My appointment was at 0900 so I would think they would have gotten the tires out of storage the day before.

I went into the service counter on a Friday to make an appointment for an oil change and inspection. I surprised that I was able to get in at 8:30am on Monday. I had a call before 9:30 letting me know my truck was finished. Oil change, lube, tire rotation, brake inspection all done quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

The engine light came on and I called Highland Ford who were able to put the service, the vehicle successfully the following day, and we were on our way. Service adviser...know your product.If you know you need to keep a car overnight. don'y book an appt. for Fri. Then tell owner Late Fri before yo close. If you know owner lives 100 km away, don't expect him to. bring back car 3 times so you can work on it once. This is totally Frustration. I have to bring Truck and second car (wife) 3x. total 1200km between 2 vehicles getting truck in for service. Shuttle does not drive me hoe150 km. Loaner would be nice. But the inconvenience and cost to get this there is silly. I advised from onset the vehicle needed overnight visit, ADVISER, tell customer to book appt Monday so it can be retrieved Tuesday. ??? Duh.

Highland Ford went above and beyond expectations when our car broke down 1200 miles from home in Arkansas. We were on the way to meet our outfitter to go fishing in the wilderness of Ontario. The team at Highland Ford arranged for a tow, helped us with finding rental. Had our car repaired when we came back after 7 days. Charmaine the service advisor agreed to come in on day off (Saturday) to meet us so we could pay for repairs and continue on our trip home. Thank You Highland Ford, you made our trip even with car trouble, a very enjoyable week fishing in Ontario.

I should have read all the reviews before dropping off one of our fleet vehicles..so I need to except the responsibility for service I received and move on.. please spare me the standard response..that’s followed up by Zero corrective action plans to improve as we experienced the same treatment as so many others who took the time to warn me.

Wendy was very friendly and booked me in for a 1pm appointment. That's where the problem begins...went in for a wheel balance assessment and was delayed until 2:40pm due to "short staff" issue. Had this been mentioned prior to the appointment I would have kindly rescheduled my visit. Worth mentioning, I brought my vehicle in early (12:40pm). Just before requesting my keys and leaving quitely, I was told they were just finishing up an oil change. Really? A 1pm appointment for safeguarding a vehicle for a routine oil change. Not impressed. Scheduling tactics need to be much improved. I'll head East next time.

I've purchased 3 trucks and 2 cars from Highland. They used to have excellent customer service. Everything's changed. I've been misquoted on parts and service with surprise bills. They used to call me every month to trade in my, less than year old, truck and car until I had to get upset and ask them to stop calling. Every spring and fall we do a tire swap and oil change, they called for our regular and gave us a price, when we went to pay it was $80 more and said the oil change wasn't quoted in the price. I get mistakes happen but it's been happening quite a bit.

Highland Ford should make it a practice to notify their clients as to the status of their vehicles. For example if a client drops their vehicle off for 8am and calls before noon to find out status, they shouldn't be told 'it's not in the shop yet'. Some clients base their schedules around work/lunch hours in order to pick up vehicles, and this would have been nice to have known so other arrangements could be made to have lunch.
Also don't be surprised at their labour rates. Very, very high compared to some other companies that are more than capable of fixing vehicles. My suggestion is to get a quote first and foremost when needing repairs.
For the service advisor I had, Charmaine was very nice and pleasant to deal with.

I was a long time customer with this dealership. I looked at this place like they were family but unfortunately they have really gone downhill. As for the sales manager Jamie he’s arrogant, it’s all about the money he will tell you anything to sign on the dotted line and than try to strong-arm you to not buy anywhere else. If you deal with this place make sure any deals you get are in writing or it never happened.

I leased from this place for over 7 years more than $84,000 paid to highland in that time and not 1 payment was ever reported to the credit bureau. This is intentional so that the person leasing never reaps the rewards of on time fulfilled payments to help build credit history for future endeavours.

This dealer will intentionally not work with other dealers in town to stop a sale even if they don’t have a vehicle to sell you.

Disappointing and extremely frustrating! Expected follow up on when the vehicle will be ready to be picked up did not happen, agreed upon alterations still were not completed when I was told it was ready. No one from H.F. appears to follow sale to a conclusion after agreement signed. Brutal.

I would like to share my good experience with all of you. I was going to Sherbrooke,Qc moving from ReginaI. During the summer i receive my brand new f-150 2,7L EB lariat, obviously bought in a dealer in SK. I was towing a car on a trailer around 5000lbs and the bed full of my stock, on the 3rd day of my trip, all of the sudden i lost the power of the 2 turbos. I was still about 300km from Sault Ste Mary. I stop at the first dealer that was able to scan the vehicule but not very helpful, they were too busy… my situation was a bit more desperate. The truck was still working but only on the V6 without boost. I was able to get to highland ford, but pulling that load from Wawa to SSM on this difficult road with the hills and everything was a challenge i was not expecting with a truck with only 3000km. Once i arrive they took care of it and in 2h i was back on the road. The issue was the wastegates from the turbos stuck in an open positions. They were able to simply readjust them. According to the very nice mechanic, it was a very unlikely situation and also unlikely to repeat. Everything was taken care of on warranty. Trucks was working as usual and i finish my trip with only a 2h delays. Thank you very much for the great service!!!

So I looked at the vehicle after hours and called and spoke with someone in sales. They were very cold and border line rude I cannot remember the fellas name or I would post it in my review. He told me to make an offer and he would call me back. There was no return call and honestly he made me feel like I was intruding on his day. Just incredibly humiliating to walk into a service centre, not being greeted for 20 minutes while 5 workers stand there. I have never had great experiences here. I have spent more time waiting to be addressed at this place than the time it has taken to get my vehicle serviced over the last four years. There is no communication about my vehicle. It has been left overnight as no one calls me to tell me it’s done even though I request a call every. Single. Time. I have had one normal experience, and that was when I walked in with my father. Every time I’m alone, nothing.

Hit and miss place. Lately it's been mostly miss though. Wish they had more people with Theresa's friendliness and service minded attitude. The manager Justin in service is not interested in customer service and completely unapologetic. Last three times my vehicle has been in for oil change and/or switching wheels it has taken them a minimum of 4 hours to get it done! And that is with having a time slot booked. I don't care if you call it check-in time or appointment or what, if I as a customer book a time I do so with the impression that it means something, that my vehicle will be attended to somewhat soon after it has been brought in. Last time it took them over 5 hours!! That is unacceptable. I need new brakes on my vehicle and they quoted me over 800 for the parts, if I buy them myself from a Canadian company, exact same part numbers and all, I pay 400. That wasn't including the labour, only parts.They are trying to rip you off! And no explanation or willingness to work with you when I called them out on it. Sorry Highland, I've been a customer for 4 years, but I'm done giving you extra chances now. You're not worth it and I'll let Ford Canada know as well.

I like Highland because they are 100% locally owned. Maitland is owned by an auto group from the GTA. If you want your money to stay local buy at Highland not Maitland. Keep your money in the Soo. Same goes for Superior Chrysler and Nissan. They are also 100% owned by an auto group from out West.

You have some pretty shady employees working for you up there at Highland for. One of your workers for example has had multiple reports on him for trying do run over people on bikes. You should re-evaluate who you have working in your company. A police report has already been filed against him. For safety purposes I will not disclose his name on here.
