Try going to other dealerships first at least you can compare pricing . Year 2017 and 2020 other dealerships offer lower payments compared to Airdrie Honda.

I was excited at the beginning to be part of the loyalty program which means that I would get free oil and filter changes for 10 years/250,000 km. THIS IS NOT TRUE! They will not do it for you unless you pay for inspection, brake cleaning and more (B Service) if you only wanted to change the oil and filters.
I was also told I would get free tire rotation which included switching my winter and summer tires, this is also not true.
It is horrible customer service and I highly recommend no one ever even enter their location.
Extremely impressed with the service here. Shamiza was phenomenal. My rdie had cancelled last minute and they set me up with a last minute loaner. The service was quick and friendly; I would highly recommend the Airdrie Honda team to anyone looking.

We had a great experience at Airdrie Honda! The staff was knowledgeable, respectful, and shared in our excitement as we shopped for a new CRV. Received a loaner car while vehicle was being serviced but it was definitely not cleaned or sanitized between customers. We found a form that was left in the car that contained all of a prior customer’s personal information on it, including their address, credit card info, phone number and we had to hand it back to Aidrie Honda to dispose of. Major privacy breach. The car also had dirty lysol wipes in the middle console and a used tube of lipstick. Was not impressed with the state of the loaner car, especially since we are in the midst of a pandemic where health and safety should be a top priority. Please ensure your loaner cars are being cleaned and disinfected between each customer, it was gross!
Very pleased with our Salesman Chino at Airdrie Honda. He patiently helped Us decide which vehicle We wanted and chose. Chino got us a good price for our trade in and was courteous and professional in his manner. It was a pleasure dealing with Chino and was obvious that he is a highly customer orientated salesman who was most helpful explaining all of the many facets of our new Accord. I have bought a couple of cars from this dealership and I would probably get another one from them and I highly recommend them. After-sales service is top notch. Their service lounge is spacious so if you choose to wait while your vehicle is getting serviced, then you can do so in comfort. They also offer shuttle service. I make sure to get all my vehicles' maintenance done with this dealership and I have no complaints.
I bought a car from Airdrie Honda over a year ago. I recently went there to pick up my summer tires (which they stored for free due to a promotional deal). I got there a few minutes after closing (on a Friday evening) and one of their service people, Ziad, stayed late to help me. I mentioned that my oil was almost ready for a change and he booked me in the next day for an oil change and switched out my tires for me at no cost. He also checked a couple other things on my car and gave me a rental car to drive while the service was getting done. He had my car ready to go the next day and kept me update on the progress via text. All-in-all I left with a bill of $0.00 and was very happy with the the great service from Ziad and the rest of the Airdrie Honda team. Thank-you!
Ziad and his service team are just terrific! I trust their recommendations and know I can rely on good advice that is concerned with my vehicle’s best care while also being conscientious of unnecessary costs. It shows in the way that they treat you that providing great customer service is of high importance to them. Living in Calgary, there are 6 closer Honda shops that I could go to, however for the past 5 years I keep going to Airdrie Honda, because of the reasons above.

I live out of province and was trying to buy a vehicle. I was willing to pay for the vehicle in full before they started on any paperwork just to show them that I was serious. Both the sales manager and general manager were unreasonable with the amount of paperwork needed just to send them money (driver license, another government issued ID, and a copy of current utility bill). I was hesitant at first to even give the my drivers license but after the other requirements it was clear that this dealership does not want my business. If your from out of province, don't bother wasting your time like I did. I think the employees should be educated on how to do business online especially in this Covid-19 pandemic.
Great place to get service done! I take all our cars there -even off brands and service is always done with a smile, a prior quote and a more then fair bill in the end. Shamisa has done an outstanding job over the years to help and to accommodate us with maintenance or repair issues. This is the only repair shop we use and the only one EVER, where we did not fret about having to come in. Stay away from this service department. I've brought my cars here over the years and I'm not sure if its intentional or incompetence but in my experience you've got about a 50/50 chance of your car coming home with more issues than you brought it in with - for routine maintenance! Most recently I brought in my wife's 2010 Honda Civic for a B service (the expensive one) and on top of all the inspections and maintenance they recommended I opted to change the brake and transmission fluid at an additional cost of around $150 each - on their recommendation. A couple weeks after, my emergency brake light won't turn off even with the handle down. After googling around, I find that it means the brake fluid is probably low. I called them and asked if they could look at it and they said they would probably need the car for an hour and would potentially need to charge me a $140 inspection fee. After hearing that I checked it myself and find, of course, it is below the minimum line and needs to be topped up. Now I'll be checking the transmission fluid myself as well to make sure that wasn't under-filled as well. The free oil changes aren't worth the hassle of the problems that come with the rest of the work. Find a good local mechanic or better yet do the work yourself.

This is the best dealership in the Calgary/Airdrie area. We went to a lot of of dealerships and were disappointed in the customer service and unneccessary pressure to sign immediately at outrageous prices. Airdrie Honda is kind, civil and HONEST with their customers, you will feel valued. I had a great experience with Chino who helped me buy my first car. This is the place to go if you don't want your blood pressure to increase while looking for a car. I highly recommend, you won't regret coming here.
Honda produces great motor vehicles. You can get them fixed here too. I love my Fit, just bought new tires for winter everything went extraordinary. Friendly staff, very nice showroom. Don't mention Toyota to them though, they don't like it. Four out of Five Stars.

