No good service here. I won't be back. My vehicle was in for recall work, but after I mentioned the check engine light was on, they went ahead and charged me the 1/2 hour shop time to also plug into the diagnostics (while it was already in a service bay) and look at a screen.
Not a mention of the inconveniences of bringing the truck in a second time for the second recall on the same part. This time in a pandemic. Because its was a block heater cord and we live where we live.
They gave me no idea how long I'd have to wait, then when I came to get the vehicle there was no one around. When someone finally did show up, it was some old guy without a clue that made me just stand there as he tried to figure out the paperwork, which he never did. As far as I could tell he thought I was trying to sneak out on part of my bill.
I essentially ended up going in for a recall and paying $100.00 for a quote to change plugs. I hope they had a good laugh about it and it was worth losing any future business from me.
Watch who you go to for your recall service work.
The answer from management? They just had to charge me. Too bad.
In my opinion it's most definitely the culture here thats causing the bad service, and from the top down, so this has to be a "definitely avoid".
I was on the phone with Kristian towle talking about trading in my truck .
On the way home from work she broke down on me and Kristian said to bring it in .
He gave me great advice on chosing my new vehicle , fought for me to get a decent price on my trade in .
And really it was just like buying a vehicle with a friend . I Would definitely recommend him and lakeland ford !

On Thurs March 21st, I saw Lakeland Ford placed a 2019 Santa Fe XL for $23,995. We filled out their contact form since we were interested about purchasing the vehicle. I never received neither a call back or email response to my inquiry. It's now been close to 10 days since. Received zero response.
Also, then on March 27th, the vehicle price increased SIGNIFICANTLY from $23,995 to $37,995... A $14,000 increase for a 5 year old average car with over 100,000km mileage!! I still had the browser open for when the price was different and uploaded the screenshot, so see for yourself.
This conduct was very weird, subpar, and is simply the type of actions you hear about from 'shady' dealerships. I advise all potential customers to well research your vehicle and to consider better and honest alternatives. Extremely disappointing experience
FUN FACT: The 2019 Santa Fe XL was discontinued by Hyundai in 2019 and was replaced with the more luxury Hyundai Palisade. You can buy a 2022 Hyundai Palisade for the same $37,999 they are pricing this 2019 Santa Fe XL ultimate. Even the Brand new 2024 Palisades start at $47K. Know your worth and buy smart. Dropped off vehicle for oil change and realized I was on the wrong day. Summer was very happy to accommodate with fitting me in. I received a text when my vehicle was done. Picking up, again Summer was very pleasant and went through the vehicle check list. Great service !

If you're looking for a business that lacks integrity, common sense and basic business principles you've found it here. Ask GM Brad what his policy is on customers showing up incoherently drunk to pick up their vehicles from their shop.

Was good so far! +13g and 2mo later how honest can I be. I'm anxious for my vehicle because I still haven't gotten it yet. I expect it pristine mechanical condition after this goodness sake! No breaks, no deals, and no courtesy vehicle for this customer!
Would not recommend anyone going to this establishment. Between the service & sales department - they have the collective capacity of a paper clip. After being given a bill for my service I was made to stand at the front desk for 10 minutes with no help. Whilst being WATCHED by several sales representatives in the bubble in the middle of the sales room that could've easily helped.
It seems Lakeland has lost its sense of judgment on how to properly treat and prioritize their customers since getting a "new but not new" General Manager.
If you're paid to be there, do your job, be courteous, be attentive - unfortunately ignorance is bliss.

Incredible service!!! I was passing through when my truck broke down in the middle of the afternoon. Not only did I get immediate attention but also had the technician stay after hours to ensure my vehicle was fixed. Best service and treatment I’ve ever experienced, hands down recommend! Thank you to all involved , so much appreciated.
They worked on my car right away and was done the very next day. I was unable to pick it up and they kept it in their garage at no extra charge. Service was very fast and efficient and would recommend their services.
Great experience, service advisor was friendly, patient & kept me informed. Diagnosis was completed & parts were in stock & repaired that same day. Our extended warranty purchased through Lakeland Ford on our used vehicle came through again as there was nothing I had to pay out of pocket. The almost 3 hour trip was worth it. Would use & recommend Lakeland Ford for all your service needs. The customer lounge was great as well as my 10 year old daughter was with me & Lakeland Ford had complimentary tablets with games she could use while we waited.

The service advisor slotted my vehicle in for service very quickly. Love this service center. If I recommend everyone take their Ford there, it might be like a place in Saskatoon that makes you wait for average 2 weeks for service appointment. I was in and out oil change and tire rotation in less than an hour.

Friendly, courtious staff. The work on my truck was well done quickly. They even checked some others problems with it and told me what needed to be done with those. Very well priced, it didn't cost me an arm and a leg

The staffs there are all nice, as I'm a new comer from China. We spent a day to get the truck I prefer and they recommended me, which looks just like a new one, it's pre-owned though. I would recommend people who like Ford to purchase it from them if you're in Prince Albert, or even you're in the province. Awesome! Thanks guys...

Efficient service and good explanation of details. I felt a little uncertain at first since I had to offer my name after handing over keys but when I requested a call after oil change was complete, I got notification that it was done early. I would definitely use their service again.
There was a misunderstanding in my last review as Google cut me off, however, the bi-weekly deal I got from Lakeland Ford was way better than the offer I received from another dealership. This lease was way cheaper as I only have two years instead of eight. Great deal. Anyways, I just got back from Edmonton and it was a great ride all the way there and back. I look forward to working with Ford in my new Bronco.

They took the time and Didn't force a sale on me. My purchase was months in the making. As I had a very specific car in mind. Give graham your specs and he well find it for ya. I've dealt with others and he took one week and my car was on the lot graham is your boy.
Sales staff were pleasant and easy to deal with. Did not feel pressured to purchase extra add ones that we did not want. Recommended tow package was a welcomed addition as opposed to buying a Bronco without it and adding a tow hitch on my own.

1)Bought my vehicle 2nd hand in 2013 and was told to go to FORD in Prince Albert to get the keyless entry code. I called them to make an appt and they said they couldn't help me so I drove a 1/2 hour to Shellbrook and they helped me NO CHARGE............
2) Had to replace my FOB keys back in early October, Ford in PA re-synced them to the vehicle I was fine, but the OLD stolen key would still open the doors and there was nothing they could do about it. paid over $200 for that service. Good thing I park in a garage at home.
3)LAKELAND FORD came through with flying colors for me this morning.....instructions via phone and my car starter works perfect....THANKS so much to Jordan at Lakeland Ford. I had posted a review because I was lacking in confidence for this dealership..... Renewed confidence with them now.
