Melody Motors is a great place to shop for your next Ford F-150!... The sales staff are excellent and the service is top notch too.
I took my car in because my check engine light was on and my car was telling me it was over heating from cold start. I figured it was my coolant sensor that was acting up. Took it in and got it “diagnosed” my Curtis. They told me it was just the sensor as I suspected without checking the coolant. They charged me 200$ for the part and the diagnosis and I took the car home without them putting the sensor in because I could do it myself. I ended up getting stranded on the side of the road in -35 weather. Turns out my coolant was frozen. I checked it with a 3$ tool and it was only good for -10. They mechanic at melody failed to check my coolant and almost cost me my whole engine. When I went to put the sensor in I checked the coolant myself and turns out that is what my real problem was, not my sensor. The sensor was reading off because of air pockets in it. Since I did a coolant flush I haven’t had any further issues with my car. I called the manager and he said that they would only refund me for the part and nothing else. I wouldn’t recommend taking your vehicle here as these people almost cost me my whole engine. I believe that people look at me as a blonde woman and they take advantage of this. Take your expensive vehicles somewhere else.

Worst Ford dealership I have had the misfortune of dealing with. I received a recall on my truck phoned and made an appointment asked the person on the phone to call me if the necessary part did not come in since I have to make an hour drive to get there, was assured that they would. Today I make the drive only to be told the part is not there, a 2 round trip and half a tank of gas because of the incompetence of the staff at this dealership. If they cant be trusted to make a phone call can they be trusted to service your vehicle?
I was very impressed with Melody Motors and the service that I received from Brian Enge when purchasing my vehicle. He went above and beyond to ensure that I received good service and that my needs were met. He was knowledgeable, patient, thorough, conscientious, forthright, willing to put things in writing, kind and helpful. His supervisors provided him with support to provide this good service. The massage chair in the waiting room is a classy touch and another indication of the above and beyond service provided at Melody Motors. I also like supporting a family business.

I had an issue with my car not starting. The technicians and service staff were awesome to deal with. The fix for my vehicle took a few tries for the crew to figure out, which was frustrating, however they resolved the issue and it is completely fixed! It wound up being what seemed like a random item that fixed the problem. The service advisor I dealt with was amazing.
I had an awesome experience servicing my Lincoln MKS. I called same day as I was passing through and they were able to accommodate me.
I was not sure the issue could have been resolved however from the moment I stepped in "Jeremy" made sure my concerns were addressed and my doubt put to rest.
He made checks on the status of my vehicle and when the phone line to the service area was busy he walked over there to get an update. Talk about service.
The lounge area is very relaxing as it comes with a full body massaging chair, (No, you don't need to get undressed).
My issue was resolved in a timely manner with time to spare for my trip. I don't always have great experience at "Service" department as they often made you feel like you are a number and not a customer.
That was not the case.

Brian was an excellent person for not using the usual pressure tactics into a sale, he simply just shown me how awesome of a vehicle the super duty was and that was what sold me into getting into a new truck.
Melody is always a great place to get your parts and service as well no hoops to jump through just always there when you need it.
I absolutely loved dealing with the sales department there but any time I’ve took my vehicle there for repairs it’s been a nightmare! This last time we took my car in at 10 and we are from out of town so we walked down to Tim’s. They told us it would be half and hour to an hour and they would call when it’s done. At 11:30 we called to see if it was done and they told us it was in the shop with the hood still up so it wouldn’t be much longer. We had our baby with us so we figured we would start walking back. We got there and the car was outside so I asked if it was done. A different worker said no we haven’t had a chance to take it into the shop yet. So the other worker straight up lied to us. They never had my vehicle done until 1:30 and as sad as it is that is the best experience we have had with them yet.
My wife brought her vehicle in for an oil change and to have her summer wheels installed. The oil change went flawless as expected but the wheel change over did not. The person who installed the wheels did not wash out the dried mud on the inside of the rims which caused excessive vibrations. Pretty basic stuff to ensure the rims are clean before installing on a vehicle, not sure why this was not done. Melody has always had exceptional service department, hopefully an isolated incident.

I purchased a gently used F-150 in late December 2016 from Melody.
Brian Enge was the salesman involved in the sale and I must say he was excellent! It has been a very long time since I have experienced such a high level of customer service. The truck had a few minor issues when I test drove it, Dean and Brian went above and beyond to fix the issues to ensure I was satisfied.
I will definitely return to Melody next time I am vehicle shopping.
