Just wow. LAST YEAR I called to schedule an appointment to replace my AIRBAG on a recall. I was told the first time I was now in line to get the part replaced. Over the span of the next 12 months I have called on 4 seperate occasions following up with the status of my appointment, (even going through head office to contact Twin Hills). Each time I heard a different answer like "We just placed the order for your part and will call you soon when it's in." .....Well that doesn't make sense... I thought you had already placed the order last year so why are you placing it again?? It eventually dawned on me that these guys never intended to replace my part. They were either A) waiting for me to give up or B) waiting for me to buy a new car. Based off the reviews not only do the owners of this establishment have a bad reputation with their own employees, but they also clearly have no loyalty to their customers - especially when it comes to their safety. I went through head office again and they got me in touch with another Ford outside my area (even head office gave up on Twin Hills) who got the job done in 2 weeks. What an absolute joke. Someone shut these guys down so that they stop tarnishing the brand and wasting peoples time.

Beginning March of 2019 we began trying to get an airbag replaced under a Ford recall. Then they said there was a backorder on the parts and they would "put us on a list". Every few weeks between then and September 2020 we would call or go by to check on it. Every time it was like starting all over with them. They would ask again who we are, what's our phone number, what's our VIN number. Like they had no record of our issue. They said they would order the part and call us probably 3 times. It began to be almost humorous. Finally I called Ford headquarters and told them about the issue. They contacted Twin Hills and all the sudden the service manager Sina called and said they have the part and they could get us in the next day. They did the repair and it's all over after a year and a half.

I brought my vehicle in for recall work and it left worse than it arrived and had to take to a mechanic to fix the shoddy work they did. They also added items to the service receipt under the guise that I was concerned about them, they were not brought up by me, that they apparently did so they can claim back from Ford. Integrity and customer service are not part of their values. Looking at other reviews here I am shocked that Ford wants their name associated with this establishment. Needless to say the additonal costs incurred to remedy their work will be submitted via a statement of claim in small claims court. Avoid this place at all costs.

I called the parts department to get a part for my 2018 Ford F150. The price was 65% OVER the Ford list price. I was quoted $87 for a part Ford list price is $52.68 Definitely will not buy parts or service my truck at this location. Rip off.

I booked an appointment to service my vehicle. Arrived on time and finished the paperwork, and asked if I could pay with a fleet card to which I was told yes. A few minutes later, I was denied service with the excuse that they don't accept fleet cards.
Now, I don't know if this has to do with race/colour or sheer laziness. Nonetheless, it was an awful experience.

I went to this dealership a few days ago to lease a car and I can honestly say the only thing number one about these guys is their rudeness. One of the sales staff was yelling at my 5 yr old and when I told him to speak to me and not my son an old sales person goes "huh" ... I had leased and financed a lot of cars in the past, jeep, Nissan, Toyota, Hyundai .... And I can honestly say I had never seen such rudeness before. Aside from what happened with my son, I was walking in the dealership for 15 min with no one attending to me and when I went to the reception she kept answering calls rather than getting someone to help me out.
I make sure all my friends and family members avoid this dealership for good.

Brought my truck in for recall work, they didn't change the part that was recalled only to tell me it "passed" their test. It also needed its first engine service and i was told they don't stock the filters for my truck and I need to make another appointment. So I did 1 week later, gave them my truck and we're done in about 1.5hrs. Then when I went to pay they toldm they don't accept fleet cards as payment, well they should have said that from the start. Terrible customer service out of the service manager and their mechanics don't know what they're doing. Nothing but problems from this stealership go somewhere else don't even waste your tome here.

Twin Hills Ford claims they are all about “customer satisfaction” but that is easily surpassed if they are able to make an extra buck off taking advantage of their customers.

Took my vehicle in to repair recall 18S33, no issues to the vehicle prior to it being serviced.

Upon picking up the vehicle after being serviced the engine light immediately turned on. I had a private mechanic check the issue code and it was revealed the code was due to a faulty Fuel Tank Deformation (related to the recall). So I brought the vehicle back in to Twin Hills to fix this issue. The service department said I would have to pay $130 to check the issue code and only if they received a similar code related to the recall would I not be charged. So I was essentially screwed. I had no choice, I had to have them check the vehicle, how else was the issue going to be solved? Their service department was clearly responsible for the issue, however the Service department found a “different” code, so I had to pay.

Note, I understand the policy at Twin Hills and I have paid to have my vehicles checked in the past, however this EXACT same scenario happened to my other Ford Focus Vehicle just a week prior. Engine light came on as soon as I left the parking lot, except in that scenario they repaired the issue without charging me.

