Just bought a 2024 Escape. Seth was a great salesperson, he answered all my questions and more!
I brought my car into the shop to change over my winter tires in November. However, upon inspection of my car after the change over, I found that some of lug nuts were sticking out further than normal. I finally got my issue fixed at a different shop (I couldn't even get them off myself) and it turns out that some of my lug nuts were completely stripped and badly cross threaded. Absolutely disappointing. I would give no stars if I could.

Just bought a Ford Expedition Max from Timberland Ford. I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by Serge, one of their salesmen. He was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He guided me throughout the entire process including vehicle options, pricing, financing, licensing, expected delivery date, and even tips on selling my other vehicle. Serge took a last minute call from me at the end of the day and even emailed me information after hours. He was sincere and genuine when he said "i'll help you find what you need". Too early to grade the Expedition at this time but I am a repeat customer and I do love Ford so i'll guess i'll be posting another positive review. I would say this has been my best experience at any dealership in the past 2 decades all thanks to Serge! I would definitely recommend dealing with him and I can assure you that I certainly will again but hopefully not too soon. Thank you Serge.

Wanted to trade in my ford escape for something newer. This dealership offered me $2500 if I included my spare set of wheels. Was told the credit check was more about income to debt ratio then it was about score. Ford credit denied my application and my score dropped 7 points. The next week the Honda dealership gave me $6000 for the Ford escape and I sold the spare wheels for $1200 privately. Honda also found financing for me from TD. They gave me the prime rate on a used vehicle. Like that, I'm now a Honda guy and will never buy a Ford again. They had the opportunity to keep me as a customer and lost it. Only reason for 2 Stars is because the salesman Seth did his best !

I called one morning after my truck wouldn’t start and needed to be jumped. I believed I needed a new battery. The service department told me to come in they’d check the battery and replace it if I needed one. When I got there the gentlemen in the service department saw I had a sleeping toddler so they came out to talk to me and allowed me to stay in my truck as they tested and replaced the battery. They let me know the cost up front and were overall just so very kind. There kindness was much appreciated and something I won’t forget!

i booked to have a recall repair done on my vehicle, which was about a month to month and a half away. which is understandable they do get busy. but after my car goes in i am told they need to order the parts for the recall. i think that should have been done within the month i was waiting for my appointment.
now i am waiting another month an a half for my next appointment. hopefully all the work is complete then. my future maintenance and repairs will done at a difference dealership

Brought my car in for a signal problem. They couldn't replicate, I replicated for them and they told me that I needed a new dash module but they didn't order it or report that the problem was replicated.
Over priced accessories for my car but everything else was a great experience

DO NOT buy extended bumper to bumper warranty. Door panel is coming undone AT THE SEAMS and car is only 3 years old but exhaust is rusted right through, sounds like a stock car now yet my expensive extended warranty wont cover ANY of it. Boy those salesmen are good though. Made it sound SO sweet and really great when they were selling the vehicle. Last Ford I or anyone who listens to me will buy.
