I agreed with Sales person Navjit (Nav) on the details for buying a new Honda and trading in another near month end. I however preferred to wait two days in anticipation of better lease rate. Nav assured me that the current rate is for two months and therefore will not change before end of the following month. After picking up the car with one business day Honda reduced the lease rate by 1%. I feel misled to have incurred over a thousand dollar in additional lease interest expenses as a result.

You don't tell your customers that they have got to be kidding if they are presenting a certain expectation. You don't convey to your customers that they are being silly and did not deserve to be there. I am never going to go to that dealership and may never buy Honda just because of how he made us feel.

-I recently purchased my vehicle and one of the salesman can't remember what he said. Ended up paying more. They don't follow up with customer and want to ignore this kinda problem and told me senior manager will call but never call.. I really regret. It is my worst experience ever. After my appointment on Monday for a safety check, I noticed that my brakes were grinding and the drive was bumpy. This was not the condition of my car when I brought it in. I called Honda to let them know, so they told me to bring it back in. When I brought the car back on Wednesday, they told me the mechanic had rotated the tires (without my knowledge or consent). Then I was told I would have to pay to have my tires rotated back to the original state. They did not advise me on the Monday visit of this change. In fact they said it was a safety check and nothing would be changed. I had to explain to the adviser that I brought the car in for a safety check and that I was not made aware of any changes they were going to do. The adviser agreed with me and he had the mechanic reverse the tires back to the original state. When I received the service invoice, I noticed it did not indicate what work was done (again). I had to asked the adviser to update the service invoice to indicate what work was performed.

This is unacceptable. Honesty and quality are pillars of customer service, and these were not evident in my experience. I will be taking my car to another mechanic for a second opinion on the recommendations that were made. How could you expect customers to come back or even recommend your services? Hopefully, this brings some improvements. I will certainly never bring my car in for service again.

Had to own my leased vehicle and all 4 brakes were done from Certified Honda dealership a month ago and the service guy refused to issue safety certificate for my vehicle stating that the brakes need grease and I told him that when brakes were installed the grease was put in them as we cannot install them without grease and was charged $220 for greasing all 4 brakes
They are ripping people off
Will recommend everyone not to go there as I myself have business and I know how to give excellent services for my clients which these people need to learn

Had a great experience BUYING the car with Ratna but when it came to calling about service, the way I was spoken to was disgusting. I guess because I already bought the car & gave them the money my experience no longer matters. In my opinion all servicing should’ve been completed when I bought the car & then I started receiving letters in the mail supposedly from their marketing team telling me of the servicing that my vehicle now required. The woman I spoke to in their servicing department was not only rude but very condescending, even to the point that when I advised her about how unsatisfied I was, her answer was “have a great day” & hung up the phone. Is that the way you treat customers???? Very disappointed & disgusted with the services.

UPDATE (Aug 2019) Don’t be fooled by the below message of concern towards my review above! I contacted that email address with my concerns & on top of that after I wrote my initial review I found out that all 4 tires are having issues causing the pressure to get dangerously low, this means that I now have to buy tires out of my own pocket because the ones I got from the dealership are garbage & only made it good enough to leave the lot. The person I emailed about this & other issues I’m now having with the car NEVER emailed or contacted me back therefore the only reason they replied to my original review was to save face with other potential future customers. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! THEY ARE GARBAGE & WILL GIVE YOU A CAR WITH HIDDEN ISSUES JUST TO GET IT OFF THE LOT! I’M VERY DISGUSTED BY THIS SERVICE & DISAPPOINTED AS I ORIGINALLY THOUGHT VERY HIGHLY OF HONDA!!!

I recently started bringing my 2007 Honda Civic to this Mississauga Honda location 2 years ago, and I'm always impressed with the level of service I receive and the care taken with my aging car. I won't be returning to my previous mechanic after the incredible service I continue to receive here at Mississauga Honda. For my last big appointment with the replacement of the power steering line, I felt 100% comfortable knowing my car was in good hands. The communication between the Assistant Service Manager Derek and myself regarding my Civic is always top notch, and he does a great job explaining what's going on with my car in terms that I can understand. My car continues to feel great and drive well as if it's 10 years younger - and I know it's because the service team at Mississauga Honda has truly taken excellent care of my car with every appointment. I’m confident that my Civic will have plenty more years ahead. Thank you!

I took my Honda Odyssey for a door and folding seat repairs at 8:45 on August 1st and left it for the day. They had said I would have it back by 4 pm. At 12:45 I called and they had not even looked at the van. Then the service advisor had the gall to tell me that it would not be ready today and that I would possibly have to come back tomorrow.

He said I had not specified an urgent time frame. I expected that if I drop it off at 8:45 it would be done by 4 pm, not the next day.

I expect that if I drop it off in the morning they will have an idea of the solution and availability of parts within a few hours.- not late in the day when there is nothing they can do about it. You cannot use the excuse, "Well, maybe the parts are in Montreal." It's possible you have the parts on hand or they are available locally. But you are not even trying to find them within the business day.