It goes without saying ill never be returning to Ford Twin Hills especially after the way the service manager communicated with me.

I didn’t think I was going to get any this Halloween.

But Ford Twin Hills sure took care of that.

Looks like I was wrong....customer service IS their priority.

I am so disappointed on how twin hills took care of my son's leasing agreement after his accident. Very unprofessional and think they can take people for stupid. We are seeking legal action. If you are thinking of leasing at twin hill I recommend you go somewhere else. It's not nice to take advantage of hard working people.

Absolutely Amazing Customer Service!!
Brought my car in for a recall. Sina (the gentleman I dealt with) asked me if I noticed any shuddering or hesitation when driving. I thought it was related to the recall and he said no but there a known issue with the clutch and Ford had extended the warranty on the vehicle to cover it. I was actually over by like 1500 KM's on the extended warranty but he said he had the part and would see what he could do. Long story short...this lead to more issues being found but he was able to get almost everything covered. I had to pay a small fee for a part but it was so well worth it.
Sina was pro-active in his approach advocating for me . You couldn't ask for better customer service then this. It was simply phenomenal. Sina deserves big-time recognition as he went so far above and beyond. Definitely would recommend this place for service and hope you get Sina.

First time there since I own the actual car.A 2014 Focus with its good and bad things.

I used to go Yonge & Steels for five years and it wasn't that bad.But those guys they turned bad, since the warranty expired what did I expect......They were ignoring my requests in regard with recalls for transmission module and clutch.Rude, not even return a call after weeks of attempts to schedule a service appointment .
But they pushed me to buy a new car.

I ended up at Twin Hills hoping for better.And it was definitely.
Begining with Olivia's smile at the front desk and ending with Soroush the advisor that looked after the process.I could not complain for anything.
Professional manners and good work.
Thanks guys.I might get back if needed or for a new car.

Im wondering if the owner or the general manager of this place are cheking what's going on in the service department from low quality of customer service in this service department.
I paid over $ 2200 and i still have the same problem in my car it looks Like they did Not change any parts and my money is gone . i called the general manager Twice he said i Will let the service manager to call you Two weeks past No one cares
and No one called me back
that was the worst service.

I am regular customer of Twin Hills. Last winter they changed my summer tires with winter's and they destroyed one of my summer tires but they did not let me know. Last month I went to Costco for changing tires for their best deal but Just notified that what happened.I backed to Twin Hills and Mr. Farzin Service manager and Mr. Sina did investigation and told me may be this happened in previous tire changing but they found out that even that one all done by them . Service manager took a picture and promised me to follow up my concern and will talk with general Manager. Still waiting for answer.Meanwhile I am using my winter tire and it is melted so far. I called them again two days ago to talk with Mr.Farzin Service Manager and they told me He will call me back very soon. So far no body called me back. It is very frustrating.

Went in for an air bag recall on a 2010 Edge. Service rep came back and told me the mechanic recommended a transmission flush which I agreed to. When I got home and checked my records I saw that Twin Hills had changed the transmission fluid at my request exactly 1 year and 11,000km earlier. Service Manager tried to tell me the earlier service was for the "transaxle" service. If you search the service manual for the word "transaxle" it doesn't show up so why would I ask for transaxle service? The manual only indicates when to get the transmission fluid changed. An obvious money grab by an unscrupulous dealer.

The big fat guy that runs this hell hole refused to take my car, even after a week of driving it. 5 years later my family wanted a Mercedes C-Class, though they still refused to take my car in, even after being fully paid off! This establishment is completely unprofessional, even an employee from an Aurora Ford dealership said so, as for one from Mercedes. STAY AWAY!!!!

Could not get my truck repaired at this dealer, DEF issue, engine was shutting down. No loaner, told me a 2 week wait for that. Wanted to charge me $40 a day for a rental, this was a warranty repair. Took my truck to different Ford dealer, they provided rental, had my truck back the next day, all costs cover by Ford warranty.

Okay but not as well managed as Markville Ford and Pine Hills Ford. I go to Twin Hills because of Claudio Polermo who is a great mechanic and who I entrust to do all the work on my car. Unfortunately I've found the client care at the dealership inconsistent over the last 8 years due to the incredibly high staff turnover rate on the client care side. As someone who works in the client care and service business for a living, I'm surprised by some of the unfriendly and surly staff I've encountered over the years. However, because of the close proximity to my home and Claudio I continue to patronize Twin Hills. Hopefully the owner of Twin Hills can address this situation.

