I am always not happy when my truck needs a repair, but whether my truck is in for a repair or an oil change or switching tires I am glad to see the staff at Forman Honda in Brandon, Paul and his service staff are always very helpful. Sean is great at calling and updating me on work that needs to be done and why..letting me know when it is ready and checking to see if I need a ride to pick up.
And that speaks to me when you get to know the people working on your vehicle .
And if I am not happy about a charge they review with me and explain or fix anything that might be wrong..

Forman Honda staff have been professional and helpful. Though they have attempted to reassure me, I remain concerned about the cabin heat and elevating oil of my 2018 CRV. Until those issues have been resolved I will remain very concerned about my investment in this vehicle. Update Nov 30, 2020. Since my original review updates have been done that have improved my issues somewhat and the extended warranty does give me a measure of comfort. I remain impressed with Forman Hondas Service Dept. I would recommend Forman Honda Dealership if you are shopping for a Honda but research your purchase.

Reason - I bought pre owned vehicle last year from forman honda in Brandon. I got call from sales department (I know the name, but won’t disclose it here) saying that they have a customer looking for a vehicle just like I have and they’re willing to over pay. I said I am not interested, but if it’s more than my expectations, I can come and evaluate my car. When I went there, they ask me
1. When you bought your vehicle?
2. Did you buy it from here?
3. Who was the salesman?
4. Was it financed by honda or any bank ?
5. What’s the remaining payment?
I thought if you don’t know how come you called me and how you’re interested to purchase my vehicle? I provided all answers and without any information they ask me to go for latest model of the same vehicle that I have for test drive. I went with salesperson having lack of knowledge about that new vehicle. He doesn’t even know specifications of that new and ultimate vehicle.
After coming back they evaluated my vehicle almost by 33%less of what I bought last year and said I can get only that much.
I made another offer to them to bargain that price, but it was the final price for that vehicle. I never interested to sell my presents vehicle, I just wanted to see how far they can play with customers.
When I told this story to my friends, they said they are liars as they first call customers like this and manipulate to buy vehicle as they called my friends too when they bought pre owned vehicle a year ago.
I recommend to choose another dealership even though you need to go out of town... at least they won’t call you like this and play around your file...

We have been customers for several years, and the staff have never once been an issue, regardless of where they work (sales, service, parts, shuttle, repairs ...), the entire team appear to be happy working there, and go out of their way to ensure that their customers also feel good with the way they are treated.
As for the Honda line of vehicles, we couldn't be happier with their quality, durability, stability, low maintenance and they way they hold their value.

Our latest purchase was a new vehicle to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary in 2020 in lieu of our trip to Scotland 🏴 which was canceled due to Covid-19 travel restrictions.We are now looking forward to many trips across Canada 🇨🇦 traveling 1st class in our new Honda.

I went in looking for a gunmetal grey 4 door civic until he put me in a gorgeous 2 door white civic sport.
Couldn't be more happy with my choice and service from Forman Honda.
We went in to purchase couple family cars that we liked in the lot, and we stood there for 20-30 minutes while all the salesperson were just walking around and staring at us. They walked right past us, but did not bother even telling us to wait or that someone will be right with us. The sign said “stay in the yellow line and someone will come greet you”. We did just that, and we felt nothing but embarrassment just standing there like fools waiting for someone to approach us. The worst Honda dealership I have been to is definitely Brandon, they should learn customer service skills before selling cars. Disappointed.
Ray Yang has gone above and beyond on several occasions to keep me an incredibly happy customer. I didnt plan on leaving a review because the service yesterday was done just as per expectation (well done but not speedy ...68minutes to do an oil change and a car wash and they didnt wash my wheels). But then i bump into Ray while i was waiting and we got to chatting about something i brought up to service about the GPS (it isnt a honda GPS, it is Garmin but its in a Honda sold vehicle which was my point). And while the guy at service gave me the whole print out on how to do the update (couple hours of time he admitted, which it was) and told me if he did it then he would have charged me $500 plus tax because "thats not their job" (absolutely correct. Wont fault them for that but wont praise them for anything either). Ray just went out of his way and did it himself as soon as he heard about it. If i buy another Honda i will be coming to see him. (Purchased my vehicle late last year and he still cares as if he hasnt made that sale yet)

It was a really bad experience. My sales person is Ray Yang cheating me. Here is the deal sheet. They charged me splashing guards without installing them. Also, he told me Forman Owner Comfort is mandatory(it is illegal to give customers that wrong information), but I find out it is optional afterwards! It seems all what he did is just want to bump up my total cost!!! I got refund for the splash guard, but the Forman Owner Comfort I will complaint with MMDA! Be aware, everyone, go through your deal sheet before signing anything please!!!

I tried buying a new SUV at Forman Honda. It was not a good experience. They barely moved from MSRP and really low balled me on my trade. I guess they figure they can get whatever they want since there is no competition in Brandon. Winnipeg has 4 Honda dealerships. I ended up buying the same new SUV in Winnipeg and saved thousands.
