My parents brought a Civic from Harvest back in 2006. They continue to have their car serviced at the dealership today. I purchased a 2016 Civic and have all my work done at Harvest as well. The great thing for me is that they come pick up my car and leave you a loaner at no cost.
Quality of work is always 100%. They don’t try to scam you for any additional work but always do exactly what needs to be done. They provide great advice on items that may need work in the near future but never pressure you to get the work done ahead of when it is really needed. I have been dealing with Ken at Harvest for over 5 years and absolutely love all my interactions with him. He has never steered me or my car wrong.
If you live in Winnipeg, I highly recommend taking the time to purchase or continue to get your car serviced from this trustworthy dealership. It is well worth the commute.

Went into to see Ken and Nick about intermittent issue with all safety sensors and systems going off and shutting down. CR-V doing really funky strange things. Dealerships in the city could not isolate the problem. Apparently this has been occurring in the US, but I was one of the first in Canada.They kept my CR-V and supplied me a loaner at no charge. They researched with the techs at Honda Canada and resolved the problem promptly and efficiently. So far, so good. Very pleased with the service team at Harvest Honda. "It's worth the trip"
Love these guys, they are so helpful and friendly. I took my car in to get new winter tires and winter rims, which they found for me. I need special rims for my car. They also did a wheel alignment. I get my car back and it's washed and shined up on the inside as well. Very pleased with the service and how quickly they get it done. Thanks, Honda

Great service, friendly staff at service desk! Went in for oil change and grease job, plus transmission fluid change. Was informed after this was done and they did a vehicle check. They found battery needed replacing plus main air filter. They had time to squeeze me in for battery and filter. Great job!! This was the second vehicle purchased from here.

This dealership sold my wife a car that had the main bolt to the steering mechanism missing.Honda in the city found out about it ,and said it could have easily killed us all,and steinbach honda got away with it, just be aware,these guys are crooks.
I tried getting an oil filter for a Honda S2000 here and was asked "the V6 or 4 cylinder", they also thought it was front wheel drive. One of your service department employees also seems to think the new Honda Accord 2.0T uses a CVT transmission. It does not. Train your staff.

This is the best place for you to purchase your new/used Honda. I bought two of my cars here and I had incredible positive experience. Peter is the best sales person I have ever met. People say dealing with Auto Dealers is difficult have never been to Harvest Honda. I bought a Civic almost 4 years ago and I have never been unhappy with the customer service or assistance while "Dealing" (that was a joke) with them.

A very nice honest group of people. I bought a certified used car and had a good experience with Hagen and his team. I liked the experience so much that I continued to drive from Winnipeg for services as simple as Oil Changes. I trusted the advice the service team gave me. Graham and Nick were excellent. I never felt like they were up-selling me anything but rather had a good long term vision for my car in mind crossed with what was and wasn’t necessary to do to take care of her. I have been living out of province for 5 years now and I still wish I lived close enough to drive back to continue to be their customer. Harvest Honda is one of the things I miss most about no longer living in Manitoba. Thanks for the great care!
This dealership made a massive mistake on my new vehicle purchase and refuses to even admit fault , much less correct the situation leaving me responsible for potentially thousands of dollars in repairs . The manager could care less . The owner , even more disheartening, couldn't be bothered to even call and discuss the issue. The owner just tells me to discuss it with the manager who doesn't care. What kind of a business owner doesn't respond to a customers concerns, especially when their own business is at fault. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE, and even more importantly do not get your service done here, the mechanics are clearly unskilled.
UPDATE: the owners still will not even look into the situation, will not offer a resolution and have now accused me of lying and making this up due to the covid 19 pandemic. Yes, they actually said I am making this up due to the pandemic. !!!

I have been dealing with Harvest Honda for many years. Buying a new vehicle here is always stress free thanks to the relaxed environment. Doug and Nathan are always pleasant to deal with. The service department is very capable and efficient. Nick and Ken are always great to deal with. Harvest Honda is really worth the trip!

Service department here is great. I highly recommend. Great staff especially Ken is very professional, honest and friendly. I absolutely Do not recommended the auto body shop here though. Very poor quality work. Too many issues to go into, but definitely go somewhere else for body repair, and the woman manager is a nightmare.

Great service (includes free car wash!) and very friendly staff. I live in Winnipeg but make the trip to Steinbach for any work that's needed on the car because they know exactly what's wrong. Also, I greatly apprecoate the free food and drinks in the customer lounge 😊

two times I've tried dealing with them, and both times I was very disappointed.
the first time, was last year (2018). I wanted to buy a new car, and in fact needed one either that day, or a couple days after. I looked around their parking lot, and didn't see much of a selection (all very basic models). So, I went inside to see what they had for new vehicles, and if I could even order one in. No one helped me. Someone said that they were going to help me, but thirty minutes later, I was just standing around feeling like an idiot, so I just left. Two days later, I went to the honda dealer in Winkler, and what a difference!!! EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!!!!! I bought a brand new 2018 honda fit that day (and they even had the one I exactly wanted!).
the second time (May 2019), I called to see if I could get some warranty work done. no one helped me on the phone initially, but they transferred me to someone in service...no answer. I left a detailed message...and 4 days later...still no response (and I don't expect to get one). I'm done dealing with this branch.
I try not to go anywhere else, they really take care of you.

Been to this dealership many times for service this summer. Beyond amazing customer service , always informed be of what needed to be done and what could be left till a later date, never did work before I confirmed it be completed. Even when I had an issue with a defective part they installed , they got me in right away and even gave me a loner car while they fixed the car ! This never happens in Winnipeg! Lucky if I get a ride home...
If you ever need work on your vehicle this is the place to go! It worth the trip ! I drive from north Winnipeg just for them! Ask for Graham or Ken both outstanding!

1. I needed 5 visits to fix my strut/suspension.

3. They told me that I need to change my brake pad. I asked for second opinion and said it's still fine. (see pictures)
Great vehicles. Some surprises in costs when you finalize and want to pay. Paying $250 for their mandatory but for me unwanted security stickers seems like a slick cash grab.
Don't bother with them - waste of time
Made an appointment to see and test drive a car in the evening (dealership is open till 8 pm on Tuesdays). The sales guy went home before we showed up. No call, nothing. Car sold in front of us to another person.
For a business that prides itself on the word of mouth advertising etc etc that is pretty low. Don't waste your time IT IS NOT WORTH THE DRIVE....
