Sales went smooth after knowing unhaggle price, however I got the new Honda CR-V with a defect even if the mechanic signed the paper about car perfect condition.
I don't recommend this dealership. I bought a new crv 2017 . According to paper one of their mechanic certified that Car is in perfect condition. However, it has defected driver seat. Frustrated with this service and how manager nick and mark handle this situation.
I went to the dealership and dealt with Elie. He was great to work with start to finish. Not pushy like most other dealerships. He really listened to what I was looking for and my budget. Would highly recommend him. Thanks Elie!

Start to Finish nothing but excellent customer service. Elie was understand with our budget and made sure and found us a vehicle just right. Never rushed us and took his time in making sure we were satisfied. He was well experienced and knowledgable. Joe the finance manager was great and understanding. He made sure we understand all contract and made it east to understand. Our whole family loves the service provided and we will continue to stay loyal to the location. The owner is doing a great job running the place and choosing the employees.

Went for my first service on my first car, a 2009 Honda Civic. While being young and not knowing much about how these things work I was very welcomed and assisted with all my needs! Bill did a wonderful job introducing me to the car and everything it had to offer. He took the time to explain lease/finance options, and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my decision.
Then on to Mike who helped us get everything finalized so we could drive away in our brand new car.
All in all I was very pleased with my experience.

I was at Ottawa Honda for a 2013 Accord Sport. The sales person was very experienced and gave me all the information about the car and the competitors(which I had already done before coming!). But the deal breaker came in when I was negotiating the contract and finance terms. They were very respectful towards me and was able to get me a great deal not just the car, but the warranty and rust proofing.
I took my ex there and she got a 2012 (previous year) model and a bargain of a deal there. The people there were quite helpful given her credit is quite new...
I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family when getting a new Honda.