Airdrie Honda by far has given me the greatest vehicle buying experience! I visited many Honda dealers prior to making the long drive to Airdrie, and let me tell you, it was 100% worth it! We purchased our vehicle roughly 6 months ago and our sales adviser is still giving us calls asking us how things are going! If you're in the market for a new Honda. Great experience with sales. We did a lot of research and knew what we wanted going into the meeting. Chino was amazing (wish you would update your website as he should be a key member of your staff, based on the way we were treated) and not only addressed all of our concerns, but did it with grace and humour ... Having been a contented Pontiac owner for 20+ years, I was feeling the need for a new car (mid-life crisis?) and Airdrie Honda was amazing in getting me there. In comparison to a few other dealerships I visited in my search for my next car, Mitchell McCracken at Airdrie Honda immediately made me feel welcome and there was no pressure at all to buy. He was diligent and patient while we test drove the vehicles I was interested in, and despite him only being employed there for a few months, he was easily able to answer all of my questions. I liked his approach to the test drive as well, where he allowed me to drive it to the 1/2 way point, and then drove it back, using that as an opportunity to demonstrate some of the features/benefits of the vehicle to me that were newer in cars.
When it came to performing the trade-in appraisal, I was happy with the amount that was offered, definitely fair given the age of my 12-yr old Pontiac G6, and I liked that Mitchell was flexible when it came to pricing some of the other options as well; not pushy at all. The Sales Manager Lee was very genuine, and made helpful suggestions based on his years of experience which resulted in lowering my monthly lease payments by almost $100!
From the finance standpoint, both Wayne and Branden displayed that same diligence and confidence in their roles, and were adept at explaining all my financing options and helping me through the process smoothly.
Finally, as we moved through the purchase process and I went to pick up my new car on New Year's Eve, Mitchell was very thorough and diligent in sitting with me and walking me through the various settings and options in the car, helping to build some familiarity with the myriad of options/buttons before I drove her off the lot.
Mitchell was also excellent at following up when he said he would, highlighting his accountability and obviously taking great pride in his work and his interactions with his customers.
I'm super excited that I made the switch, and a huge thanks to the entire team at Airdrie Honda for their patience, consideration and friendliness that made the whole process painless and highly enjoyable! We had a great experience when shopping for a new Odyssey. We visited several local dealers and decided to go with Airdrie Honda due to the level of service, honesty and quality of employees. We had an excellent experience purchasing from Mike Fry, who went out of his way to get us everything we wanted in a very timely fashion. Overall, shopping at Airdrie Honda was an excellent experience and we would buy there again.
I was in need of a new car, as I had been in an accident and mine was considered a write-off. After doing a lot of online research, I found that the best car out there was a Honda Civic, and I loved what I saw when I checked them out.
So, after going to a couple of Calgary dealerships, I sent all dealerships in the area an e-mail requesting a quote. Right away, Michael Fry of Airdrie Honda replied, asked me a few questions, and was right on top of the back-and-forth e-mails we exchanged for a few days. He was very friendly online and made me want to work with him. I wasn't disappointed when I went into the dealership and met him personally. He was just as friendly in person and listened to everything I said, and even appreciated that I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, from the make, model and color. He never tried to change my mind or steer me in the wrong direction.

Awesome Dealership
My husband and I went in to Airdrie Honda to sign off on our expired leased CRV and we were planning to purchase it. We were treated with the utmost respect and patience. We were shown our various options and there was no pressure! Shaddy is the nicest guy ever! We were at the dealership for around 3hrs and I couldn't make up my mind as to what I wanted to do and he was so patient with me. We felt so good when we left there.
We are so happy with our purchase and the customer service that we received. We will definitely be back to Airdrie Honda.
I went back to the dealership a few weeks later to see why my tire indicator light was on and Shaddy was there again and he came to see me right away. He checked all of my tires and he help me fix the problem with the indicator light and he even washed my car for me and showed me how to operate some things with my Navi/phone that I was having difficulties with understanding. What a great place to purchase a vehicle! We HIGHLY recommend this Dealership!!

This is my second Honda Civic purchased from Mike Fry. Both times he has given me exceptional, honest, confident and hassle free customer service. I've never felt pressured either. Taking the Plunge
After much coercing from my wife, I decided that I needed to cut fuel costs down on my commute. I determined, based on many user reviews, that my best bet would be a Honda Civic. I am cut from an older cloth which translates; "I prefer to keep older vehicles alive in order to not make vehicle payments". But when parts and fuel costs outweigh the value of an older vehicle, one has to realize that purchasing a newer vehicle might make better fiscal sense. So off to Airdrie Honda I went.
Mike Fry was my sales rep and I must say; he not only knows his product, he loves it...and that is contagious. I bought an 09 Civic Sport and to be honest, who doesn't glance over at the latest and greatest while thinking, "maybe I could just take one for a test drive to compare?" I have met many sales reps who would have jumped in at that momentary point of indecision and begin pushing the latest and greatest. Mike didn't seize that opportunity because he listened to what my needs were rather than what my potential wants might be. By doing so he sealed the deal, I have zero buyers remorse and I don't have to worry about that infamous depreciation value of a new car.
Before I could take possession of my "new" car, it had to undergo the thorough Honda Certification inspection. Apparently there is a paint recall on my particular year and model, so it took longer than expected. Mike called me up and informed me of this and that they were offering me a loaner car till mine was ready. That loaner car saved me $135 in fuel costs in four days.
If you your fuel costs are anything like mine, then doesn't it make sense to take the plunge? I highly recommend Mike Fry, Brandon Heatherington and the rest of the team at Airdrie Honda.
