I went online to see the inventory of the Honda dealers and started checking out their inventory. The Honda Way invite to visit them and give them the opportunity once. It was Brandon who made it easy and hassle free experience. I was able to finalize the sale in almost an hour and pick up the car next day. The pricing was better than anyone else in Lower Mainland(Vancouver). For anyone who is reading it, you won’t regret the drive to Abbotsford if you are dealing with Honda cars.
We bought a 2019 CR-V right before Christmas and absolutely love it! What a dream vehicle! So many extra bells and whistles that came standard with the model we bought, and so much room in the back for our pre-teens! When we walked into the dealership, we were not expecting to walk away with a new Honda at all! Our heart was already set on purchasing another vehicle...but thought we would just check Honda out. We were so impressed with the help and professionalism from our sales consultant Tyler Lewis and all the staff there! Very happy with my new 2019 Honda Civic Sedan EX! Wolf spent hours with us test driving and explaining all the details of the vehicles we were looking at. Once we decided and took delivery of our new car, Garrett went through every bell and whistle on it with me. He then took me for a tour of the service centre to explain how it all worked, where to park and check in, and where to either wait or said they offer drop off and pick up service. I'm very impressed with the app and all its helpful features. Friends who bought new Honda's at a different dealership didn't get that. Or the loyalty oil change program of buy 3 and 4th free. A lot of dealership specific perks made this experience fantastic. Thank you!

Kyle, our sales advisor, did a fantastic job helping us out with everything. He answered all of our questions and had a great positive attitude. Very happy with the service at The Honda Way from Jake and all the staff. A bright, spacious location with lots of room to rest and wait for service or paperwork. Unlike most dealerships, they didn't 'tag team' sales or get pushy on accessories, options or warranties. Worth it driving out to the valley for!
Service department is awesome, friendly staff and quick service. But dealing with sales department is tough, before you sign something make sure you have read each words and terms and conditions. Also get the exact same copy of what you sign right away.
My family and I purchased my first car (CRV) with Mr. Birk at the Honda Way recently and it was the most smooth and efficient experience I could ever hope for. Leading up to the appointment, Mr. Birk had us send in our application, so he could do the groundwork and have the finances sorted out and made sure he had all the colours in stock. On the day of the appointment, not only did Mr. Birk ensure we left with a vehicle the same day, he ensured that he supported us through every step of the 6+ hour process! Investing in a car is definitely a big decision and the fact that it was my first car made me even more nervous. Mr. Birk made sure he helped me understand the specs of each model, colour options, cost and pros and cons. Found the car I had been looking for and dreaming of on their website. Was fortunate to have Mr. Manmohan Birk as my sales rep. Received an email almost immediately and a phone call shortly after their opening. When I arrived, Birk had the car ready to look at. We went for a nice and fairly long test drive. Sat down for about 10-15 minutes and worked a deal after coming back. Birk got me a great deal on the car.

Carter is an incredible salesman. I would highly recommend going and seeing him. He is very knowledgeable and he genuinely cares about the people he works with. I felt very comfortable and relaxed when dealing with him. I 10/10 would recommend buying a car from him!
Andrea was lovely, very knowledgable and explained recommended services thoroughly. I was booked for a particular service and asked if they were able to do another service as well which they were able to accommodate. This saved me having to make a second trip back. Finished my car service in a timely manner. When I picked up my vehicle it had received a “mini detail” so it was clean, which was greatly appreciated! Would highly recommend to friends and family.
Worked with Daniel when I bought my new car. Gave me a tour of the car and let me play around with it while I made up my mind on buying it, no pressure and not pushy at all - exactly what I wanted. The Honda product is excellent, as expected, and the staff are welcoming and friendly BUT get ready for some very high pressure sales. Twice, I stated my offer of $8000 down and $8000 financed: “So we can put $8000 down and finance $8000.” And was told “Sure, let me tell you about our warranty” etc. Then afterwards the salesman said “I don’t go back and forth with offers.” Instead he offered us free Honda floor mats—a value of $350 he said. Except the same Honda floor mats were available on Amazon for $230. Eventually we got only $500 take off and no floor mats—a small concession.
During the financing stage, we were presented with a misleading option and billed $2800 for an extended warranty—the price this warranty was never stated and the cost was not included on the original bill of sale. The staff did work to correct the financing issue, but it was a frustrating experience.
Finally, once we finished up the paperwork we noticed that we had been charged $399 for a tire and rim protection plan—plan we had verbally refused. $399 for a two year tire and rim protection?! I can buy two new tires for that price! Plus the tires were in excellent shape.
MY ADVICE: Bring your reading glasses and calculator before you sign.
Never knew buying a car was so easy.
