I used to my civic service regularly at this dealership, perfectly done every time i go, i only have one concern, which is, when everything is done and i go get the car, its been washed recently but its not dry it out, lots of droplets seems like its been a heavy rainfall few mins ago.

***AVOID AT ALL COST, IF YOU'RE INTO HONDA'S, I GUARANTEE YOU'LL GET A BETTER DEAL AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP** went in recently to buy out my vehicle after my lease ended. Decided to hop into a 2020 model and return my current one to them. After much negotiation with the leasing manager, we came to an agreed upon price. He said it was the best he could do already. Vehicle was set to be picked up the next day, however when I called they said it wasn't ready for another day. No big deal. The next day of pick up, I walk into another Honda dealership where the guy told me I'm getting a horrible deal since my trade in had a lot of residual value left in it due to the low km and buyout amount leftover. It took this dealer 10 minutes to get back to me and said not only can they give me a better offer, they could also put me into the highest trim model (the one I was taking originally from this dealership wasn't the top trim) and they could also give me a lower price WITH lower payments all because they could flip my lease return for more money and they could eat up their cost from there. You'd be stupid not to take that kind of offer. Vancouver Honda decided to keep my $500 deposit without returning it to me EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT SIGN ANY FINALIZED PAPER WORK. unfortunately this is just the cost of doing business, especially in sales. If you don't offer a good price and somewhere else does, you're going to lose the deal. Don't be salty about it. My best advice? If you're coming in here, negotiate a price you want, then take it to another Honda dealer and I guarantee you they will not only beat the price but you'll leave happier with your purchase as well. Avoid this place at all cost as I've already told my family and friends as well. Take it from someone who was ready to get a second vehicle from them. Btw, their best price is never the best. The leasing manager told me when they were about to lose the sale that they'll make it cheaper (I thought the original offer was the best they could do already? Hmm)

Dropped into the showroom to look for a new vehicle.
Salesperson was eager to help. However, person did not wear a mask or practiced physical distancing (continued to stand very close to us while answering questions as we moved away intermittently). Did not noticed anyone else in sales wearing a mask. Did not see any plexiglass barrier at sales desks either. We didn't feel comfortable to stay long.

In my 20 years as a car owner this has been, by far, the best car service experience I’ve had.
From the service specialist who helped me despite the fact that I had arrived after closing time and the engine stopped exactly in the driveway, to the customer service specialist (Aaron) who is an exceptional human being.
I will certainly return to this location for each stage of my car maintenance schedule. Happy to be a Honda Element owner.

Went here to look at a used car for purchase. Very unsatisfied with the service. The exact same car they had listed, Honda Civic, was a few hundred dollars more than another location, but I went there because it was closer. The car was qualified for Honda certified used, but they chose to not pay for it & instead, the customer would need to pay to get it certified, a few hundred dollars more.
What was the worst- they only offered $3000 for my trade in, a used Subaru Forrester, saying it was because it was close to needing a major repair (costing about a couple thousand dollars?) & deducted the cost of the future repair to the trade in value. They pressured me to buy the car, without a trade in, because I was very unhappy with the price. I felt really ripped off & unhappy with the whole experience, so I left!
I went to the other Honda dealership, Pacific Honda in North Vancouver, where my car was cheaper. They had already paid for the car to be Honda certified, offered me $7,500 for my Subaru trade in, and didn’t pressure me to buy. After my experience with this Honda dealer, I knew I had a great deal, so I made the deal.
Thanks to my horrible experience at this Honda, I found a better dealership.

Had to get my car serviced for Air Bag recall. They gave my personal information to previous customer who had the courtesy car. He called me at home to see if he left his keys in the car, and offered to come to my house to check the car. Really !! I dont know who you are etc...

Long story - Not very professional !!. No sense of privacy.
I bought two cars from them, I will never go back will not recommend to anyone. Protect your personal information and go somewhere else.

I test drove a lot of vehicles and decided on a new Honda. I also did a lot of research online and used Unhaggle to establish a good price. I emailed three dealers with a detailed offer with my 'drive away price' on a 2020 CRV Sport. The General Manager John Lee responded promptly and professionally. We arranged a time to meet and I closed the deal with sales guy Ira Rodriguez, with zero hidden costs. Ira was knowledgeable and professional. The process of completing the deal and picking up the vehicle went smoothly. The Finance office tried to sell us additional warranties, undercoating, etc., but that is their job, and I respect that. They did not push when I declined.

The other two other Honda stores also replied to my email, but would not commit to the price via email. I have bought many cars over the years, and I have no interest in doing the "let me check with my manager" dance and "these are our standard paperwork fees, etc." nonsense.

Buying a new vehicle is a significant expense and no one wants to feel they are being lied to, hustled or cheated. Every aspect of my dealings with Vancouver Honda was professional, courteous and fair.

This is a review to their service department, pro tip: never do any service with them ever! Their labour charge are insane for a 30 minute work and they will go on and "service" your car for 3 hours and charge you $100/hour. Just buy your own equipment and learn to DIY or better yet get a mechanic friend to do it or show you.

Terrible experience. I was trying to get a trade in and buy a new car. The sales people are trying to get you brain washed so that you can take a "very good deal" from those guys. The sales manager, Eric was super pushy and even got angry when I decided not to buy from them. He was saying things like why would you travel around and just ask for $100 $200 off extra. But look what I got at the end! The offer I got from other store is $4000 cheaper than what was offered here! Buyers, be careful!

- had to book a weekend appointment for an oil change 1.5 weeks in advance
- when we came in just in time for our appointment, nobody paid attention to us for 15 minutes. One employee did not deal with oil changes, and the other one was on their phone claiming to be on their lunch break.
- they specifically asked whether we'd like a car wash and vacuum. Neither of this was done.
- instead of 1 hour appointment, with waiting time and service it took 1.5 hours.

Better go to Mister Lube. No appointment necessary, good service and save $12-15.

This is the best service I have ever had, these guys make mission impossible possible. I had a huge noise from 3 years ago I took it to 15 different dealers across western Canada, all charged diagnostic fees and came up without finding anything wrong. This service department was remarkably efficient so kind and honest. THEY FIXED IT and wasn’t over charged, they treated me like family. I think you guys should become the best dealership and would like to reach out to go auto, and Honda canada. I can’t say how much u have helped me, I can finally be relaxed driving. Tim was thoughtful enough to put me on his calling list and conversed with me periodically about my car needs as he tried to locate a car for me (although in the end I bought privately)! Just bought a car 3 weeks ago from this dealership. Previously, I went around and checked other honda dealerships to find the best value and service and nothing came close to vancouver honda. Right away when I stepped into the sales floor, I was greeted with great service. This was not the case with two other honda dealerships I've been to in the lower mainland. Mike Lee helped me figure out the car that I want, with no hassle. He is very knowledgeable about his craft and is very willing to help. If it weren't for his great customer service, i would've ended up elsewhere.

I have no regrets purchasing a car here. Will definitely recommend.

Bought my first car in Canada at this dealership. This is in fact the second Honda dealer I went to but I prefer this dealer because the salesperson, Nader, was very upfront and transparent with the pricing. He was very patient and honest unlike they stereotypical slick salesperson which would make me wary. It was a pleasure to deal with him. The rest of the team, the manager Jay and including the finance side are friendly. Highly recommended. Would give 6 stars if that is possible.
