Bought a used truck here was told everything was inspected and fixed ended up needing bunch of work all they really did when it was traded in is wash it. Horrible deal will never buy a vehicle here or at any mainline dealership again

Great experience! Found a used Camaro online. Kyla replied quickly to all my questions and sent me all the info I asked for. We struck a deal by email. When I arrived to test drive the car, it was inside, completely clean and ready to go. On the road test there was a vibration. Took it back, immediately a technician took it for a road test to verify and balanced the tires. The car rode smooth after. Completed the paperwork and was on my way. Kyla came in on her day off to meet me and complete the sale. I have dealt with many dealerships and can say Kyla and Mainline Rosetown treated me very good!

The staff at Mainline are wonderful people, willing to help out people even when they aren't customers. We were having a bad day when our vehicle was damaged on the highway and they made sure I had everything I needed, just wanted to help out. It's rare these days and truly appreciated.

Have purchased a few vehicles from Rosetown mainline over the years, definitely worth the drive, Chris was excellent to deal with, highly recommended, Ryan and Garrett were very fair. Very happy with my purchase. Thanks again for another great sales experience.

We were told that the used SUV we purchased was thoroughly inspected, but it obviously was not. Before we left the lot, we looked under the hood and the coolant was empty. They almost let us drive 1.5 hrs home like that, but they did fill it after we pointed it out. When we got the vehicle home, we found a few other things that needed repair that should have been obvious in an inspection. They did fix them but our vehicle had to be taken back to Rosetown, adding more kms onto our vehicle, and then it was returned to us with an empty gas tank. The loaner vehicle they gave us was disgustingly filthy. They never once apologized for any of this. This was the first vehicle we purchased from Rosetown Mainline, and will be the last!

Amazing service. They went above and beyond to get me the pricing I was after. I’m from Regina, and after getting the run around from all the dealers in town I got in contact with Chris and Alyssa. Was treated very well by both of them and it was 110% worth the drive to do business there. I will definitely be back when it’s time for another vehicle.

We recently purchased a truck at Rosetown Mainline and had a very good experience. The salesman was knowledgeable and professional and great to work with. We did a trade up and they were very fair in their pricing. Would definitely recommend this company!

They took about an hour and a half to do a scheduled oil change on a half ton truck. When I asked about 45 minutes in if they would be done soon he said any minute they should be done and that the oil was dropped. 30 minutes later I asked again and got virtually the same response. It was on a Saturday I suppose but it caused me to be late for lunch. I understand there is sometimes a problem but I would have appreciated to know it was going to take that long the first time I asked and I could have moved my lunch date! Not taking it back for service there again.

The entire team at Mainline was awesome to deal with, from the first phone call to the day they delivered our new vehicle in Saskatoon they were a true pleasure to deal with. Our salesman Bob stayed late for us to drive out and see the vehicle, he answered every question we had, very patient with us as we made the decision and then the rest of the team took over. Alyssa was just as awesome, she helped us understand everything we needed to know about the financial aspects of the new purchase. Absolutely great service and amazing team at Mainline Chevy!

Amazing people and great place to shop. They will help you told you found what you are look for. My family drives a hour to go there when we have a mainline 20 mins away. But the drive is worth it, you will be sorry if you make the drive. Amazing group of people

Very good set of rims and tires at a competitive price. Best deal I could find in the province on factory rims for winter. I picked them up and installed myself although I think there’s a flat rate that could have been discounted since they weren’t installed, just picked up

Fast, friendly and professional service. They were able to get me a deal when it seemed like no one else could. I will be doing all my future business with Mainline! Dealerships around the province should take note, this is how a dealership should do business.

It was a terrible experience when it was all said and done. Bob the salesman gave me his word they would hold the vehicle and lied to me. Sold the vehicle even knowing I was coming to get it. People should be aware of the incompetence in the company and take business elsewhere.

