If I could give them a zero I would, the second you drive off the lot they will take your money and do nothing for you. I bought a brand new 2022 Bronco and had a foot of snow on back seat within 24 hours of owning it. I was grossly mislead by their representatives on the vehicle I purchased and now that I am having problems within 24 hours of owning the vehicle they tell me there is nothing they will do. Now their negligence is putting my safety in danger and still they do not care.
Ron Clark Motors is the best in the business. This is the first dealership we have worked with on a repeat basis and that speaks volumes to their outstanding customer service. They continue to go above and beyond in both the sales and service department.

Service is usually on time and as scheduled. Personnel @ Ron Clark's are experienced and knowledgeable. "Extras" are not promoted to encourage customer to pay more.
I appreciate the courtesy checks that are done to ensure vehicle safety. These checks have identified worn out components that could be safety concerns. You don't get this kind of service at a fast lube place.

Amazing!! Great service all around, Eugene is hilarious and had me laughing the whole time. The team is very knowledgeable about Ford and even helped set up my phone to the truck before leaving the lot! Finance was easy to understand with the manager Ryan, the service team did a great job detailing the truck. I’d like to give a shout to all of the tremendous people at Ron Clark Motors. My old VW needed some TLC and Jay and his staff patched it up and it’s running great again. The service folks are always prompt, straightforward and honest with me for what my vehicle needs. On the way out I ran into JD and in the midst of catching up I casually mentioned it was my wife’s birthday and she was in need of a new safe repairable vehicle to cart our family around in. JD knew just what I needed and walked me over to a recent trade in they had on the lot. He walked me through the whole process and helped make a surprise bday present for my wife possible with his constant cooperation and consideration. Just wanted to express how thankful we are for choosing this dealership to buy our new 2021 Jayco 212QB trailer. We not only got the trailer we wanted and loved, but got the service you don't often find anymore...a kind, patient, knowledgeable, no pressure, salesman named Tyler. Tyler was fair, honest, explained and answered all our questions and did all he could to make us leave happy customers. We left with what we wanted and very satisfied. I will also add we drove 2 hours to this dealership and it was well worth the drive there n back more then once :). I highly recommend Tyler and this dealership. 👌

RV section - if you didn't buy it here don't expect service and I booked an appointment on line, got there and manageress said she didn't have time to check her online appointments and there were about 80 emails waiting. No service! Was not impressed. I will not be back. Don't deal with them.
I was in the market for a new vehicle and specifically a truck. I had already researched trucks for about 50 hours online and especially after driving all the main half tonne trucks, I felt the Ford F-150 was the next vehicle for me. JD Powers and his staff are excellent! He found us the PERFECT truck and we love it! Miriam made the financial/admin stuff easy and the detail crew did a great job handing us a super shiny new truck. Their customer service is superb and very easy going. The whole experience was great. We HIGHLY recommend checking this dealership out!
