Recently I was stuck, my Accord would not start. I contacted the local Honda dealership in Summerside & explained the problem. Ernie who happens to be the service manager & a colleague came to the rescue (still can't believe the service manager would come). Somehow Ernie got the car started (saved me a $100 tow). Ernie drove me home, my car was taken to the dealership & fixed the next day, after a overnight order for the part from Montreal. I'm from Toronto. To say I was dumbfounded by this level of customer service is an understatement. My problem was fixed, on time, no hassle, under the amount I expected to pay. Many times I've left a place and thought I did not get a fair shake. This time I did. They just got a new customer.

Very kind, my father took my car in as I was called into work. They gave him a car to use while they were working on mine (after I had said I don't need one). Honda ensured my car was clean (inside was left how I left it) but the exterior was washed before returning the car to my father. They called to confirm my address and discuss what was being done with my car. Very happy! Also had to cancel my original appt due to a storm and that was not an issue (with only a half hour notice). They were quick to rebook me the next week at the same time (which was the appt my father took the car to)! He was very pleased as well!

Was pleased to find the car we were looking for at this location. After finding the car my experience went downhill. Would recommend driving to Charlottetown Honda for any Honda related needs. They have a habit of telling you what you want to hear then going back on their word. To name only a few examples of this:
was told we could remove the 500 dollar used floor mats and or not have to pay for them(ended up being told to buy the floor mats or not not buy the car),
was told the oil would be changed before we picked it up(oil was not changed),
was told there was a trunk liner included( there was not).
I love Hondas, but I do not love summerside Honda. As an added bonus, the trunk button does not work on my 40 000dollar Honda 👍

I have been a leased vehicle in this dealership last 2016, but I was traded when I change to a new one at the other dealer. Very awesome experience every time I had a maintenance on my leased car. A long ago when I comeback, I had been experienced too long to wait to change tire of my vehicle for 2hours maybe because I did not own honda vehicle at all. My vehicle model is incorrect in my receipts, my last name is incorrect spelling, staffs in the service are not really customer friendly except in the showroom area. Never again to book for change tire of my vehicle at centennial honda summerside.

The experience at Centennial Honda is the exact same every time, friendly and professional.
From asking me if I'd like a drive anywhere, or need a vehicle, to advising me on what my car needs from their observance, and in this case with winter prep it was a wiper I needed, and giving the final touch with a professional wash.....I leave the premises with the same gorgeous look as the day I bought it and drove it off the lot.
This service was especially excellent this trip in because I needed to have my Bluetooth reconnected as my cell phone had suffered a glitch and needed to be put back to factory setting, which totally put everything out of whack in the car setting, but the Service Manager, took the time, was very patient with it, and friendly. He also set my car to 911, and I feel safe and secure knowing I'll be taken care of in an emergency.
Can't get any better than this my fellow shoppers!

Went to Centennial Honda today, looking for a hatchback/small sedan and a midsize SUV....walked in with my Dad around 11am. We could hear lots of voices so we walked in their direction, past an office with 2 men, both of whom looked up at us for a moment and carried on with whatever they were doing. In the large main area of the building, there was a group of approximately 12 people standing in a circle while a German Shepherd was doing some kind of trick or whatever. We hung back for a minute (at least 3 of said people noticed us......and continued to ignore us), and then my Dad walked closer to the circle of people, in hopes of some acknowledgement, but I guess since neither of us had neither four legs or fur, that didn't happen. The circle of adults then dispersed and WALKED AWAY from the area and us. Not one person, NOT ONE said ONE WORD to either of us!!!! NOT. ONE. WORD. Not even a smile, eye contact or anything. Absolutely the WORST first impression I've had in my whole life. Now I completely understand why your lot was full of cars and the Toyota and Hyundai dealerships we went to were not. But their service was absolutely stellar.....you get one star because there is no option for no stars. Honestly, with what I saw, you should get negative stars. Congratulations on losing 2 potential sales in less than 5 minutes and providing the worst customer service EVER.

My wife and I were visiting from halifax for the week. In Halifax there was a 2 to 3 week waiting period for oil changes. Doug Bryson booked us right away, offered a loaner car and had everything done within a half hour. Excellent service, very friendly staff, even offered to wash the car for us, and our car is a SUBARU haha definitely recommend! 👍

First mistake i did was to buy a car from Centennial Honda. Never going to make this mistake ever again. Secondly I got it serviced from Honda. Oil change was OK. but worst service I’ve ever seen. Gave me a paperwork written COMPLIMENTARY CAR WASH in bold letter. I am not an idiot that I’ll not be able to spot the difference between a “Washed” and a dirty car.
Moreover, Found a big fresh scratch on my car after service. I keep a close eye on it to avoid any scratches but seeing a scratch that’s not even my fault hurts more.
I’d never suggest anyone to get a new car serviced here or even buy a new one.
NEVER going back to this shitty place again and letting everyone know in my contact to never visit.
Was looking for new car for my brother and it’s never gonna be a Hondashit now. Probably selling mine if i get a good deal somewhere else.

There’s been multiple times I’ve gone to try to test drive a vehicle and had to run around searching for someone to help me. The service was awful, and the vehicles are not well kept. We saw vehicles really dirty, windows left down over a weekend where it was pouring rain. Not happy with the dealership at all!

First thing, when we came to look this car sales Rep did not know that this car is on sale.

We got our used CRV here a couple years afo for a great price. They worked well between us and our bank for us to be able to get the best loan deal. There was a little damage to the intertior leather which was not fixed and maybe unfixable. Weve taken it back fix ups and have always had very friendly well priced service. I'm from Halifax. I was interested in a car so I called about it and got connected with a salesman, Chesly Chasain. Seem great at first told me for the year and km it was in excellent condition. 2014 with 80k. So I decided to drive up and take a look at it cause the price was great. When I got there it was on the inside great but the outside was rough. This kept me from not wanting the car. We made a deal with the exception of it being buffed with a few other requests one being he would pay my bridge fair back to Halifax when I come pick it up. Well I went to pick it up. (With 2g deposit)and it was waxed ??? And no bridge fair saying it will be mailed to me in a cheque. Almost 3 months later with 2 phone calls saying it was in the mail.... No cheque. As well. The other things were not done. I had to deal with it on my own. Liars in my eyes. If your not local on the island stay away. Thanks Chesly .... Guess you need the $48 more than I did