Bought a 2011 Terrain here. When it came time for the warranty to expire I took it here for them to check it over. The service guy praised about their detailed inspection report they give. I didn’t mention to him that all 3 wipers had ripped rubbers on them. The report came back that all the wiper blades were in excellent condition. I phone the manager about this telling him that the inspection was done while sitting at a desk as they missed the wipers and if they looked in the back seat there were new ones there. I traded this terrain to them and bought a 2014 Denali terrain. Soon after I took possession of this I noticed the GPS map wasn’t up to date. I mentioned this to the salesman when I was there. His response was “Oh well” and walked away. After this one of the tire pressure sensors quit reading so I took it back to get it replaced. When I got home I noticed the center cap was missing on that wheel. I called the service manager and told him it was missing. His response was “How do you know it was the one we replaced the sensor in?” I replied because it’s the one that you took off. So he said he would order me one. When I received the replacement along with it came a bill for $180. I again phone and asked why I received a bill for this? Because you asked me to order it I was told. But you didn’t install it correctly when you took off my wheel is why it’s missing in the first place. I was then in the market for a new 2015 GMC truck. I went to the salesman that sold us the previous 2 Terrains. He threw me a set of keys and told me to press the remote button and you will find it. It was -25C outside so we went looking for it but didn’t like the truck. When we came back inside the salesman told us to sit down and sign up that truck. Pretty hard to sell a truck when the salesman doesn’t get off of his chair to show the truck. I went to Ford and they brushed the snow off of a truck and brought it to the door for us while we were drinking the coffee they served us. I’ve bought this truck plus one more Ford since. On my 2014 Terrain the service manager noticed rust showing on the bottom of the doors. He said there’s a recall to fix this issue. Great I though so how soon can you fix this I asked. I’ll put you one the list and call you when I want it brought in. Hopefully soon I asked, no he said as they are backlogged right now and may take a while to get to it but I will call you. We forgot about this until we got a wiper recall. We called Mainline to inquire about the current recall and asked about the rust recall. The service manager said “Oh that expired May of 2018, you’re too late”. I responded that how can I be too late when you put me on a list and were to call me to bring it in? Who was the service manager he asked, as there has been about 3 since then. I don’t know I responded but am still waiting for that call. I received an email from the current service manager that GM isn’t responsible for me missing the deadline and could have taken it somewhere else to fix it. Why would I take it somewhere else when your service manager said he would call me. I was looking to get this fixed as within the year to trade this off for a new vehicle. After having issues like listed above I don’t know why I would purchase from Mainline again. This will be my last GM vehicle purchase.

I've bought two brand new trucks off these people over the years didn't think the service was that good. Heck after each purchase the sale's guy didn't thank me or even shake my hand soon as I singed the papers he walked away. Then few weeks later there calling wanting to know if I'm interested in trading my new truck off onto another new one soon as I politely said no I'm fine they hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. Maby there better now that I see they moved over across the highway but I have since switched to O Brian's in Saskatoon they have great service and best finance rate's for used truck's as these new trucks have gotten way over price.

Bought a vehicle through Kirk from 350 km away. He was fantastic to deal with and sent me as many pictures and videos of the truck as I wanted. I was apprehensive of buying a vehicle through the internet from that far away and I didn't want any surprises when I got the truck. The truck was exactly as described by Kirk and what was shown in the photos. No unpleasant surprises!

Never bought a vehicle from this company, but I DEFINITELY did work for a couple of trips delivering vehicles and trailers for them. The attatched photo is of a 2012 GM pickup that they supplied me with to do a 9 hour trip in -35 degree weather. A 4 year old pickup truck that had EVERY trouble warning light on, for an 18 hour round trip, and brakes that needed servicing. I have been a trucker for 26 years. Never in my life have I felt so unsafe in a vehicle. (All with the blessing of Shawn Kachur.....the guy who hired me). Sure enough, that GM broke down in Carlyle,Sk., leaving me stranded and on my own. (With basically no help from Rosetown Mainline).
Think THAT'S Bad? On my second trip, they shorted me over $30 on my pay!! I spoke to Shawn Kachur about it. He said "Our sister dealership in Kindersley only pays $10 an hour for drivers to deliver vehicles" and, basically, I should be happy. Well,....I am NOT happy.
Seeing that I was "Boned" up the ass, it is time that I do a little "Boning" myself. Seems that "Rosetown Mainline" is going to "take a little heat" upon their hiring practices and policies. The Internet is a wonderful thing. It can be used in emergencies, and can be used to expose people and companies for "who they really are". This is one of the many postings that are publicly available "Shedding a little light" on this matter.
2 out of 2 trips with vehicles that were, for the most part, not roadworthy. (1 being sold to a customer SE of Regina. (Bet they didn't inform THAT customer)
Seems to be a pattern here.
