Bought a Civic 2014 from Fundy Honda. Paul Frampton was simply excellent, prompt service and smooth delivery. A dedicated and an intelligent salesperson.
The purchasing process is smooth and simple; they'll do anything to ensure an easy transaction and sale. Just don't look for a decent expierence from their service centre. They are never on time with their appointments, a simple job takes multiple hours because they overbook their calender. You'll be left waiting in their waiting area longer than necessary, and when the job is done you'll be lucky for someone to come and let you know. Not to forget to mention that you may not even end up with the appointment being completed the same day because their service "experts" aren't capable of judging how long they need to complete the work they're doing.
You've got 1 star because of the Sales Professionals. Maybe you should make your service team work on commission too. Maybe then your customers will get service.

Great vehicles and very friendly sales staff. They're willing to make things work to have your business. Bit of miscommunication or lack of communication between departments but otherwise great service. Wish I could give them more stars because the staff is really friendly but the lack of communication killed it for me.

My sales person Paul was awesome, friendly and thorough. He let the car sell itself. He was excellent and well versed in all the cars features. I was a little less impressed with Jeremy at finance who addressed mainly my fiance when I was the one buying the car. He called him (entirely too often) when I was the one with the information, and handed him the papers, rather then me. He was kind but I was put off by this.
This was by far the best customer service that I've had at a dealership. I really like the process for getting an oil change completed by being able to drive the car into the shop myself. Well done.

Sales person was great, I recommend to speak to Paul rampton, I took my car back to get detailed and he made sure the job was done right, and they did a very good job, I am now back at Honda again to get my spare key programmed because when I was in to get it detailed, apparently the key got sold, and it was suppose to get programmed while getting detailed, I am very happy with the results and customer service I have received, I would recommend Honda civic to anyone looking for a nice cheap tight car that's is a good fuel saver to drive to work. 4 stars.

Fundy Honda “Service” I received yesterday:
Had a scheduled "appointment" to correct a problem I am having with my car. Was there about 1/2 hour before the scheduled appointment and advised the service advisor I would be waiting for my car. After waiting for 2 hours - decided to check on the status of my service. I was advised that it was being looked at and should be ready very soon. Looked at the vehicles parked outside waiting to go in for service, and seen mine sitting in the same spot that it was parked when they drove it out of the "service advisor area". It had not been moved since, but I was advised that it was being looked at and would be ready soon. OBVIOUSLY I was "misinformed" (I am trying to be nice with my words) - the car had not been looked at in any way almost 2 hours AFTER my scheduled service work. I know a vast majority of people drop their car off for the "day" - but I specifically told them I was going to wait as the service required was "minimal" and should take less than an hour to diagnose. When I spoke to someone "higher up the food chain" - I was told that sometimes "things happen". I understand that, but I would also think it would be common courtesy to give a waiting customer an update if there are delays as opposed to telling them "it's being looked at now" when in fact it had never been looked at by anyone. As I had other commitments I had no option but to take the car and leave. The bad part is that the "issue" is one that should be covered under the factory warranty - which will expire in a few days, and I cannot get another "appointment” before the warranty deadline happens. Tried to book it “online” on Fundy Honda Website.. but cannot get it to respond (AGAIN) (just so you know - the issue only just came up in the last few days) - JUST SAYING - not impressed with the "service" department - which is something I look for when buying a car... it's a very important part of the "overall" car ownership.
We went in to look into trading our Honda Civic for the newest model and were so happy with the service we received from Kasey! I have been a customer of Fundy Honda since fall 2008. My car always goes to back to them for maintenance and I’ve only had positive experiences. I never have been pushed to do things that my car doesn’t need done. Recently my 14 year old civic was overdue for an upgrade and I worked with Paul Frampton to buy a new one. It was a positive experience, very simple and I would definitely recommend him to anyone out there looking for a new/used car.

I feel stuck with my Civic from Fundy Honda. It's not a terrible car but it's also not what I was looking for, one of my "must-have" items was grossly misrepresented during my sale and there's nothing they can do about it now but they also don't seem to care enough to try and make it up in any way. The service I've received from the dealership has always been terrible, from how they answer calls to figuring out what's included in the extra warranty I purchased from them, completing unauthorized service, to even just taking responsibility and accountability when something goes wrong (ie: my wipers stop working on a snowy day with my kids in the car). It's to the point that I will finish the required service on my lease at another dealership even though it means a drive to another town at least an hour away. I don't want to deal with this dealership again until I turn in my keys at the end if my lease.
Shawn Thorne is the best Sales rep anyone could ask for! He went above and beyond in helping my 19 year old son in buying his first car (2015 Honda Civic EX)!

When walking into the dealership, everyone greeted me with a smile, knew who I was and made sure to congratulate me on my new purchase. How many places have a FULL staff who make you feel like a million bucks? Not only are you dealing with a knowledgeable, kind staff but you're also going to receive a quality, reliable, safe vehicle too. Nothing beats a Honda!
