How’s is it that this is only dealership in the city of tbay that’s does not provide shuttle service. That’s a fact. Lame excuse to use Covid. Clearly don’t wanna pay someone to do the job. I’m from out of town and don’t even offer to provide a vehicle to use while I’m in the city. Especially when my vehicle was there for 3 full days unexpectedly. They called said if they can keep it overnight I yes figured be done next day. Also I don’t live in the city. It’s on my dime get around and pay stay somewhere. I ask them
fix mudflap. While truck there. Had broken bolt for mud flap and charged me few bucks for nut bolt but the kicker they charged half hr labor for 2min job. You have my truck for 3 full days. I can understand 2 but dealership don’t think we had his truck for 3 full days and let’s not charge him for bolt and lab. They did do good job on my truck.

Dominion Motors did lifter/cylinder work on my 2015 Sierra 1500. So far so good. Steve was very professional and helpful. When I picked up the truck the day after it was ready, it had a flat in the parking lot and they fixed it right away, no charge. Excellent service centre.

I had my brand new 2021 Yukon XL in for it’s first service and to have a handful of warranty issues addressed. The staff was friendly and my vehicle was returned to me quickly considering the list of issues I had. On my way home one of the re-occurring issues came back, four days later when I went to start my vehicle after work it would not start, so I had to make a roadside assistance call, since then every morning is like Christmas morning, I’m not sure what warning is going to be in when I start my vehicle…….I’m just glad it starts. These negatives are not towards Dominion Motors but more towards the GM product, I live over 200km away from Dominion Motors, so it is not reasonable for me to bring my vehicle in every time a warning comes in. I will give Dominion another chance to straighten out these issues, and if they can’t, I will be trading my GM in for a different brand.

Someone backed into my Chevy Cruze and caused quite a bit of damage. Insurance company took care of everything and the wonderful staff at Dominion Motors made my car look brand new. They cleaned the inside of the car and did an AMAZING job with replacing the parts. I bought this car from them back in 2017 and I’ve never had any issues with it yet! Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for service. It will be in good hands.

I was in dire need of an oil change to see if it would correct and oil problem my truck was having and the guys it’s a minion motors were so quick at getting me in to get it done even though it was almost the end of their workday. I had gone to my dealership that I bought the truck from and had most of my work done with them and they wouldn’t take me so my hats off to dominion Motors for doing the work they did it as quickly as they did. When I checked off the stars at the top of the screen I wasn’t sure which was the highest rating so the one I have checked off I’m hoping it’s for the highest rating since as I said before they were really good at getting my work done as fast as he did

Purchased a brand new Chevrolet 3500 from a GM dealership in Alberta. I scheduled an appointment at this dealership to have a sensor reviewed for my tire pressure. They were able to reset the pressure sensor for rear tires. They were not able to complete or inspect any other issues I was having and continue to have with my brand new truck, which I have purchased an extended warranty. I was told numerous times to take it back to the dealership in Alberta where I purchased the truck. I have personally reached out to this dealership as per their website and have not heard back from them. I have also started a service complaint with GM Canada.

The auto body shop was excellent for quote and there was a sensor that may or may not need to be replaced…it might have just needed to be reset in new bumper…highly thought we would need the $900 sensor but surprisingly we didn’t saved money! Had to change appointment 3 times and they never got upset just rolled with it as we are from out of town. Perfect match on the colour my truck looks brand new! I would definitely go there again as they were excellent! Ashley is a real asset!

I am not one to write bad reviews but I do not recommend this place. I went to buy a vehicle, test drove it and really liked it, but instead of receiving proper customer service I was told they are not pricing out anything for me. Even though I wanted to buy the vehicle I was told that I do not get a price because they decided for me that I was not buying a vehicle. I left with less information than you can find online. Do not waste your time at this place.

