I was so shocked to learn my dealership had an Express lane for simple service. Oil change, tire rotation, no problem, no appointment necessary just pull up through the express lane. Had some time after work and boom within 1/2 hour maintenance work was done. Epic!

My car was brought to the service department to assess a mechanical issue by Fix Auto after an accident. Even though Fix Auto apparently called them numerous times the previous day to have the vehicle returned to Fix Auto, as well as to have one of the wheels switched out prior to my arrival, they failed to do so. I had to go in person to Davis to retrieve my personal effects from the car and to have them remove the wheel in question. I waited around, standing, for almost 40 minutes while they could not find the car, while they could then not find the key for the car, and then once we got that sorted out, they hadn't switched out the wheel as requested. So, I had to wait around while they did that. In all, a very poor experience, and I don't plan to visit this dealership any time soon.

I had my vehicle serviced by one of the mechanics there Ed. He was honestly the best mechanic we could of asked for to fix my vehicle! He really took the time to educate me on exactly what was wrong and what was going to need work in the near future. He Is the only mechanic I would ever trust to work on any of my vehicles! Not impressed booked the fall special was to include wipers also asked to have winter tires installed rotation was to be included so I was expecting a bit of a up charge. Went to pick up truck wipers were added to bill they adjusted that charge, went to truck tires were not installed but was charged a extra 120.00 went back in had that adjusted said they didn't rotate tires was supposed to be included in the fall special. So if they didn't take the tires off I wonder how they checked the brakes also part of the fall special makes me wonder if they even did a oil change??

As a student, I’m always looking around for the best deals. This place is, by far, the best place. They give discounts to students, sticks true to their words, and does everything flawlessly. If you’re ever needing a ride, they will provide shuttles! If you choose not to use the shuttles, the couches are extremely comfortable, the staff are very nice and can converse about anything, and there is free coffee! (Which is a bonus for coffee loving students) I TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

The Worst Experience we ever had,
No sales experience, careless customer service, we had intentions on spending $100,000 on a truck. They told us we did not play the part to buy a truck worth $100,000.. little do they know that the guys in the suits work for the guys in the sweat pants....
We will not be coming back, and will be sure to spread our experience. We went over to Murray Chevrolet afterwards and they were fantastic.

I feel Davis GMC does an adequate job. They get the required task completed as requested. However I wouldn’t say they go above and beyond like some places. I feel like a number here. Don’t expect them to wash your vehicle, as an example, after they service it. I had to ask for my lug nut key back after a tire rotation; almost drove away without it.

I can't speak on what it's like to purchase from Davis as I haven't bought from them since 2007, but their service dept sucks. Took my 2007 Solstice in for a recall on the passenger air bag, got it back and the AM/FM radio didn't work. Took it back to get checked. Of coarse it was nothing they did but the tech said there's no power to the speakers, and would have to dig deeper to find the issue. Funny the Sirius and CD work fine. Took the car home without the radio working. Had the privilege of paying $84 to find out the tech hasn't got a clue of what he/she is doing. My previous experience with Davis service dept wasn't good. The only reason I took it there was for the GM recall. Now I'm finally done with them.

Simply put, these guys are awesome, we just picked up our new 2019 GMC Terrain and every step of the way has been such a pleasure honestly. We dealt with krysta in sales she was not pushy, she was so helpful and friendly she was a big part in choosing to buy from Davis. Russ was very nice to deal with, very friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy at all either. Jaret spent like an hour or so with us at pick up showing us every detail, AND because Murray never showed us things about our Tahoe he spent more time with us in the Tahoe we brought with us changing some setting and showing us things for no charge. Every time I've been to Davis and spoken to someone in person, they've been fantastic. Specifically TJ, Brad, and service tech Joel have been very friendly and helpful both times I've been to Davis. It's the customer service offered over the phone that I have a problem with.

The first time I ever interacted with Davis, I phoned to book a coolant flush for my truck. I spoke with a service tech who quoted me $109.95 for the service and confirmed the appointment time and date, 10am on a Friday about a month and a half ago.

I arrived on the specified date and time to find that not only was my appointment never booked, I was never even put into the system as a customer, and the quoted price was $40 lower than the actual price. Never, in my years of owning vehicles and dealing with maintenance appointments across many different mechanics, has this ever happened.

Fortunately, Joel managed to squeeze me in anyway and agreed to match the price I was quoted over the phone. Once in the shop they found a few front end issues that needed addressing, which leads me into the second time I went to Davis.

I booked a later appointment for a wheel hub replacement (This time through the website and yes, it did actually get booked properly). Davis calls you a few times leading up to appointments to confirm that you haven't forgotten, and each of these times I spoke with a different person. I made it crystal clear that the day of the service I needed the truck back by 3pm, giving ample time since the appointment was for 8am. All these advisors confirmed the truck would be finished long before 3pm. I was catching a bus to Calgary, and I'd rather take my truck home than leave it sit on the lot for the three days I'd be gone.

