side: honest, helpful and fair, and great to work with. The vehicle was fixed up to a high standard and they stood behind it. When I noticed a noise in the steering a few days after I took possession I brought it back and they happily repaired it no questions asked. The service department experience was one of the best I have seen as well with very friendly people. I would definitely go back to buy a vehicle there, even though I live in Ottawa. I just happen to own a Honda as well and am considering taking my car there for repairs, despite the distance. They earned a big fan from this experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Honda or a used car.
I've went to a few dealership and had the worst experience ever. My last stop was honda lallier and they were honest about everything and helped me get a brand new honda civic 2020 in my budget. They're not pushy to sell you stuff and they actually listen to what you say.

Had my vehicle towed in at noon because it wouldn’t start. They called me back same day car was finished at 430. Issue was fixed in a efficient and timely manner. Very pleased and will recommend. Thank you to the lovely receptionist there near the service desk she was wonderful.

At the last service one of their 'professional technicians' forgot to reset the service reminder and to reattach the battery cable which resulted in an intermittent replace battery warning.

This was the first maintenance i’ve done and I was satisfied with the result. I’ll see if going the extra mile for the customer (i.e. free exterior car wash) is part of their ethics in order to provide outstanding customer service and retain clients.

Choosing Lallier Honda was the smartest and best decision I made leasing my new Honda Civic. Buying my first car after 7 years, I wanted to go with a dealership and people I'll be comfortable with. I checked different options around the National capital Region, both in Ottawa and Gatineau, and Lallier was the best all along the way. My experience at Lalier Honda was wonderful, I'm always paranoid when I go in a dealership to buy a car being a women , but my sales person Ryan was very funny great personality made me feel comfortable right away , I bought a used muttubishi Lancer ( pink rims 😃) . Rejean was the person in charge of my financing got me approved on a second chance to credit very professional straight to the point . I would also like to mention that the service after sale was pretty amazing, I had a slow leak in my tire and I don't have the vip package, they still accommodated me right away . The ladies at the service department was very sweet . If your looking for a dealership that is professional I would highly recommend this place .

No pressure sales firstly; refreshing at very least. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about the vehicles in the showroom and was extremely patient. He spent close to an hour with me reviewing various payment options, leasing versus buying, new versus used and much more.
I looked a little rough that day but he didn't judge me on appearances; I dropped in quickly to look at the leases for sale and didn't intend to stay long but he really went the extra mile.

Gotta admit my sales man was great... But the place does not seem organized 😑 i bought a used car and the same day i noticed problemes on my way home with it. My sales man was great about it all and got me an apointment to gix it for free. I then showed up to my apointment a month later and someone forgot to wright down my apointment. Although its not a very well organised place, they keep their promises and they took my car in even if my apointment was not written down.

I purchased a used Honda Civic from this location in November of 2018. I am pleased with the result of the transaction - I think I paid a fair price and the financing agreement was reasonable. However, the service I received there was less than adequate. I am not bilingual, and I was paired with a sales representative who did not speak fluent English. This resulted in a number of mis-communications and errors in the paperwork that had to be re-done. Luckily, we caught everything prior to signing the final documents, but it was a frustrating experience. There were also stains on the backseat, which the representative guaranteed would be removed during the cleaning process. Upon pick-up, I noticed this was forgotten, so I left the car with them again for a proper cleaning. In the end, they weren't able to get the stains out. I was offered a free oil change in compensation. I can live with the stains, but it was disappointing to have a guarantee made and then not executed. Overall, I would probably return to this dealership for a future car purchase, but only after researching and selecting a well-reviewed sales representative in advance.

Bought my Honda here. They go above and beyond expectation from purchasing the car to getting it serviced. I got to the center one minute after closing due to getting really lost, and everyone was leaving. The lady went in and assisted me regardless. Really great team that help each other give the gold standard of service. Would highly recommend.

They charged me 4$ for a small screw that fell from my car key. It's not a lot of money but it's terribly over priced... I can't imagine how much they charge for more expensive parts!

Came here to get financing ok no a great car and the staff were very friendly. Offered water and seen to quickly even though I was 30 min early. Process was quick and they covered changing over to Ontario. 200 deposit for delivery oil change gas filled and everything checked out. Just awaiting confirmation. Thought I'd write a review while I waited.

Hi my name is Daniel i bought a car from you march 9th 2016 a brand new 2016 honda civic touring amazing car BUT since the first day i bought my car from you ive had problems ive had to bring my car in because of a problem with the radio and its still on going. At this point ive brought my car in ruffly 7 times not including my next appointment on the 21 st of june for the same DAMN problem that they tell me is fix EVERY DAMN TIME i get my car back.... I bought my car at Lallier Hull bought the car off Joey Levert who said he takes care of his clients and that he is in it for the long HAUL the guy is a two face he sold me the car has never followed up with me to ask me if every is going good not even once talk about a salesman lol its a joke i was even looking into having my girlfriend buy a CRV because of how AT FIRST he pitched everything to me but now after all these problems and having to wait and WASTING MY MONEY on gas to bring my car to Lallier every other week is unacceptable.. Im Unhappy at the lack of service and all i want is the CAR i paid for and not a LEMON that i have to bring in EVERY DAY You need to help me cause my next step is going to be pasting this to my wall on facebook to show the lack of customer service im getting and having to bring a brand new car in 7 times + the next one again ... Compensation and even fixing my issue would be great for starters since ive had to bring my car in so many times that ive for sure burnt my tanks of gas for an issue you should of fixed the first time and not dragging this on for 3 months on going. I've had an amazing experience at Lallier Hull. Bought my Civic in 2005 and have had it serviced there since. Friendly service, honest dealings, I'll be buying my next vehicle there too. Interestingly, I had the same experience with Ottawa Honda back in 1990!
Dropped in to pick up a new Accord after getting terrible service in Gatineau. Was greeted immediately by a super friendly, knowledgeable salesman.
Ended up pulling the trigger a few days later. The salesman was patient and understanding all the way through my barrage of questions and emails. Can't complain there.
My only gripes are that he never offered to cut me a deal despite my taking on multiple accessories and features and, when delivered, my car was missing its winter mats and the summer tires hadn't been placed in the car which caused me to wait at the dealership for 45 minutes for that. They had also installed winter tires when I had explicitly requested that the car be left on the summer mags. They also failed to apply Aquapel as it was part of a package I purchased. While all minor issues, it's really tarnished the overall experience.
Overall great experience with sales, bad experience with delivery.
I wonder if Lallier realizes the backlash that advertising with GasBuddy is creating? By using an blatantly greedy app provider that now splashes ads across half your entire screen, I remember Lallier, but not in a good way! In the digital and real worlds the greed for profit at the expense of the consumer must be carefully managed lest the perception of consent be applied to the advertiser. Is half the price of my Lallier car their profit???? If Lallier condones the format of their ad monopolizing half my screen at my expense, I will never set footprint be it digital or real on their premises!
