On one occasion with my first car, I got a flat tire on Christmas Eve and the owner opened up the garage to change the tire himself so that I could get to Toronto for Christmas with my family. Absolutely the worst staff and service imaginable. The ignorance is beyond disgusting and disappointing. I wouldn't even give them one star but can't write a review without at least one.The crazy part is that someone who works in one of the banks in the area that I had to go to even said she went there and it was so terrible she ended up leaving and going to Barrie.
These people should not be working in any customer service business.
Shame on them for the way they treat people.

I purchased my first car there and their excellent level of customer service made the overall experience even more worth wild. I dealt with the salesman Ezio (EZ), who was nothing but kind, caring, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. With being a first time car buyer I truly appreciated the time he took to go through all of my options with me and ensured that I understood each step and that I never felt pressured or rushed. He went over and beyond to make sure that the entire process went smoothly and I truly appreciate his patience and you could tell how much he cared for his customers. I also dealt with Steven in the finance department and all I can say is his patience is remarkable and he was very kind. I've always had a great sales experience with the sales people as I've been dealing with them for about 13 years. Unfortunately, the service department not so much.
Had an appointment at 8 am for an oil change. When I made the appointment, I did inform service that I had a cholecystectomy earlier in the week and could I come in and wait the hour and they said it was fine.
Upon arrival, things went down hill and I ended up leaving.
I did tell the service department that I wanted to speak to the owner and will reach out to him and hopefully explain the events that transpired. Events that sent this customer elsewhere to have vehicle maintenance completed.
UPDATE AT 4:30PM- Thank you for your response, but I stated earlier I wasn't questioning or had a problem with the Covid restrictions that your dealership had in place. I work in Healthcare and have worked everyday during this pandemic. My problem was the way I was treated and spoke to as a customer/human being because someone on your end made the error. I did ask for the owner to call me and he never did yet he replied by posting incorrect information on what actually happened this morning.
I have made alternate arrangements for my oil change and never did receive a follow up phone call from the owner.

The response following this post is highly misleading. I am not confused and the call cleared nothing up. The response is both patronizing and inaccurate. The gentleman who called ended the conversation stating that clearly I am someone who knew what I am talking about, he also blamed Honda for setting pricing and not allowing dealers to adjust prices. Though in a public forum he describes me as confused. Here is my original post:

Over 270 for a oil change and break inspection, I don't care how you slice it that is way too much, I understand a dealership makes its money on service. But at some price point people are going to realise they are being taken for a ride. Personally I won't be back even if they have the vehicle I want for my next car. To all who worry about their warranty, any licensed mechanic can work on a Honda there is no advantage to serving your car at a dealer, that being said some treat you well, that does not include this dealership.