This location really works off the basis that you don't need a large fancy setting to advertise the job gets done. In such an efficeint place there exists it's notion with it's proximity all has been made to look as though every corner is occupied and made to look like someone has been here or done something. Although the cars are a little dusty, I still think that people here get the job done. Be mindful of course your in a dealership so always make sure you know what people are talking logically the knowledge of the car is only one sided. All in all, I'm under the impression that this place is not out to get you. Regular bright everyday people that tell you something and your left with a good impression. Simple, basic and clear cut.

A great automotive service that may have caught the flu? I always go to Ford for service but this time it was different and it’s why I refrain from giving 5 stars. Why did the mechanic skip some points to check on the ‘report card’ they provide after your service? For example, why was the cabin filter not checked on my Ford? I usually go to White Oak in Mississauga and it was my first time at Twin Hills and I question if this service center needs to see their doctor.

Since the new management/employees are in place, the difference is like day and night.
Contrary to the past customer service people, the new ones are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Sina is the one that comes to my mind. I hope you guys keep doing the good work with customer service.

In my family we have one Ford and two Lincolns and will definitely go there again for any service related issues.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with.

I went to this dealership for a Junction block recall. 4 attempts of fixing my car within two week all down the drain. Received my car in far more worse condition than it was before the recall.
First time the tech team did nothing, only greased it up. Second time the car wouldn’t start after the “check and fix”, one headlight wasn’t working, climate control light wasn’t working and most of all there were smoky flames coming out from the junction box. Hurray! Nice result! Third time my car was there for nine(9) days with only two pairs of pins and couple of circuit breakers / fuses been replaced, when I got the car back the radio/entertainment unit wasn’t working. On my fourth time I addressed this issue to service manager and I have been told that I have to pay for the diagnostic so they would figure out whose fault it was (mine or theirs). The staff are extremely not professional – ignoring the evidence and refusing to admit what they have done wrong. I had to pay another shop to fix the screw-ups of this dealership.
This is the worst service and I will never recommend this dealership to anyone who respects their self and their time.

If it were possible to give less than one star I would.
The same parts, (evaporator sensor, evaporator valve and throttle body) were changed on my vehicle 4 times in five years. In April, 2016, I was told that I would need to pay just under $2500 to change the same parts again! When I said that they were changed less than a year before, and they should be under warranty, I was given the run around, and have been given the run around ever since. MY CAR IS STILL NOT FIXED!
I have been told by private mechanics, that if these parts were changed, there would be very little probability that they would need to be changed twice much less FIVE times.
BEWARE!!!!!!

I wish there was a rating lower than 1 star! The high number of negative reviews about Twin Hills Ford is a clear message that this dealership should be avoided at all costs. I lost my way to this dealership for a new 2016 Mustang, and I was unfortunate enough to have Vincenzo as my salesperson. It would not be exaggeration to say he was the most dishonest salesperson I had ever seen in my life; along with his manager Mike Cassar. The first time I went there, they pulled me in with a fake quote. Then, I went there a second time to close the deal, since their price was much lower than any other Ford dealership in the GTA. However, I was told that the sales manager that had offered that price was not in that day, so I had to comeback later. I went there a third time, ready to close the deal, but all of a sudden the salesperson and his manager (Mike Cassar) claimed that they had never seen me before, and they did not know from whom I got that quote!! I left the dealership after being yelled at and being called a lier by the sales manager. Please beware, if you value your time and dignity, avoid this so called "Ford Dealership" at any cost. They lie to your face just to pull you in. Pure scam.

Mentioned the negative comments and was advised that, those that got great service did not comment and only those that could not be satisfied placed a negative comment.
It is best that you give them a try before you can rely on the misleading comments which do no justice to them.

Terrible Service

Went in to have work done on my 2015 F-150 and was told by the service Adviser they didn't want to service it and questioned why I didn't bring it to the dealer I bought the truck off. As this location is close to my work and convenient for me to leave my vehicle at I wanted the work done here. They reluctantly took it in and told me I would receive a call before any work was done. I never received this call and had to follow up.

Upon following up I was advised it would only take 2 hours to make the simple repair and my truck would be ready by 11:00am, well before 4:00pm as that's when I get off work. 4:00pm comes around and still no call, so I again follow up and they tell me it's not done yet and I have to go there and wait.

Finally and hour later the technician tells me the work is done except for the repair to the AM radio. I'm told they need to order a new entertainment console which will take a few weeks and they will call when it comes in. Again I got no phone call and had to follow up with them. I was told they will look to see if it has come in yet and call me back. Yet again no phone call back. This happened 5-6 times between August 2015 and February 2016 always getting the same answer of "we will look into it and call you back"

It's now March 2016 with no call back so I cancelled the work order and I am taking my business elsewhere with no intention of ever returning.