My husband and I bought a Ford Expedition Max from Dominion Motors in January 2019. There were a few minor problems that eventually got sorted out, although with no urgency. We bought the car in full working order. We always dealt with Matt, who was always helpful, professional, courteous and polite. The car had no running boards. We bought it without running boards. We were told that there were no running boards on the car. We enquired about a price to have them added. Matt got back in touch with us & told us that we wouldn't need them added, as they were already there & were automatic & that he hadn't realised that they were at that time of sale. They were automatic & were hidden beneath each side. We were told to find the switch to release them & bring them down, so that we could use them. My husband found the automatic switch. Unfortunately, it did not release the boards. We informed Matt of this problem, who booked the car into the service department to sort out the problem. My husband took a day off work & we were given a courtesy car. The service department telephoned us later that day & asked us if we were going to pay for the repairs! We had bought the car just a few weeks ago, with a warranty and in full working order. We were shocked by being asked to pay. We got in touch with the sales department & Matt was away. We dealt with Dustin, who was extremely helpful. Eventually, we were given a quote of over $ 5000 to repair replace the running boards that were completely stuck! Dominion Motors who had been extremely helpful up until that point said that the defect reflected the price that we paid. They were not prepared to resolve the matter. We would absolutely not have bought the car if we had known of this fault. We contacted the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council, who agreed that we should not have been sold a car with a major fault & should have been informed of it, before sale. We did not know that the running boards existed initially, neither did Matt & neither did Dustin .Dustin apparently did not know at that point. We later found out that Dustin did know about the fault & allowed it to be sold to us, with a fault & without informing us of it. We believe that Matt was unaware of the fault. OMVIC had a response from Dominion Motors. They claim that they sold the car to us after informing us that the running boards were permanently stuck. Irreparably stuck. This is absolutely not true. Why on Earth would we spend so much money on a car with a major problem ? So Dominion Motors have lied to us & they have lied to OMVIC. We are absolutely appalled, disappointed and disgusted by the way Dominion Motors have treated us & accused us of lying. So, they sold a car to us, which we paid for fully. Dominion Motors made a profit, we have incurred an incredible financial loss. The car has since had further major problems, Dominion Motors are not interested. I have written this review to warn others about this company. They were extremely helpful and keen to sell us an overpriced car with major faults & are unwilling to resolve the problem. Our car is now worth only a fraction of what we paid for it, after only 8 months. We wish that we had never come across this appalling and ruthless company. We have incurred a huge financial loss, because of this, which will take us many years to financially recover from. We have also been called liars. Dominion Motors lied to us, and have cost us a lot of money. SHAME ON THEM !!! One star given because there is no option to give no stars or negative stars.

I had one encounter with the service manager, and was treated so poorly and with such disrespect, I will not be returning to this dealer. I will have my truck serviced out of town before going back.

I used to think they were treating me well for what they were charging, but that's changed in recent years. Two main incidents:
1) They looked over my car twice to find the cause of an engine issue and told me they couldn't find a solution both times. (The second time, I mentioned the issue was still happening bit actually asked them NOT to check it again, but they still did and charged me anyway.) This didn't stop them from suggesting that I change out all my spark plugs for new ones though, to try and solve the problem. Later my friend who isn't a mechanic recognized the problem immediately during a drive, and it had nothing to do with sparkplugs. If they had just been thorough and honest I wouldn't have been charged 3 ways for something that wasn't fixable in the first place.
2) They told me during a checkup that my brakes needed replacing. I thought oh yeah, they must mean my brake pads. NOPE. Despite the fact that the brake pads were not unusually worn through ("almost worn down" were their words), they replaced the rotors as well. When I challenged this decision they said that there was no such thing as refinishing rotors anymore and that they could only replace them, in fact they had to at this point. Sounded sketchy to me but what do I know. More importantly, 4 months of city driving later I get a checkup from another mechanic, and they tell me my brake pads already need replacing again. Since I drive modestly, I can only conclude that they never actually replaced my brake pads.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a long time, but it just doesn't add up. I've switched to a new mechanic. I wish I could get my money back but it's probably too late.

I’ve only dealt with the parts department for my 2002 sierra. Excellent service, if not in stock they are quick to get them for me. If OEM is required go to these guys. I always shop around and found their prices reasonable. I’ve had bad experiences with after market parts suppliers and once delivery charges are added they are not that much cheaper. The staff are great. Support the local economy!

I was misdirected by my insurance carrier to have my car repaired at Dominion Motors.After it was was partially repaired and clearly not road tested, as the front shock absorber was broken,the windshield washer nozzles were installed backwards, along with a broken hood release that was glued back on,and the the hood was misaligned.
I was told that "sometimes cars are not the same after an accident"
Puzzling due to the fact that this was a minor impact and a high quality car.
This was in July 2016 and with the ensuing convoluted process of trying to have the car properly repaired, I am now picking up my properly repaired car on March 3rd 2017.
At this point, a rating is not relevant but rather a review would be more appropriate.
Obviously, not a positive review at all, in fact I I was having to justify all of my concerns, which in the automotive industry, is not good as a customer.
I would not recommend Dominion Motors.

We bought a 2014 Buick LaCrosse and have had nothing but troubles since.Most were covered under warrenty,but the complete brake job at 29000 kilometers which has us baffled was not. We purchased the car with 22000 and my wife drove it to work every day during last winter. I just wondered how it past the safety? If the brakes were in that shape? Oh well,live and learn as they say.
