Had a great experience purchasing my 2021 Cadillac XT5 sport. Andrew was very knowledgeable and no sales pressure and covid safe meeting. Andrew and the service staff serviced my trade in to receive top dollar. Suggestion that is no reflection on the dealership would be to include a spare tire, jack and keychain for the fob, for this large purchase.

Parkland and Andrew gave me a reason to travel 6hrs to purchase my new Sierra. Trade in value for my old Ford was far beyond other dealerships. Andrew made the whole experience easy and pleasant considering we were communicating over phone, txt and email. He was very prompt and thorough. October 28 I had a coolant leak fixed for $317.44. November 5 I had my brakes done and a tune up for $1125.45 but they charged me $57.50 for a check engine light which I did not even mention. Today on December 16 I checked my coolant level in the reservoir just to see how it's doing and noticed it is almost empty. Clearly they did not fix what needed to be fixed and charged me for it. I went in today to ask for money back or to fix it properly for free this time for the inconvenience. Service manager said he can't do either. Then he says can look at it again and give me an estimate for a charge. This place is a rip off! I am not a happy customer, will take my business elsewhere.

Ryan, Charlie and staff are truly impressive! Their service is top notch, friendly and professional!! We were rear ended in our truck and body work and a new paint job needed to be done on the rear end and box of our truck. They set us up wth a beautiful Fully-loaded Chevy Tahoe while our truck got repaired. They had everything fixed and ready to go within the week but then noticed that our bumper impact bar was bent, this was a special part that ended up getting back ordered. To save us money in rental costs ParkLane asked me to return the Tahoe and they gave us a brand new GMC Sierra to drive until our truck came in! Talk about convenience and amazing service! They really look after their customers! Not only did they pop out the dents from the accident, they went above and beyond and popped out all the little dents we accumulated over the 7 years of having our truck. We asked them to fix rust on our front bumper, but they noticed inside our door was a tad rusted as well, so they fixed that too all for a very reasonable cost! Our truck looks impeccable and we couldn’t be happier! We knew we were in good hands when we chose ParkLane and we will definitely be back for any future work. Thank you!

My husband made an appointment (for a couple days time) in person for our Buick to be safety inspected (we needed a safety certificate to register our AB car to ON). At the time of the appointment he bought an oil filter. The appointment was booked for 7:30 am but we were told that it would not be looked at until 8 am. At 1 pm we still had not heard anything and called for an update: our car hand't been looked at yet. We were frustrated, but said "okay, but one way or another we will need to pick up the car today". Shortly before close they called and said it had a chip in the windshield, that it would not pass and there was no time to replace the windshield that day. We asked SEVERAL times if they were sure the windshield needed replaced rather than filling the chip. They insisted that it would need to be replaced and would cost around $450+. We were fine with that, but very irritated that it wouldn't be done by 5. We went to pick up the car and pay for safety inspection and they tried to charge us for an oil change that they did even though we didn't ask for it(my husband had just changed the oil so they should have clued in that it didn't need to be changed). We then got our chip filled at ACE (even though they were SURE it had to be replaced) & got our car safety checked and passed at LaSalle (for a better price and service) and now our car is registered, no thanks to Park Lane. I generally do not post negative reviews, but it was because the staff did not care that we were upset is why I am posting.

My mom was called twice about an oil change which she confirmed. She mentioned both times she needed a ride and when she went in with her 1 yr old car purchased from Park Lane about a ride again. She had to wait for a ride as they were on lunch (isnt that why fast food was invented?) and then they forgot to pick her up at 4 pm, which she had scheduled 3x. She could tell the driver was clueless, but come on Park Lane, she is 86. I thought this dealership was legit, but I was wrong I guess.

Today I left my car at Park Lane to have my car detailed and a routine oil change. Both were completed to my satisfaction, but what I would really like commend Melonie (Sorry maybe spelled incorrectly)for her meticulous care she took with my car.I usually have my car waxed prior to winter but due to my health I was unable to do this for this year. Melonie had my car spotless inside and out and the outside shown as good as the day I purchased my car from Park Lane. Thank you to Melonie for her remarkable job on my car and to the rest of the staff who always go the extra mile for their customers.

Nice people there. Good sales rep. Awful experience getting my car fixed. There was a GM mail strike when I was getting my car done so I had to wait 3 weeks for my car to be fixed and had to ride the city bus for 3 weeks. I understand a mail strike 100% is not their fault, but the service was awful. I called multiple times and they told me my car would be ready in a few days. They said that 3 times until it was 3 weeks later... I am still waiting for my car after they called yesterday and told me it would be ready yesterday and they never called me. Not pleased.

I have to say that Andrew Goss, my sales rep, he's a 5 *!

Before my first year was up, albeit minor issues, when you spend a lot on a quality truck, you don't anticipate that your key fob ($175 to replace) or decals, will just fall apart.

I'm giving a one star, because the service manager didn't have the time to come talk to me,after 3 voicemails with one call back.

I typically keep this stuff to myself, but when a desk person comes back and says, sorry I managed to get 5 minutes of his time and he said to tell you there's nothing he can do. If you want to talk, give him a call or come back another time?

Sorry to say, but that is not customer service. Especially when one can easily see, the minor damages were not caused by "wear and tear".

I've now reached out to GMC themselves to see if they are willing to provide the service I feel warranted for a vehicle you spend good money on.
