Brought my car in for a service in the morning - asked to have it ready for pick up by noon. I received a call by 11am saying it was ready to go. Staff were professional, friendly and courteous. Service was efficient. Also, they are set up well with plexiglass and social distancing in this covid era. Perhaps the addition of hand sanitizer at the door would be an added improvement. Overall, very happy with my experience.

Persona 3 Memes

Their body shop has a problem with quality control. Got into a minor accident so my dad and I took it to their body shop for repairs. When we picked it up the front bumper was sticking out and misaligned. We left it there for them fix it. When we picked it up, only one out of two complaints were fixed. Bumper is still misaligned.

The main shop also did an alignment, but would not include a tie rod in the ICBC claim. Had to pay out of pocket for it. Once picked up it still pulls to the left a bit. I wanted it fixed here because if it had a bent knuckle or anything, these guys should be the best at making the repair..... Apparently not.

First off my 2014 Focus has been nothing but problems. Body shop attempted multiple times to no avail to fix my hatch rubbing my bumper. Next would be the whole dual clutch transmission issues. I've had 3 clutch assembly replacements and 1 transmission control module. Doesn't feel good to have my first brand new vehicle to have so many issues

I want to give zero stars but that is not an option. Bought a used Expedition in May that had some cosmetic imperfections that made me not want to buy it. Salesman Michael told me all of those imperfections would be taken care of under the 1 year bumper to bumper warranty so I bought it. Went in for paint on the front bumper, but when they realized it actually was from an accident (which they certified accident-free) they had to replace the bumper. They are now telling me that none of the other stuff that they said would be taken care of can no longer be done because they spent too much on the bumper. Manager Kevin called me a liar as it is my word against his salesman's word. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing if you do buy from them, but I feel sick to my stomach as to how I have been treated so I recommend going somewhere else to buy a vehicle.
EDIT: "The latest issue you have experienced (several months after purchase) was caused by a coffee spill and unfortunately was not able to be covered under your Ford warranty." This is 100% false. I bought it with the cupholder lights not working. Kevin told me the only reason Metro is not fixing it is because they have already spent too much on my vehicle.

Conveniently located. Note: they have limited parking back near the service entrance. They do have a shuttle service that I used to get a ride home. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I did not give a 5 star rating because they did not perform all the recalls needed. When I made the appointment, I knew of only one recall but apparently there were two. Both with the doors yet they did only one. When asked, I was told it "both are an all day fix" yet on the receipt, it says only 1.8 hrs was billed? Why tear open the door to fix the latch but not the lock?? Both are active recalls....

This is not your average local car dealership. This place is a diamond in a rough, not only you get greeted with a smile and respect, you genuinely feel like the sales rep trying to help to find a vehicle that suits your needs and budget not just for a sake of "closing a deal" like other dealerships.
Matt was great at providing me with time and space to decide what vehicle should I purchase and never rushed me into closing the deal. He was knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and was able to answer all my questions and guide me through my options. Upon the purchase, Matt followed up with me a couple of days later to reassure that the newly purchased vehicle is functioning as promised and I'm still satisfied with my new buy. I'm happy with my experience at Metro Ford and I am sure I will buy my next vehicle here again.

So we had an interesting purchase from Metro Ford. We leased an electric ford Transit within our budget and had Matt help us through this.

So prior to purchase one of my big worries was the range. Before we leased they let us take the van for an entire day of driving with a deposit to hold the car for us. It drove well and we were supplied information on how the vehicle runs.

The big part of customer service was Matt actually going above and beyond looking for our hov electric sticker, giving us details about the vehicle and a full info panel schematic, and prepping the load out of extras for the work van, and scheduling work.

Metro Ford was also willing to let us charge the work van at their location as well.

We are incredibly happy with this purchase!

Even after all of the expenses we now save 35$ a month compared to gas work vans of the same class.

We would definitely recommend using metro Ford for your commercial and trade purchases!

Prior to booking a service, I called in and asked about a rental car or shuttle service, as there is also a recall on my truck that needed to be fixed and would be an all day fix. I was told that the shuttle service would be able to take me back home, even when I specified I lived in Maple Ridge. I called again to confirm the morning of my appointment, to double check that I would be able to get a ride back home to maple ridge, and was told it would be no problem at all. I arrived at my appointment time to drop off the vehicle and was then told by the service desk there was no way I would be able to get a ride home and that I would have to cab home or cancel my appointment. Absolutely terrible customer service, will never go back.

Excellent, friendly and consistent customer service from Metro Ford. My wife found a used vehicle online and wanted to purchase it. Sales associate Matt took us for a drive, explained all the features. No hassle, not pushy, genuine care and good conversation. After leaving the lot, we discovered a small rock chip in the windshield and voiced our concern. Sales Manager Kevin and Matt continued to follow up with us until the issue was resolved as they made our safety their main priority. Henry, from the Body shop worked alongside us to resolve the issue. NEVER once felt pestered or taken advantage of during the whole process. I was always afraid of the "Cars Salesmen" stereotype, but did not find that here. Instead, found a supportive team from sales, management, insurance brokers to auto body. I went to Metro Ford in late December for my first new vehicle and was very glad I did so. They had awesome incentives and excellent purchase financing deals which were much better than two dealers I visited earlier that day (Mazda, Honda). Matt from sales was awesome, very friendly and funny, and able to answer all questions I had. He also took the time to follow up several days after to ensure everything was going well. Jason from financing was also very nice to deal with, easy going, and able to break down and clarify options for my new vehicle, and what would be best for me. They ensured the process went smoothly and seemingly quickly - as this whole process can take some time. In the end I drove home in a new 2017 escape and absolutely love it!
