Deceiving, misleading, untruthful with their deal......Bought a 2 yr old vehicle less than a month ago. They had to get another key faab from the previous owner (was unable to find at the time we were there). Before leaving, we stated that we are not going to be paying for another key faab. She assured me, I quote, "no, we will take care of it". They are not holding up to their word and taking advantage of our family of six. Truly disapponted with this business and based upon this experience, would not recommend.

I’ve been dealing with this dealership for over a year now. Purchased an used vehicle F150 2018 126kms with premium extended warranty. A week later spotted rear differential leaking. Since then, it’s been a year, countless trips and calls I made to enquire, sent truck for troubleshooting, ordering parts etc. They fixed it several times but can’t solve the problem few days later it leaks again. I’ve sent the truck atleast 6 to 7 times for them to look at it and work in it. Oh ya twice just to look at it and order parts, told me will call when parts arrived, weeks after no calls. When I called to check, please drop the truck we will look at it and order parts. There was one time they simply didn’t order the parts at all. How I know? Because after waited almost 3 weeks, when I called they said “ oh please drop the truck we will look at it and order parts “ ! So that means they didn’t order the parts at all. ( November 2022 -December 2022)

worst part is each time service department promised to call to update, they won’t bother to ring. 3 weeks ago, they told me it’s time for them to check with their so call service hotline for advise as they can’t seem to solve the problem and they will call me back and as usual they did not ! So yesterday I had to make a trip down again then they simply said oh we ordered drive shaft for it as per hotline advise and last resort would be putting a new rear diff casing. Then the guy told me, from the record it’s being leaking since 12000kms. What?!. I purchased the truck at 126kms. And this issue wasn’t rectified during pre purchase inspection or during its factory warranty period! And was told the drive shaft would arrive by early May 2023. Guess I just have to wait, even if it arrives they not gonna call to update !

Above all what frustrates the most is when they never call to update when they say they would!

I have all the facts and records of these events as I’m not simply ranting here! I will continue to be patient with this nonsense until it gets fixed but please do yourself a favor, find a better dealership! It’s frustrating and now I have a truck which is not reliable for me to even plan for long drives.

So stoked about my new F350! I had the best experience with Kevin, Sharie and Michelle. This was a huge purchase and they made it painless. They even had knowledge of taking it back to BC plus they ordered me exactly what I wanted (even though a little unconventional). I have had my eyes on a super duty since I drove one in 2005 while working at a different Ford dealership and was waiting for the right time! Fast forward 17 years, 8 other trucks, (one half ton brought brand new that I put 322k on) and here we are!! It’s going to be a great truck to pull my trailer, my fellas trailer and haul all the dirt bikes .

I enjoyed being treated with respect and provided all details or important information promptly. I had help negotiating the deal but felt that my needs and wants were not overlooked. It’s a unique experience buying a truck like this being a female and I look forward to doing it again in a few years.

This truck was worth the wait and I highly recommend dealing with PineRidge. Worth the trip!

Edit Review: It’s now 2022 and we have once again recently purchased a vehicle from Kirt, Kevin and the PineRidge team…..in fact, we have purchased two vehicles in the last six months, an expedition and recently a F250. Both experiences were fantastic as usual. PineRidge is awesome to deal with. They are efficient, knowledgeable and honest. We have not bought a vehicle from a different dealership since 2008 and Kirt will have our business indefinitely. I can’t say enough good things about this business and team.

They are worth trusting and dealing with no matter where you’re located. We have lived in Saskatoon, North Battleford, Alberta and now the Lloyd area over the years and no matter where we are, we are taken care of by PineRidge Ford.

Way back I left a review based on my experience with the service department, which was fantastic. In June 2019 I purchased a new truck from them and the service from the sales team was just as good. Derek got me a great trade in deal and worked diligently with me through the entire process. He really worked to get me the truck I wanted and was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout. The finance department was also patient and took time to go over all the details with me in a very thorough manner. The entire process was completely painless. Like I said in my earlier review for the service department, I wouldn’t consider doing business with any other dealership in the province as long as Pineridge continues to have such a fantastic team of staff members.

I purchased a new 2020 Explorer from Pineridge Ford on December 2nd, 2019. I received fantastic service from my salesperson, Linda, who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking for and was super friendly and polite. Linda made the whole experience very easy! I had Sharie do all the financial work and she too was extremely easy to work with. Overall, this is my 4th Explorer that I have purchased, all were new when I bought them, and Pineridge Ford has definitely earned my return business. I will return to Pineridge Ford when I am ready to trade this Explorer off on number 5.

I am not a big fan of the new rule that they will not just do an oil change for me, but will only do it as part of a full inspection, making it way too expensive for my budget. I just want a normal oil change when I need it, so unfortunately I will be taking my vehicle to a competitor for basic oil changes, which is a shame, as I like talking and visiting with everyone at Pineridge. I have also had a few instances of miscommunication where the bill for work done is higher than I expected, and the reason makes sense, it just was not communicated to me beforehand properly. I know they have some new employees and mistakes can happen, but they never seemed to before. I still highly recommend buying a vehicle here though, as the staff is super friendly and try to help as best as they can.

