Sorry for my long review. Please read. Stay clear of this dealership. They will sell you a piece of crap and then expect you to just be ok with it. I have worked with Derrick in Sales here. I have been in touch with Trevor, Dominic, Fara, Sara, the list goes on. The General Manager is John Biglow does he does not answer his phone. I have left him three VM's so we could try to sort out my issues. Buy a Toyota if you are considering a Honda. Way better reliability. I sincerely regret my purchase. Honda has too many issues. I bought a brand new Odyssey and the same day I had 3 issues. I purchased a vehicle 3 weeks ago from this dealership, a new 2019 Honda Odyssey Touring. I purchased it on Sept 18th, 2019. We were scheduled to pick it up on Sept 25th at 1pm. I got a call from Trevor on that day saying the Car will not be ready, pick it up Sept 27th. My Sales rep was Derrick Charles. I came as scheduled to pick up my car on Sept 27th and met with Trevor. The Bill of Sale was wrong and had to be corrected three times before they said it was ok to re-sign. When they finally brought my car, it was not clean. They said, sorry, let us clean it. I had completed my PDI which was poorly done with Dominic and Trevor(we did the PDI outside, not in a bay). Then when I was about to leave, they asked me if they could mail out my Ownership, to which I said no. They finally ran back to the Ministry and got my Ownership for me. I did not leave the dealership till nearly 5pm on Friday and had to head back from Whitby to Brampton(88 kms away). Whole day wasted. Now I drive the car home and I notice the Oil is at 50%. This is a brand new car and the oil change should have been done(showing 100%). Then I hear a noise from the brakes which is constantly heard. I call Trevor right away and explain these issues. There were actually three issues, the brakes, the oil change and the rear temperature control was not working. Trevor ordered the part for me and scheduled me to bring the car in on Wednesday Oct 2nd. The car is brought in and looke
I took my CRV for oil change and the recall on airbag. When I got my car back, the part that they have to open to get access to passenger's airbag contains the USB port. I used the USB port for playing music from an iPod and for charging my phone. When I got my car back, the USB port was tucked away and it wasn't working anymore. They also left a large oil stain on my visor. I made an appointment to take the car back and for them to fix what they broke. I wasted a whole day waiting for them to look at my car even though the appointment was at 8am in the morning. There was no communication (with Nicholas) unless I kept asking. At the end of the day, Nicholas said that if they are to fix it, it would come out of my own pocket. Honda should warn their customers that the recall fix will break their USB port and that the customer would be responsible for getting it fixed.
I bought my first car from Whitby Oshawa Honda this past week. I dealt primarily with Bryan, who is a very welcoming, kind and most importantly, reasonable salesman. He made me feel very comfortable from the minute I walked into Honda, and led me to choose the SUV that was right for me. I also dealt with Fara and Peter- both were also a delight and conducted themselves with a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend Whitby/Oshawa Honda for your next (or first!) car purchase.
Just bought a used 2016 HR-V from this dealership yesterday and I am super satisfied with the purchase process. I have visited every Honda Dealership in search for a good used HR-V and I have never seen this level of professionalism in any other dealership. Tony, my sales agent was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. One of the things that I really liked was the fact that sales agents were not pushy at all! I would absolutely recommend Tony and this dealership for anyone who is looking for a car or service.
I dealt primarily with Derrick but also with Trevor, George, Dominik and Fara. I am happy to say all parties conducted themselves very professionally. This team was able to make the purchasing experience a comfortable one and given I that I was buying a Volkswagen the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and eager to answer or search for answers to any/all questions. It was very refreshing to deal with approachable parties that don't try to spoon feed you garbage to make the sale. I was also very impressed with the attention I received after I signed the contract. The commitment and care continued after the sale was made, something I have found little hard to come by in the past.
Fara coordinated really amazing with me behaved nice, though I rescheduled my date three times. Nice experience.
Dan O is very energetic person deal nicely. Talking about the car price was very okay I won't say I got the great deal but it was good the regular one.
Jawed was an excellent salesman. He made the experience of purchasing a car very enjoyable! We never felt pressured at any point to make a purchase. When we walked onto the dealership, we were immediately welcomed by John Christie. He didn’t feel like a typical salesman, and we felt very comfortable instantly. John was relatable and reasonable, and didn’t pressure us in anyway. I would recommend John to any of our friends and family, and know that they were in good hands. Calvin and Amy were also fantastic. We had a good experience from beginning to end, and to top it all off from putting the deposit down to picking up was within three business days.

Great experience. Derrick was the sales associate who worked with us to find the car we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about different models and was able to provide us with information about specific features that we were looking for. Kyle helped us with the financing of the car and Fara coordinated the delivery. All were extremely friendly and professional.

