I just purchased a 2020 silverado high country, this is my 3rd new truck from Hudson's. The first 2 where purchased through Jeff and i was always 100% satisfied , they have an amazing experience from sales right through to there highly experienced parts department. I just bought this 2020 today and my sales representative was Dolly, this was new to me because Jeff moved to a sales manager position and is working very closely with the sales staff and his years of experience and knowledge of the industry has paid off , i will always feel comfortable and confident dealing with Dolly, super job.

was offered $30,000 on a 2020 Ram with 5,300 kms when they're selling for 50+ new - I was told some 'cheap' advice that chrysler has gone in the garbage and tanked on resale value. This is unprofessional and not true by any means. I took my truck else where and it was appraised at 49,850.00 - nice try but I wont be recommending larry hudson or any of their senior sales staff

Mike DeBoer made it a pleasure to purchase my Silverado 3500 High Country today. I like dealers who have lots of inventory so I drove here yesterday to pick one from the lot and do a few quick signatures. Today they customized & detailed it so when I arrived, we did 15 minutes of paper work & 15 minutes of orientation inside my new truck. Super smooth, seamless procedure. I bought a truck here for work in 2018 a 3500HD and I have never been able to get the truck in for a diagnostics quick every time I try they tell me they are booked for 3 or 4 or sometimes even 7 days, so to anyone who wants a truck for work I suggest not go here because if you are gonna need quote service you can expect to have to cancel all your work for at least a week.

Booked an appointment a week ago for this morning at 8:30am. I showed up at 8:15am at which point they took my van.

I went back to the guy twice informing them I had to leave by 9am.

At 9:05am I had to go get my keys back because they still haven’t looked at it.

What’s the point of making any appointment if you aren’t going to follow it. I’ll just book any repairs at Waterloo for now on.

Oh, I should also add that my van was in for a quick recall regarding the seatbelt alarm.

We bought our 2018 Silverado 2500 from Dennis at Larry Hudson. He was fabulous and extremely fair with negotiating. Dolly is a wealth of knowledge walking us through Apple CarPlay, setting up Bluetooth, features of the truck etc. They make buying a vehicle a breeze.

My parents purchased a used vehicle here. A few months after purchasing, they noticed the Navigation was not working properly. Being elderly, they had no idea how it was supposed to work & figured they were doing something wrong, so they asked I look at it. Sure enough, it was not getting a signal from the satellites.

They called their salesman at Larry Hudson Chevrolet, who immediately sent their call to the service department. The service department told them it could cost anywhere from $100 - $3000 depending on what was wrong.

I sent the owner of Larry Hudson an email requesting his attention to the issue. I explained they were elderly and would have had no way to know if it was working when they bought the vehicle, asked if they check items like this prior to sale, and asked if they would be willing to take a quick look at it (for free - no more than an hour spent). I figured it was likely just a bad connection at the radio etc. I got NO response at all - from the owner or anyone.

Disappointed, I decided to do a little research into the issue. I found an internet post about a similar issue after having the cabin filter replaced on a new Buick. Turns out, if you aren’t careful, installing the new cabin filter can disconnect the OnStar / GPS antenna. I found the location of the cabin filter and instructions how to replace it. Sure enough, when I took the glove box out, there were 2 wirings hanging loose from the OnStar / GPS antenna box. I plugged them back in an POOF….the Navigation system works perfectly.

The cabin filter looks brand new, so I assume it was replaced just before my parents purchased the vehicle and the tech accidentally disconnected the wires. Sad that they aren’t aware of this common issue or just cared more about the billable service hours than making a customer happy.

I would not recommend this dealership at all. Once they have your money, you're nobody to them..

Very disappointed with the service. Took our truck in for our first time at Hudson's for an oil change. Bill did not make sense - parts are itemized but the prices/cost don't add to total that we were billed.
I popped in to inquire and the first service adviser would not help, as she was starting her lunch (and standing right in front of me) and said she would help me when she's back from lunch and walked away.
I then waited for another service adviser who said the price we paid is a set menu price. So I asked why they itemize the parts/costs and don't bill me that amount anyway, again it's a "set menu price" and the parts are listed for inventory etc. and could not further explain why the amounts did not match up.

Every time I come here for service beyond just an oil change it turns out to be a major headache. Don't get me wrong, they do their best to accommodate you when there are issues, but this is the third time now I have not been satisfied with the service I have received beyond accomadations.

Another good point was the way we were handled when we purchased our vehicle. They fought tooth and nail to get our vehicle financed despite my less than stellar credit. For that I am grateful.