The day I brought the truck in, the service tech who I gave my keys to confirmed that the truck would be finished before 12pm. I also made it clear that this was an actual obligation and not just a request that I'd prefer to have the truck back before 3, of course Davis confirmed that it would be fine and that I should have it back before 12, 1 at the latest.

I go home, not a peep from Davis before 12, so I phone back and ask for a quick ETA so I can adjust my bus plans if needed. The person I talked to told me the tech was on lunch until 1pm but "confirmed" that the truck was finished and would be off the lift about 15 minutes after that, so 1:15.

At 1:15 I phone back and book a shuttle back to the dealership. The lady says the shuttle is running a bit late and that it would be about half an hour. That's fine, I can wait, so I book the shuttle and wait.

The shuttle actually took about an hour to show up, which I can sort of understand because it had to pick up someone else and the roads were not great that day. It was 2:15-2:20 by the time the shuttle came.

I live 10min from Davis, but it actually took about 25 minutes to get me to the dealership because, for some reason, the shuttle drove the other person to a completely different shop. I was supposed to be at the bus station at 2:55 for a 3:10 departure, and I ended up arriving at Davis at 2:50.

I waited about 5 minutes for someone to let me pay for the service, and then another 10 for them to get my truck and drive it around to me. Most dealerships just hand you the keys and tell you where they parked it. Go figure.

I did end up making my bus, arriving at 3:09. Had it taken a couple more minutes for anything, even the shuttle, I would've missed it.

In conclusion (And if you didn't feel like reading that entire story), I'm not upset by the length of time it took to do the service, I am unhappy that I was consistently promised that I'd have the truck "long before" 3pm, and yet made my bus with a minute to spare. I worked in customer service at one time, and I never over-promised to customers. If I made a mistake, I immediately phoned back to correct it and ensure customers would never be promised something I couldn't deliver on.

Google is saying my review is too long, or I'd elaborate further.

We are writing this review to commend the sales staff who helped us buy our "brand new" used GMC acadia. I say "brand new" because the quality and cleanliness of this vehicle made us feel we were buying a new vehicle even though it was used and the price was really great. We felt we were given exceptional customer service by Raphael Reyes from the moment we walked in. We described what we were looking for in a vehicle and our budget. Because Raphael had a good knowledge of what was available he knew right away of a vehicle that would suit our needs. After trying it out for a couple days we knew this was the car for us. In case we had any lingering doubts Raphael carefully went through the service and maintenance the car had undergone and really helped us feel confident we were getting a great deal. Then came the financing. We were so happy with the service Krista provided by getting us such a good rate. This allowed us to buy the extended warranty which we felt was a very valuable add on. All in all we would definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership. We feel they employ the best of staff and offer the most friendly and efficient customer service we've ever experienced buying a car. We are also planning to use their "dealer rewards" service that Raphael spoke about as it will earn us points towards winter tires we would like to buy. As far as recommending a sales person Raphael has our vote. He was awesome! We felt he genuinely had our best interest in mind.... so Thank you everyone at Davis GM. We loved our experience and p.s. The food in the cafeteria was really good too!!

I haven't purchased myself a new vehicle for 9 years. Part of the reason for this was because I was intimated by sales people. Marc was fantastic. He allowed me to test drive the Buick for the weekend which allowed me to take it everywhere I would normally take it in my day to day life. Grocery shopping, pick ups and drop offs for the kids etc. This gave me huge confidence that this was the right vehicle for our family. I was able to call, text and email my questions which was great.
The financial manager Rick was excellent. He took the time to answer all my questions, got me approved for a car loan and got us on the road in no time. Completely hassle free experience from start to finish:)

What great fortune to catch TJ Quinton as my salesman! I met TJ through instant chat through the Davis Lethbridge website. As I live about 2 ½ hours from the dealership, we did most of our dealings through online chat, emails and phone calls. When I did finally meet with TJ in person, he was kind enough to come in on his day off. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced about the vehicles and it’s plain to see his enthusiasm when shows them. When TJ delivered our new Terrain, he met us half way. He took the time again, to thoroughly explain to us the many features and programs. I say again because he demonstrated all the features during the test drive. TJ is always willing to help long after the vehicle is sold and I feel confident that I can call on him anytime. We live in Regina, and were looking for a vehicle that is capable of the wear and tear of gravel roads. I contacted Davis GM and Dave was the person we dealt with. He answered all my questions and was very friendly, he provided more information that I didn't think to ask about. Dave offered to help arrange a viewing of the vehicle we were looking for and also to make arrangements for us to meet half way. We were also looking closer to home for a vehicle as that would be more convenient. Dave was very understanding about this and still kept in contact with me via email. We were able to purchase a vehicle closer to home. When I notified Dave of this he was very happy for us, and offered his services for any time in the future. After dealing with quite a few other car dealerships, it was so refreshing to deal with Dave and Davis GM. I appreciated his courtesy and professionalism at all levels of our dealings.
