Worst customer service ever!! My son trusted his Honda Civic to this establishment and it’s now almost a year and they are not taking any responsibility for a missing/broken part. “My employees would never make a mistake!”

So, what is a person to do?!

Well, my son has 3 keys he has to use and still cannot get into his car on the driver’s side door. Imagine a 6’1 person having to get in on the passenger side to unlock the drivers side door every time.

Sales staff are NOT pushing you to buy, they only want you to have the best vehicle built. Prices high? You get what you pay for. If you want a lemon you're at the wrong dealership. Shayne never pushed us to buy what he thought was best, we were never pushed to buy our CRV but are completely satisfied with the sales and service. This is our 2nd CRV and the only manufactured automobile we will be purchasing in the future. I've only had problems with all the others manufacturers, dealerships included but not Kings County Honda

Poor and very unprofessional service. Inquired about a vehicle with Shayne Webster and he sent me over to whoever their finace worker is and she said she emailed me to let me know how the application went. Never received a single email from her or a call or even a voicemail. 4 days later thos dealership has just left me hanging. With their high rates and poor service your just better off going to another dealer. Never had such poor service in my life.

The issue was with the initial sale and lease replacement. We checked the prices on the Honda website and ensured it matched our budget. Upon arrival and sitting down with a sales rep, we realized that the advertised price was misleading and did not match our budget at all and the price was much higher than advertised. The sales rep told us that the price difference was probably due to me not checking the box to include taxes on the website quote. I asked if i had an option not to pay the tax on the vehicle when i purchased it, at which point the sales rep replied no. I then asked why it is even an option to check off on a website if it's not an option upon purchase. He agreed it was a misleading sales tactic on Honda's part. The car was great for two years until a shock went right after the warranty expired. The extended warranty i purchased for the 4 year term of the lease did not cover two things: shocks or brakes. how convenient. that extra money i paid for piece of mind gave me none. Cost of the shock replacement, around $300. I was asked if i would like to return the lease and pay out the difference to get a new car. i agreed if they waived the shock repair cost on return. The new lease was obviously going to cost a bit extra however, i was going to be charged a lot more for the exact same car only 2 years newer with no rust protection or tint like my old car. After haggling with the sales people, they agreed to have rust protection and tint installed on the new car at no charge. I am very happy with my new civic however i was not happy that had i not haggled with the sales people, i would have paid a lot more for less as they were prepared to lease me a new civic for much more than i had agreed to without the extras i had originally purchased and insisted on again.

Kings Honda's sales department and management team are one of the worst car dealerships I have ever had the unfortunate experience to meet. They have ZERO customer service skills. They are rude, arrogant and very unprofessional. The Honda name can only carry this small town dealership for so long in todays face pace ever changing automotive industry.
Kings Honda 's sales department and management team need to be reminded that if it weren't for customers they would NOT have their jobs. Furthermore, by the looks of King's Honda very small and outdated 1960's building it is obvious it needs a bigger and more modern dealership.
In the meantime, don't waste your time on this small town small minded hick dealership. Go to Halifax as I did to buy a new Honda from a modern, reputable and professional Honda dealership where customer service is still their #1 priority.

While I did not deal directly with Kings County Honda, I had the very questionable "pleasure" of providing my own professional services to a member of their sales staff.

The management of Kings County Honda may wish to reconsider who they permit to wear their branded attire in public, since it represents their face and reputation in the community.

As it happens, I just made a purchase of a Dodge Journey several weeks ago and am now thankful that I was spared the indignity of having to deal with such an offensive, arrogant and rude member of their sales staff.

By all means purchase a Honda, a worthy, well-loved and reliable brand, but I suggest that you do so out side of Kings County.