I am a professional observer for different places all over Saskatchewan. What I experience was lack of communication. I brought my ford in for wheel bearing replacement. I was never told how long it would be? or who was replacing the bearings. A regular pressing bearing would take up to 120 min, mine took 3 and a half hours to change. Previously when I made the appointment for Thursday all they did was diagnosed my vehicle and rebook me for an appointment! I assumed it was going to get fixed, but nope. Not once did they say anything. He handed me a sticky note stating it was to be in on Monday at 9:00.
when I was waiting I also observed that the front desk lady look not so busy but the phone rang up to four times before she answered it? I thought, Rule was two rings and someone has to answer it. I also got bored and started to dust the plants, and I accidently spilt water and tried my hardest to clean it up, when asking the front desk clerk if there was a mop she told me it was in the back room.. like I knew exactly where that was??? . No one seemed energetic, or willing to welcome a person. When I was up at the front desk at the service desk, once my vehicle was actually done, I noticed the parts person looking on his computer for what could have been business, he was in fact looking on his facebook?

To Kirt, Kevin, Sharie, and Andrew - I want to thank you for an awesome experience purchasing my F-150. It's clear that your team is thinking deeply about ways to make the car buying experience as stress/hassle-free as possible for customers.

For those considering working with Pineridge, here are some things that stood out to me:

1.) When I reached out expressing interest in a particular vehicle, they responded within 10 minutes, and outlined what I could expect next. I reached out at the end of the work day, and they were open about getting me numbers first thing in the morning.

2.) They followed through. The next morning they provided me three of the best options to purchase, finance, or lease the vehicle. Once I made my decision, they went to work making sure that the vehicle was prepared for me.

3.) I REALLY liked the finance application on their site. It took about 5 minutes to fill out with the base information. Within 90 seconds of clicking submit, I had my approval and the deal was as good as done.

4.) As an out-of-province customer, they worked within my needs to get documents to the registrar while I was there. They were right on it! Kudos to Sharie for this - she's awesome!

5.) There wasn't any pressure during the process. They really only wanted to fulfill what I wanted to have happen. A nice change of pace.

6.) I live in Sherwood Park Alberta and they immediately put free delivery on the table to accommodate me. Totally awesome.

As far as my experience goes, I'd highly recommend working with PineRidge on your next vehicle. Of course there are Ford dealers nearby who I'm sure would have worked the exact same numbers, but knowing that you're working with a solid team who cares about the customer's needs makes all the difference when making a big purchase like this.

So I needed to get my rear lower control arms changed. (my tires were slanted outwards) Had called and booked an appointment June 28th, they said they ALWAYS have the parts in stock. I went for my appointment that day and they took my 2018 ford escape in for 2 1/2 hours and said they didn't have the parts. So they told me that they would be ordering the parts and would call when the parts had come in. Waited a whole week and I finally decided to call them on July 5th, they confirmed my appointment for July 9th. Luckily I called the day before my appointment and they told me they were still waiting for parts to come in, and they said my new appointment would be the next week, as the parts are coming in from Ontario. I just let it go and waited for them to call me to confirm my appointment the following week. On Friday Morning July 12th, I received a call from Pineridge Ford (don't know the guys name, he would mumble it every time we talked on the phone) saying i had missed my appointment at 8AM. I didn't get a phone call (my phone works perfectly fine) so they called my house phone. It didn't make sense to me because they had told me my appointment would be the week are the 12th. So anyways, I finally had my appointment yesterday July 15th, they fixed my car, took 7 1/2 hours to do. My ford escape drives nicely now. Just wait there's more. As I was driving my car home, I was 15 minutes away from my home, I stopped on the road to talk to my mom (she was in another vehicle) I had my foot on the brake for less than a minute, all of a sudden a light I've never seen before comes on, HIll Start Assist Not Available, and the Traction Light came one too. This has never happened before, not until I got it serviced yesterday. I tried calling the service manager today and she didn't pick up, talked to the same service advisor from all previous times and he was like "Oh your car? Someone picked it up yesterday already." And I said "Yeah that was me!" He obviously forgot when i called early explaining about the two lights that came on. He put me on hold, like 5 minutes. He came back on and said it was faulty and offered for me to come back in to get it diagnosed. I can't keep driving back to Meadow Lake every day, I have a full time job and so does my SO so it wouldn't work for me to take more time off of work to go get my car looked at for 3 hours. I'm so displeased of this place because of how they treated me, it was all a bad experience for me.
TL;DR - Bad experience with the service department.

Great great service the staff and mechanics were very helpful and looked after my problem that i had with my vehicle in a very timley fashion I also am a licensed mechanic and a commercial inspector for school buses and also extensive training in heavy duty off-road.this dealer ship is very professional. They pin pointed and repaired it quickly, i found that the repairs were cheaper at the dealership than they would of been at any other non dealership garage. Hi, I had the brake line fail on my 2008 Expedition , it Rubbed through on the line along frame of vehicle , After getting in through to service manager ,I was able to bring vehicle in to be diagnosed and parts were ordered ,after that all the Experienced technician replaced line and all is good.
