Very disappointed with the service I received. Drove vehicle off lot July 7, only to find out on July 12 that I have to pay an additional $1500 out of my own pocket because Honda won't cover the issues under the warranty. If this vehicle was truly "certified" AS THEY CLAIM, they would have seen these issues and fixed them before they sold this vehicle.

Horrible service from parts and services! My wife had a appointment due to a/c not working on a CR-V 2017. The a/c wasn’t turning on AT ALL. They figured out it was an electrical problem but didn’t fix it. They then proceeded to flush and refill the a/c system wich they charge me for and was completely unnecessary. 350$ later my wife went home with no improvement at all. We got it fixed by a dude that does mechanic in his garage behind his house!!! Took him an hour !!! Bathurst honda basically took advantage of my wife not knowing much about cars. Were due for a vehicle update in a few months, i can tell you that i will be staying clear of that dealer!!!

The fact that I am buying outside the province tells you about the service I get here in NS ,lol. High five to the whole team in Bathurst for excellent service.

Worst experience ever. They sold me a "sertified" kia forte that the motor was done and lied about not knowing about it. When i went to kia they told me.that honda had already ordered the motor. Ended up not starting anymore and honda said it was not there problems anymore. I was stuck with a 20000 loan with a car that did not work. NEVER AGAIN.

Everything seemed great to begin with until the nightmare began. We traded our 2000 Toyota Sienna and $2000 for the new vehicle. We were instructed that there were some things to notice. Windshield jets were not there, dings and dents. We were also told that we would need a windshield to pass inspection. We drove 2 hours to come see the van, there was no one stated that this vehicle needed anything to pass inspection. I decided that's fine will replace it, we liked our Sienna so were looking forward to our new to us one. We drove off and 15 minutes later, lights started to appear, engine light / VSC / Trac OFF. I googled it and found numerous ways to fix them, that's fine i'll fix it. Meanwhile, my wife emailed the company 4 times before getting a response. All she wanted to know was what else was wrong with the vehicle, the sales manager did say there was a list of things wrong with it, so we just wanted to know what they knew. So far, they haven't helped at all. Today we're driving to town when the bumper falls off, haha that's ok still able to drive. On our way back one of our tires blew up. Brand new tires they give you when you get a vehicle from them. Has anyone else had a problem with retreads? Recaps from these guys? Anyways, 3 of my children were in the van this time and i'm not pleased, whilst getting the van to stop on the shoulder of the road, the blown tire shrapnel ripped a few wires from i'm guessing the ABS sensor since now my ABS light is on, along with the VSC and TRAC OFF. These guys have been little to no help whatsoever since driving away. I would not recommend buying from them since they cannot even disclose what's wrong with the vehicle they sold us. Shady shady sneaky sneaky karma karma. If i wanted a lemon i'd go buy from someone off kijiji. Not a dealership, ugh. makes me sick

Bought a used ATV. Checked my oil. This is what came out. No I did not drown it. Yes the front differential was the same. This means water or antifreeze in oil. But I'm sure theyll have an excuse.

I am a traveling salesperson and I live about 200 km's from Bathurst in Shediac, New Brunswick. I am rough on my Honda Element, but it runs like new because their service team does a great job on truly fixing my issues. Before going to Bathurst, I have brought my car to many repair shops, only to drive the car out with the problem not fixed, or misdiagnosed. Recently, I had an idling/misfire problem that I brought to 3 reputable shops, that no one fixed- even though they charged me. I brought it to Bathurst Honda, it was properly diagnosed, and a problem I lived with for 3 months was fixed right away.
Introduce yourself to Sylvain, the service manager. Last week, he called me and told me about some new deals on Element accessories, so at 320,000 km's, I have begun to accessorize my vehicle. Today I picked up my car with a new roof rack, fog lights, and a new arm rest console. The 2003 Element never looked so good. I believe it will run well for many more years.
I give them top marks. The dealership is very clean, the coffee is good and the waiting area has magazines to read and a t.v. to watch while you wait. The staff is very nice and professional. 5 stars on 5.