If you are not going to look at my vehicle until the afternoon, then don't make me drop it in the morning. Without a vehicle I am seriously hindered from doing lots of errands on my day off.

So now I have to get my vehicle and bring it back again tomorrow? Really? Like my time is not worth anything?

Is there anyone out there that wants to spend two days waiting for a simple repair?

I'd like to preface my review by stating I would give less stars due to my experience before Michelle stepped in. She was the positive out of my situation and reflects her title: Sr. Customer Care Representative. If my review was based on her alone, I would give 5 stars.

After much frustration with service blunders Michelle came to the rescue. To give some insight, I've purchased 2 new accords at this dealership since 2013 and have experienced some issues with service on both cars at one point or another.

This time around, I took my car in to get some warranty work done and when I received the car back and pointed out to the customer service person that handed me the invoice that the issue was still there. During the time the car was in service not one person called to advise that there might be any kind of issues with the work. They just gave me the invoice and I guess expected me not to notice the service order wasn't fulfilled. Had I not said anything, I would be non the wiser because no one at Honda was going to tell me. I spoke with the service department the next day and was informed they did all they could and if I wanted it fixed for me to go find someone from sales and speak with them. First of all, why should I do their legwork looking for someone in sales? I do not think it is my responsibility as a loyal customer to run around from one department to another searching for someone to help me. I went to the sales department and explained what I was told and the person serving me was surprised because it is a service issue. Yet again, I waited for someone to help me - that's when I met Michelle. She's very caring and genuinely concerned with the service. She has continuously followed up with me and is very customer centric, making sure I am happy with the service. As I write this review, I just finished replying to Michelle's email as she was checking in to see how everything is.

In addition, I'd also like to thank Phil, the Service Manager. He personally called me before the service to let me know he would be overseeing it and treating my car as his own.

This is the kind of service I appreciate and hope to receive in the future.

Edit 2019-04-29: I brought my car in to have a sheered lug nut bolt replaced. They were more concerned about repairing the factory recalls such as changing the oil (that had been freshly changed a week ago) and updating the AC software (as part of another recall) than repairing the bolt.

I spent the day waiting for the bolt to be replaced only to be advised that the bolt wasn't in stock and that I would have to bring it in another day to be serviced. I went to Oakville Honda later that afternoon to pick up the $3 part and replaced it myself.

Their sales staff is nice however it feels like their service center is disorganized and hectic. Not sure I would bring my car back here for service

Adi Kumar was very helpful and very efficient. We received great customer service from him.
I had family visiting from out of town and didn’t want to spend money on car rental for a week as it is very expensive!
He gave me his word that he will have the car ready for us in two days and what can I say he is gentleman and stands by his word. He worked on his off day and delivered the car to us!
It wasn’t just a one time deal, his continuous support and educating us on the car shows how thoughtful and caring he is towards his clients. It’s hard to find such kind, honest and sincere sales men who put clients and their happiness first :)

I had an amazing experience here. I came in with my sister and her boyfriend to look at cars and I was treated professionally and was not tossed aside for being too young to be taken seriously. I met with Ratna, a salesman, who graciously offered to test drive the Civic Si even though I showed no intentions of purchasing it. Fast forward a few days, I arrive with my parents and was approached by Ratna who remembered me. He was able to offer a great deal which was the best I have gotten throughout my searches and was also able to throw in a lot of freebies. As soon as we made the order, I noticed a scratch on the taillight of the car I was purchasing and brought this to the attention of the care salesman. He brought this to the attention of his superiors and they were able to replace the taillight in time for delivery.

Overall, I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a nice Honda vehicle. The customer service was amazing and professional. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly. You will definitely not regret doing business with Mississauga Honda!

Want to thank everyone in Mississauga Honda for all their work and assistance going through the lease agreements. I feel very much at home here. Staff are all friendly and genuinely helpful. On December 14th I headed to erin mills to view some car options. I stopped in at mazda and toyota and was treated with very poor customer service and a staff that clearly did not want to help me. I walked over to MISSISSAUGA HONDA and was greeted very warmly by the sales team. They took the time to figure out what I was looking for and showed me 3 available options, the 2013 Honda fit, Civic and my car of choice the 2012 Honda Civic EX. The sales team was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient with me as I made this decision. The salesman, manager and financial manager were all very kind and explained all my options and made sure I got exactly what I needed.
I give this dealership a 10/10 and would recommend it to every person looking for a great shopping experience. I love my car and am very happy with my purchase. Thanks again Mississauga Honda!

Thank you for RATNA VAITHILINGAM from Mississauga Honda. I bought my first car 1998 Accord from him. Last week i bought NISSAN ROUGE from him too.. Ratna and his Manager Errol take time and exlpain everthing about the suv and gave me a good deal. I was shopping around before buying the Rouge and i know they gave a good deal. Ratna is the best to deal with and very good sales person. I am very happy with my car . Go and see Ratna if you have a budget to buy a car. I have Nissan but i am still enjoying their free car wash.
