love when employees tell you to call back when they're closed to talk to the parts centre last time i called they told me the price of a battery for my bike for like 600$ and bought a brand new one for 230$ hopefully they pick up the phone tomorrow.

Horrible service department and even worse sales team. Purchased a new 2020 civic. Had rain guards installed incorrectly, hood deflector not installed all the way. Found a bad rust spot on the fender 2 weeks after the purchase and they stated it was from those two weeks I drove it. Went to multiple body shops that said there is no way it would rust that quickly even if it were a chip from while I was driving. Will drive to any other honda dealer for parts/labour from now on.

i went there to buy a Honda odyssey after finalizing the deal ...i was expecting they will have my insurance company to for updating with my Hyundai Elantra ...which the didnt so it took us time updating policy...so we were getting threatening emails that they are putting the van back in sale.management is zero ...specailly Kim lenihan,Business manager for her racist behaviour scott Keirstead Used vehicle manager for his threatening e-mails.I have sent already the e-mail to president and CEO of Honda ...to see how professional they are and waiting for there reply.

All they care for money/pay slips ...no customer service,no care for how bad customer service will effect Honda....SHOAIB TAJ

Went today to have a engine oil changed. They told me to also change the cabin and engine air filter . But i know how to change it . So came back with filters . When i opened the cabin air filter, i found the receipt from their service department which was 2 months ago when i went their to have something checked . Someone put the receipt on the air filter which completely blocked the air flow and they didn’t even closed the air filter cap. It was their for 2 months, it means they do not properly checked my car before handling it to me .

If you are looking for friendly, helpful, efficient service don't bother coming here. They have a really good way of making you feel unwanted and beneath them. When asked what the price would be for the vehicle we were looking at the salesman said " I don't know, what does the sticker say? It would be that plus tax." We were litterally trying to buy a vehicle we were interested in and that was the response. We had been to three other local car dealerships prior and they all sat us down and went through everything with us. Sutherland Honda definitely lost a sale tonight . We will never go back there nor will we ever recommend others go there. Never met a salesperson so rude or careless. Hopefully we will have better luck in Moncton or Saint John.

Absolutely disgusted a Sutherland honda. I took my civic in for an inspection feeling pretty confident it was 100% as I've maintained it well (it's not old). I was pretty surprised to kind out i "needed" new breaks and rotors. Feeling suspicious I got not one, but TWO second opinions. Both times I was told my breaks and rotors were brand new.
Sutherland honda, clearly trying to take advantage of a female whose not very well informed in the car world and trying to charge for unneeded repairs.

DO NOT repair your car at sutherland unless you want to pay out of pocket for phantom repairs.

Over 30 years I have been doing business with every parts supplier/ dealer in the city of Fredericton. One of the parts counter employees could not be lazier and less help. I was told he may be one of the owners relatives either way after two or three years of dealing with his awful attitude I am done. Order parts from Moncton or Saint John.

After approaching this dealership for a second hand vehicle we were pleased to find what we were looking for. However during both visits, the inquiry and the purchase, my husband and I didn't appreciate the service we were given. The sales associate proceeded to tell us he knew nothing about the car he was selling us, "hummed and hawed" when we asked to take it for a test drive, and only then realizing it was close to closing time when we requested this so he obviously wanted to leave and we were holding him up. I would have thought, salary or not, the employees at Sutherland Honda would have been more enthusiastic, whether or not the car was "new". The financial part of this, ended with us purchasing the car, but only after she answered her phone in the middle of my husbands sentence during our conversation, put her finger up to tell us to "hold on". No excuse me, do you mind taking this call? We both felt more like a burden than a customer. After this, even during questions that my husband had about the vehicle, she stood up to put her hands on the envelope and reassure us that its all in the envelope. I felt by her standing up and basically tapping her foot, we had no other choice except to hope for the best with the vehicle and leave. The entire experience was uncomfortable and we do not plan on dealing with this dealership again.

every time I go in for parts I get a rude vibe from everyone. like I'm an inconvenience when I'm buying parts from you. 3 years ago I went in looking for a 9th gen si. I had a sales associate tell me they don't have any because they are not popular. didn't offer to help find one from another Honda. so I ended up driving to Moncton Honda for my needs. who ever runs that outfit needs to have a chat with their employees about what customer service is and how to not make the customer feel stupid and belittled

I came in asking for them to check my exhaust as it was making a noise, they told me i was missing a cap on my tire and made me pay for it even tho i never asked them to check my tires?? The noise was still there and they sent me home. I went to Laaglands and they showed me that my exhaust was literally not attached.. not impresses at all, 100% unprofessional. Worst service ive ever had.