Walked in last week with my daughter not knowing what to expect. What I needed was something good to happen for her and looking up from his desk was Jonathan. I have dealt with many sales people including car sales and this one was the real deal. Jonathan was professional and confident in what he was talking about. He helped us feel comfortable and went above and beyond in helping my daughter find the perfect fit with her Mother’s watchful eyes upon him. He definitely helped me feel a part of the process and still had my daughter in the lead. When things got a little difficult he boosted us up and stayed calm without rushing us out the door. I have never met a more honest car sales professional as Jonathan and although I have no intention of driving a Honda he may have swayed me when it is time for a new vehicle. Jonathan introduced us to Brad on the last leg of the deal and Brad was amazing as well. These two are a team and I nudge you to look for The Dynamic Duo of Jonathan and Brad when it is time to purchase a vehicle. We bought a used vehicle and had the pleasure of having Jason throughout our purchasing experience. He was very easy going, knowledgeable and responsive to phone calls and texts for any questions we had. He made us feel very comfortable, and like we were talking with a good friend rather than a pushy salesperson. Usually I feel very pressured in most car dealerships and that salespeople get annoyed that I've wasted their time if I don't decide to buy on my first visit; however, I never for a second felt any pressure to rush through a decision with Jason. It was the first time I've actually felt happy and confident with my car purchase with no buyer's remorse. When we picked up our vehicle, Jason took the time to walk us through every feature on the car even though I'm sure he was very busy that day.
The other staff were great as well! Before we had even talked about cars on our initial visit, the floor manager also took the time to greet us and thank us for visiting. I can't tell you how many times at other dealerships I've been ignored because I'm a female and don't look like I'm a serious customer. Fara also walked us through the paperwork quickly and efficiently, and made sure our kids were entertained with toys! The financing representative Kyle laid out all the options for us but never made us feel like we were committing a sin if we didn't upgrade all options.
There are probably at least 15 other Honda dealerships closer to my home but I must say, it is worth the drive to a dealership that values its customers! They are definitely passionate about customer satisfaction. That, and they have such a large selection of new and used cars at great prices!

I personally had a stress free and enjoyable experience buying and looking at cars at this dealership. Meagan was very attentive to my needs and helped in finding a vehicle that fit my current situation. Fara did a great job walking me though the fiscal policies and was very accommodating for my naivety. Their manager Trevor was also upfront and honest about the value of my trade in and even had suggestion on how to maximize the value I could get for it my selling other components before trading it in. Overall it was a very enjoyable and good experience and I look forward to my new vehicle.

We found our experience purchasing a used 2016 Honda to be very positive. The dealership is very welcoming. Derrick was very thorough, knowledgeable and patient with the several cars we test drove and inspected. Their used car selection is very comprehensive. Amy was very pleasant and efficient upon delivery. Overall recommended.
Great car buying experience. Nick was the best salesperson that I encountered. He was friendly, genuine, and extremely helpful. This has been a very pleasurable experience, i have always dreaded buying a car, and that too brand new. This sounds a bit corny, but John seriously worked with us to put together a deal that worked within our budget. No special sales tactics, just straight up worked with what we could afford.
I'm an engineer, so I needed the numbers and facts laid out in front of me so I could crunch the numbers myself. John took the time to do just that.
Everything was setup and went smoothly when we picked up the car too.
Definitely returning here for my next car purchase.

This is by far the best Honda dealership. In the GTA. I went in looking for a used car and met with Richie who took his time to show us the inventory and found a car that was best suited to my needs. After a test drive we talked numbers and i was able to get a good deal for the civic. Picking up the car was smooth and easy. Matt Page did an excellent job in selling us a new car. Not pushy, listened well and made excellent suggestions. Was a real pleasure working with him. Fara also did an excellent job on the delivery of the new car. Since my old car was 16 years old there were a lot of changes and new things to learn. She explained things well.
Best car purchase ever. I always believed in Google reviews, it does give a lot of information from people who dealt with the place before. First of all the staff is very friendly and helpful. I dealt with Joseph, who was fantastic. He is knowledgable and trustworthy, not pushy at all he takes his time to make sure he is assisting. He helped me to purchase a car, then the next person I dealt with was Peter. Again very friendly straightforward and not pushy. I always disliked talking about the extra warranty etc and I know from my experiences some guys keep on asking and asking creating scenarios to scare you to make a sale. But with Peter, he is just the opposite no horror show. 👍. And finally, I dealt with Amy the delivery coordinator, she was Amazing. Again very friendly professional with a nice smile on her face. I highly recommend this place, I shared my honest and personal experience with this company. Anyone pay a visit to see what exceptional customer service feels like, no purchase necessary. They don't ask you right away if you are ready to buy or not. I know some other places they do. Worth's to drive from Toronto.
Whitby Honda is the most reasonable place to buy your vehicle from. As per my analysis and market research, Whitby Honda seemed to be the most reasonable.
The sales associate, Jawed, is the best one can ask for. From hospitality to the connection, he always had been an 11 out of 10. It might not be appropriate to tell it here but he went all out the way to pick me up from the Railway Station as I had no means to get to the location. He coordinated with me so well that I had to face zero discomfort.
Additionally, 5 STAR to this guy.
Fara being another gem employee with them. She made a lot of adjustments for myself and made the process even smoother. She made sure that I had the best customer experience.

Really good experience here. Fara and Mike were very accommodating. They communicated through the whole process of me buying a 2019 Honda. The process itself was very simple and the customer service was very good. I traveled from Ajax to Oshawa to go to this particular branch due to good customer service. I highly recommend this branch in particular if you are interested in buying a Honda.
I booked an appointment with a salesperson, and was met right on time. I met with Joseph, and he took the time to find out what my needs and wants were. I felt at ease through the entire process, and bought a new car through him that same day. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!
I didn’t particularly enjoy the delivery of my new car, however. Dealing with Amy was an unpleasant experience. She was an hour late to meet me - and while I completely understand that extenuating circumstances arise, I wasn’t even given the courtesy of an update, or approximate time when I would be seen. Because of this delay, everything else seemed rushed. When it came to finally looking at my new car, she didn’t have a solid understanding of the model, or its features. All of this combined with her dismissive attitude made for a rather disappointing encounter.
All that being said, I won’t let the one unpleasant dealing sour my taste for the rest of the experience. The treatment I received from other staff members was incredibly pleasant, from the receptionist to the sales manager; they all made buying this new car enjoyable.
