Great service experience! Drove to PEI from Winnipeg, MB and had a couple of mechanical issues that popped up while on the island. All fixed up now at a very reasonable cost. drove from Ontario with new tires on my crv but when I arrived at Montague the low pressure warning came on ....I drove over to capital with no appointment but the woman at the service desk took me right in where we were offhanded to Andrew who was the epitomy of service and professionalism.... he re set all the tire pressures and walked me thru the re calibration process and sent us on our way with no charge ....thanks to the great service team at capital Honda.....larry
I called to make a service appointment and when I asked for a quote or the fee for the diagnosis service, the associate raised her voice at me and accused me of asking them to work for free. When I asked her not to raise her voice at me, she then yelled "I'm not raising my voice at you!" and hung up on me.
Best place in town to buy honda cars. Very friendly staffs. They give more options according to your need. Im happy with honda cars just because of the sales representatives. Definitely I will recommend.

I was picking up a part for my Honda a good price
Took 2 hours to change tires, damaged 2 rims and told me it was road rash. They admitted tool damage and agreed to have them repaired. Repair shop says only one is being covered. Won't be back and I tell everyone I meet not to either.

There is a guy named wade “who send me a message that do you have any questions about this car at 3:19in the afternoon and when i reached there at 5:10 . He said the car was sold few days ago.
All he said if you would have called us “ we must have make sure that it’s available
But if its not available why was you sending message about the car if i have any questions about it ?
Guy named mathew “he took the call when i called honda and i asked if so and so car is showing me online is still available? I asked him twice - he said yes
When i reached there wade took me for the service and said its sold.
They provide wrong information and also longest waiting time for atleast half an hour.

My personal experience is that they have, and continue to, go above and beyond. They will have my business for as long as I have a Honda product and the service of this shop and the reliability of the product is selling me on Honda for my first motorcycle as well; even though they don't sell them they still represent the brand well.

Worst service team ever i went there 3 months ago when winter started for my Honda civic condenser recall and all the summer is gone still waiting for my condenser to get replaced.. left voicemails to service manager they don’t even care about your messages or calls.. will never go there again and will not recommend to anyone..

With Covid-19 and the extra safety measures in place, my car was picked up in my driveway and delivered back to me after getting my summer tires on and my annual inspection done. Great team - Great Service Department. Paul and his team always listen carefully and make the best recommendations based on your needs rather than making a quick buck. Super technology with online booking, status board or text status notification, coffee and snacks for the kiddies. Drive up service - get out your car inside... Why take your Honda anywhere else?

All business here, not particularly friendly. I just stopped in for differential fluid which involves getting it from parts then going up front to pay. I’ve never dealt with them as a car dealer so I can’t comment.
Just had the exact same experience as I had about a year ago trying to book my car in...Same worker, same attitude. Didn't listen to what I was asking and continued to talk over me... If I can find somewhere else to go in the meantime to get my car looked at, I plan on cancelling. It is unfortunate because any other time I physically go in to pick up my car, I receive excellent service from the guys in automotive and ladies at the front desk.
We were in due to a recall on our vehicle. They were very helpful with any questions we asked, helped us with our options and finding the best resolution. We were looking at a newer CRV but the salesperson found one a year older, with the same specs, and better pricing that fit our budget the best! AJ and Peter were a great help during a stressful situation!

Made an appointment a week in advance, but was still left waiting for more than 2 hours while they performed a simple oil change! They didn't even top off the fluids or perform other routine maintenance. Not to mention that the price was absolutely absurd - $65! Next time I'll take it to a local mechanic who will do it in a quarter of the time for half the price!
Really friendly and helpful staff. Had work done on my car and they shuttled me to work.
We had our car for inspection and repair (replace of a wheel bearing) there. The first appointment was recommended to us for October 12 -> Thanksgiving. Of course, on this day no one was there. The shop changed the wheel bearing and additionally both lower ball joints. We got our inspection sticker. A day later we heard a noise when braking. New appointment on the following Friday. After 3 hours of waiting they finally realized that now the brake hoses must be renewed. New date: Friday in two weeks.
Last Friday, the brake hoses were changed. Now (again) we have another noise, we let check this also. Determined was now that the U-joints in rear propeller shaft would have to be replace.
Since the last repair, we now have additionally grinding noise in front and (according to another shop) a faulty lower ball joint due to an low grade replacement part of the Honda shop.

My wife and I love our Honda CRV and will not hesitate to go back to PEI and get our next vehicle (from N.S).
