I drive 400km from my home town to deal with Neal Murray, and Steve Crockford. The service is great and people are very friendly and they don't use pressure sales. I'm going to continue going to Bourgeois Motor for years to come.
Great customer service! And they didn’t try to up sell me. Fixed my transmission and my car runs like a dream. I’ll be bringing my car up from Toronto if I have any other concerns.
A little bit on the cold and damp side to have to sit outside while I waited for my car to be serviced. But that was due to the special measures in force due to the pandemic problem.
I postponed some necessary work to be done. It can be done once the epidemic situation is cleared.
One problem I had was when I used my wipers a few days later. The driver side wiper did not clear the windshield when I turned on the wipers. The hinge point that allows the wiper to sit tight against the glass was seized and did not allow the wiper to lay flat. It was a lucky situation in which the weather was not that bad and I was able to see my way to a garage where I asked for some white silicone spray to use on the wiper arm controls.
The hinge points had not been lubricated. Nor had other parts that were marked on the service report as being done.
I blame this to the added work necessary for the workers to be secure doing the pandemic problem.
Otherwise I would have made it 5-star service - as it usually is.

Met with Murray. Very friendly and engaging. Quickly got the truck ready for a test drive. When we came back, Murray continued to be engaging. Answered all my questions and no pressure. He understood i had to talk with my partner before buying. After talking with her, we put forward a counter offer. Murray and his team worked with us collaboratively. Good experience.
Went in to get the tailgate latch fixed on my 2014 F150. It was broken and no longer worked. Parts ordered a replacement and when I brought it back for installation they found that the wrong part had been ordered. I was informed on how to operate the tailgate in the interim - nice touch. I delt directly with Chris in service every time and that made it so easy - I didn’t have to explain the history each time. Bottom line: I eventually got the correct part installed for a reasonable price. Chris and the folks in service were a pleasure to deal with. I give it a 4 out of 5 despite the month it took to get it fixed. I’ll be back. Jack McFadden

My sales person Antoine Lauren was so helpful to me when purchasing my first vehicle. As a recent widow, my husband did all things related to cars. Antoine walked me through many of my questions and there were many. I found that the staff is also very informative and helpful. I will in the future buy my vehicles from Bourgeois and recommend them to my friends and family.
I would like to start off by saying, that I Live 5 hours away. I loved the service! Took AJ 20 minutes to find the perfect truck for me! Had everything ready to go when I got there, so I could just turn and burn!
Friendly sales staff, easy to deal with and knowledgeable of vehicle. Truck was as advertised, which wasn’t the case with some other local dealers I had been to. Truck was ready when they said it would be and due to the distance we traveled to buy the truck they delivered it to our house. Overall a very pleasant buying experience.
Chris in the service department was very friendly and professional and kept me informed on the servicing of my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised on the final cost of the repair - a lot less than I expected.

Antoine at Bourgeois was informative, not pushy, and was able to find the exact truck I was looking for. The Bourgeois 'style' is very different than many other dealerships. I was given a very fair trade-in value, which I didn't feel I needed to further negotiate (much better than other Ford dealers). I was offered 23% off F-150 MSRP (both Ford and dealer discounts) plus free snow tires - I thought this was also very fair.
No haggling at the finance office process … no pushy salesman pushing every kind of insurance and coverage imaginable … a very positive experience and no 'dancing' … I would recommend Bourgeois to everyone!
Everyone was very helpful with the repairs of my Escape. I appreciate that I was taken home and picked up the next day. I didn't know what was wrong with my SUV. I didn't have an appointment, just drove over. They were wonderful and repaired it quite quickly. I highly recommend them!!

I received wonderful, courteous and fast help from Bourgeois Service when my battery failed me at a classic moment.the car was packed, food and all (with ice packs) I only had a four hour window to get up to the marina dock or miss my three days at the cottage.

Chris is great to deal with at service desk I would give it a 5 star but the guys in the shop need to take alittle more time working on vehicles and to be careful of breaking parts . Not happy going in for a tire change and having my passenger seat track broken by them taking tires out of the car(they are replacing the part free of charge) but it’s taking the time to make the job right the first time.
Why go anywhere else? Top notch treatment of their customers, unlike some other dealers. Through the entire purchasing of my vehicle to my first oil change. I liked them so much, my neighbour in Bracebridge bought a vehicle as well, and so did a friend of his!

Purchased a used Ford Edge here in 2013, a little bit before Google reviews were popular, but Wayne and the entire team at Bourgeois made it such a memorable experience I still tell people to this day how wonderful they are. We no longer own the vehicle (it was great, commuted in it for a few years and moved on to something a bit larger) the good service stayed in my mind for years. Thank you Wayne! When I walked into the Ford dealership in Midland, the last thing on my mind was purchasing a truck. I had been to Dodge, GMC, a different Ford dealership and came to the conclusion that I simply could not afford what I wanted. I walked into Bourgeois Motors Ford on a spur of the moment decision, and right away was helped by Jason. The absolute best car salesman I have ever dealt with, Jason was not pushy, genuine and sincerely had my best interest in mind. I traded in my car, and he matched the top offer and gave me a great deal on top of everything else. I left on the Thursday with some thinking to do, and was back Friday morning bright and early, signing my name for a brand new F-150. Jason was absolutely amazing and was probably a big reason for me buying the truck that I am super happy with, he called to make sure I had no questions and took great care of me. I will never buy another car other than Ford or from any other dealership, and am very happy with my purchase.
