Got a 2020 Honda Civic here - great experience overall. Sales showed me the vehicle features in depth and answered all my questions immediately, and finance was straightforward and fast.
Never buy used from these guys. They recalled my CR-V and offered 2000$ extra for my CR-V if I bought from them. Used cars are over priced and they try to make you feel like you know nothing when you try to bring the price down. They sold me a minivan with a new inspection sticker but had a broken manifold. Terrible service and no mechanic wants to work there so I've heard.

Not an honest car dealer . Ripped off newcomers during this pandemic. Be careful with the finance office guys. They will add undisclosed fee and warranties without your consent. Always double check paperworks before sign anything. Bunch of liars from sale man to the Office. Avoid !
This place is a rip off! They wanted $4000 EXTRA (not a typo) on a used Silverado I was interested in that was only listed as $18,000 just because I wanted to pay for the truck with money I had instead of financing through them. They add on fees that are complete BS, and just a cash grab. But the thing that angered me the most is that I pointed out that their ad on Kijiji didn't say anything about extra fees, and they repeatedly doubled down and said it did. I went back, re-read it, had my mom and my girlfriend read the ad, and there was nothing about extra fees. very deceptive advertising and they lie through their teeth about everything. AVOID!

Just bought a new Honda HR-V Touring from Moncton Honda. Glenn Miller assisted us and was very helpful. He made the whole process quite easy and he answered my many questions. I felt I got a very good deal and they had a great selection of vehicles to choose from. We felt very safe there despite the Covid-19 crisis. Glenn took every precaution to protect our and his safety. I finally got my Red Honda, I give them a Big Two Thumbs Up!!

After I handed over a cheque I had to find the truck myself and track down someone to put air in the tires, all four were low.
Truck drove very well and was great on gas during my trip to Halifax. The next day I found out I had to put a water pump in it.
When the cold weather came on that year I also had to put a Heather core in.

We purchased our 2019 CR-V from Rob Burgoyne at the end of August 2019. From the first hand shake to the last, Rob was terrific. He answered all our questions, replied to emails promptly, and made the whole process as painless as possible for us. He made us feel like we were important customers, and that is rare these days! He went above and beyond in every aspect, and we could not have asked for a better experience. From the big things like explaining the functionality of the safety systems and the fun techy extras our CR-V is equipped with, to the little things like taking the time to walk us over to the Service Department to introduce us to a service advisor and show us where to park for service – we appreciated every single part of it.

I was very satisfied with my recent experience at Moncton Honda after having dealt exclusively with another local dealership for the past 25 + years. I originally sent in an inquiry online on a Saturday morning, and heard back from a salesperson at the local dealership so quickly that I decided to pursue what was only going to be a casual inquiry into possibly trading in my current vehicle for a used one. Within a couple of days I had gone into the dealership to meet the salesperson and have my vehicle appraised, and met with the business manager to discuss options. Even when I needed to get my wheel bearing replaced they made sure it was covered (just bought it 3 days prior to needing to get it fixed). My expieriance when taking my 2017 civic for oil change and tire change was great , the girl on the phone when I made my appointment was polite and sincere. The guys in service were awesome as usual very knowledgeable and professional . Pat the shuttle guy was very busy and he still got me to work on time, and he was there to pick me up the minute he said he was despite it was during rush hour traffic. And not to mention I LOVE my civic, the best car I ever had so far I'm very impressed. Great job guys😁.
If Honda is your game, you may as well go here for their customer service, great attitude, and attention to detail. You can drop your car off in the morning and get their shuttle driver to take you to work . I work near by so the times I have used this service was quick to drop me back off at work or to pick me up at the end of day so I could get the car. Great team work all around the service
I had my winter tires installed and also 2 recalls done re turbo issue and heating system. The work was very well explained to me by Rheal Richard including the need for a change of oil ( no charge ) and the work was completed on less than 2 hours as promised. I have been dealing with Moncton Honda since 1991 and I have always been satisfied with their product and service.
I recently bought my first car from Jason at Moncton Honda, and he was every step of the way, along with the incredible receptionists and sales staff, outstanding. I was able to test drive the car I wanted at my convenience, get a price which was within my budget, and sort out everything insurance and registration related in a timely manner. He took the time to listen to us and did not apply any kind of undue pressure which is something that is truly important to me. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions, nice smile too. I have been buying various cars for the last 24 years and I must say that Leonard is the best auto salespersons we have ever worked with. Honda Moncton is a beautiful place to visit and everyone worked as quickly as possible to get the paperwork completed so I could have my car for the Easter weekend. I've always had good service at Moncton Honda - both for an older, used Ridgeline which I bought privately, as well as a new Accord Crosstour which I bought at Moncton Honda. I have had a couple of issues, but they have always been dealt with courteously, efficiently and promptly, and I've never felt that they have taken advantage of me.
I helped my little sister buy her first new car from Moncton Honda and she really enjoyed the experience and still loves the car!
