It was a very pleasant experience ordering our new Ford Bronco from Rhineland Car Company. Jim told me the realistic time frame to get one with the options that we wanted. It took 6 months which I hear is better than what some other buyers have experienced from other dealers. Jim Dyck gave me updates along the way, which I appreciated. When the vehicle arrived it was fitted with some extras that I requested and looks wonderful.
The 2022 Bronco has quite a few technological features that are new to me, even though we have owned other late model vehicles. Jim and Kevin took the time at delivery to explain all the features, and even synced my phone and registered the truck with Ford Pass.

Had warranty work completed to fix a rear camera/interior lighting issue. Charged multiple deductibles to fix the same issue. Asked why I was being charged multiple deductibles, told "it was in my best interest, customer always comes first". Reality it was likely them not knowing what the issue was and billing Ford for their work.
Last visit was told that they would need to replace the part that was originally replaced (DC to DC converter). Given in writing that I would not be charged another deductible as it was the same part being replaced by their Service Manager Joe Hildebrandt. Came around to book the appointment, was told that I would be charged for the work.
Going through my invoices to locate the work was done, I noticed that I had been billed for work that was never performed (replacement of the undershield on my Escape).
Showed e-mails from him stating that I would not be, showed him the invoice of the work stating that the part would be covered by warranty for two years after completion, queried him about the overcharges on past invoices - some back and forth through e-mail, but he wouldn't address my issues directly or provide explanation.
Emailed him several other times (CCing another manager), no response.
Sent a letter to Ford of Canada, received a response from them stating their warranty work would be honored by all Ford dealerships. Still no response from Rhineland Ford.
Would advise you avoid. Purchased my first new truck from them in 2011, great experience - but not sure what happened since then. Felt like a different dealership dealing with them when I moved back to the area in 2017.
