Would not recommend their service department. Took my girlfriend's car in for an oil change and was told that my wipers that were working perfectly just before I drove in were too damaged and needed replacing. Not a chance, they were cleaning my windshield with almost surgically clean...even brought them to show me with tattered strips! The only way they could get that way is if they were damaged there. It cost me $54 in wiper blades to see for myself the way this dealership treats their customers.

I bought my 2010 sierra there and they treated me great would definitely recommend going there to purchase a vehicle but DO NOT take your vehicle here for repairs their "qualified technicians" told me my trucks motor was blown and I would need either a complete rebuild or a new motor.... I knew the motor wasnt blown completely as the truck would drive and reached good rpms without struggling just had a knock at slow speeds decided to take the truck home and look into it myself as I thought maybe a blown cylinder looked into it and it was just a bad lifter.... only cost me $30 on rock auto mind you I did have to replace seals and figured might as well replace lifter guides while I had that side open trucks fine now been running no issue for months with no help from HMP I was not impressed the place I bought the truck couldnt figure out in 2 days what it took me 5 min and a google search to figure out
Came from London to buy my new truck, gave me a way better deal then any of the people here in London and the people here in London are shady as hell. Next Truck will be here too. See you guys in a few years. Honest!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a difference 2 years makes!!! 2 weeks ago today I went and purchased a new truck. It's still not ready. I purchased a gooseneck hitch at the same time. Still not in. It's pretty bad when my husband has to keep calling the salesman to find out what is going on. Picking it up tomorrow without the hitch. He says next week, but hell, he said that 2 weeks ago too.

I've bought new vehicles at John Bear in new hamburg and Hudson's in Listowel over the last few years (traded in 2 times now), and HMP blows everyone out of the water. No pressure sales and what the salesman says is the same as what your final bill says (which can't be said for the others in my experience). Mike Hamather was great, definitely a repeat customer.

Cannot recommend these folks enough! My vehicle broke down on a Friday night. I managed to get it to HMP, and the next morning I brought it in for them to look at. It needed a new part, and although it was at a different dealership they sent a driver to immediately pick it up. They had my car finished at the end of the working day on Saturday. I'm incredibly grateful for the hard work of the service department, for without them I would have been a tight spot.

Had some service work done yesterday and had no issues with that. Employees were friendly and helpful! However when I when to get my truck from the parking lot in the afternoon it was all black ice. I slipped once and hurt my back then while trying to get something from my truck bed slipped again and put my tooth in my lip causing it to bleed everywhere...was 4:30 pm, hadn't snowed in days and there was no salt to be seen...
Purchased a 2013 GMC sierra used from them in 2015. Had an excellent experience. And just recently Purchased a brand new 2018 Chevrolet Silverado. Both times I dealt with Chad Wilcox and he was exceptionally professional. I Strong recommended for truck purchases. Also there service department is above average for sure.
Overall a great experience here from start to finish. I went in with high expectations that were met. I spoke to justin over the phone once he advised with the different trucks they had with the 5.3l. Next thing you know i end up at the dealer buying a brand new 2016 chevy silverado. Justin made the deal extremely easy. Unlike any other dealer i went to, he made me feel like i was making the right choice. Excellent service. Saw ad in newspaper for a 2015 Cadillac ATS that I asked if I could test drive. I got to the dealership just at closing and not only did he wait for me, but actually took the car out of the showroom for me to test drive. I liked the car, price and service so much, I bought it. I was camping at the Pinery in Grand Bend and my truck was not functioning. I called Don Dale at HMP and he offered to lend me a loaner car while HMP tried to diagnose the issue with my truck. I had my truck towed to HMP on Saturday and Don worked on trying to fix my truck until the following Wednesday. Even though they could not find anything wrong with my truck, Don and his team were diligent in their efforts to find the issue. Don and his team allowed me to have the loaner car for 5 days, so our camping vacation would not be ruined.

I did a lot of research before deciding the vehicle I wanted to lease. Just to be thorough I was working with 2 in town and 3 out of town dealerships to make sure I was getting the best deal. Although there was 1 dealership that offered me a demo with a few more options for about the same price; I chose to go with HMP. The reason I went with HMP was Justin Parker. I was already sold on the Cruze. Justin sold me on the dealership. I dealt with all dealerships via email. Having never met Justin; his email correspondence was always prompt and courteous. Full of helpful information without the slightest hint of pressure. When I met Justin in person; he did not disappoint. He was just as friendly and helpful as he was in his emails. I was totally comfortable with everything. He made the process so easy. Justin totally shows"customer appreciation". I must also say a few words about Susan Riddel from finance. I came expecting and prepared for high pressure extras sales pitch. I was floored to find that Susan was as nice as everyone else at the dealership. She thoroughly explained my options and left me to make my own decisions. Thank you Justin. Thank you Susan. Thank you HMP. This was my first dealing with HMP but I can feel it won't be the last time.
