Many thanks to West Coast Ford Lincoln, Maple Ridge BC for providing excellent service in our recent purchase of a new auto.
Our son Grant Meyer recommended that we buy a Lincoln car and that we buy it at Coast Ford Lincoln, Maple Ridge BC. We are seniors and do not go out to meet people due to the pandemic. After exchanging emails with your staff member Grant Mason, Internet sales coordinator, we choose the Lincoln Nautilus.
Amazingly we received home service from West Coast Ford Lincoln. Grant Mason came to our home in Vancouver to let us have a test drive on Sunday July 16 and delivered the car to our home today, Friday July 30. He taught us the function of this car in detail. Grant went for the drive with us on Sunday and today too. He is very knowledgeable with the car and answered all our questions clearly.
We appreciate very much the friendly and super service.

Very impressed with the integrity of this dealership. We wrote up a deal and it turned out we were not eligible for the offer written. (Unfortunately our sales rep made an honest mistake thinking we were eligible for pricing we were not) The Managers honoured the pricing even after I said I would step up and cover the difference. One of the sales managers actually refused to allow me to cover the gap, stating the “ethical thing to do was to make it right” even if it ended up costing the dealer. I believe all parties should feel good about a deal. They chose to lose money that I would have paid because they felt it was “the right thing to do” West Coast Ford, you have a customer for life!

At no point was any pressure applied or efforts made to sell us something we didn't want or need. We got an excellent deal and felt no need to haggle. Tried to finance a truck first of all they asked for 500$ deposit which is fine, after sending the documents that they require via email I just got a reply which was(Thanks)then after a couple day I didn't receive any updates even I called many times but they transfer me to a girl who's name was Laura and she never pick up the phone, then drove with my buddy all the way from Downtown to Maple ridge just to see what the updates is! Then realized one document is missing! After they never asked for that document as I did double check if it's necessary I can provided, finally got bored and had to call them to un hold my money.
They are not even giving encouragement to their customer to buy their products, even if I was not sufficient to finance a truck but they didn't treat as a good dealer at the beginning and finally I was not happy with their service.

I have been a customer of West Coast Ford for about 15 years now and have purchased many vehicles from them.

Recently I bought a 2020 Ranger and had the pleasure of dealing with Tessa Brouwer. She was an absolute dream to work with. Everything was transparent and she worked very hard to get me the very best deal. Everything moved ahead very smoothly and she kept me well informed through out. If you are looking to buy a vehicle I would definitely recommend seeing her.

Buying a vehicle can be a stressful process but dealing with West Coast has always been very easy, you don't get that "sleazy" feel as you may get with other car dealers.

As long as I buy a Ford it will be from West Coast.

I brought my 2011 Mustang in on Monday to have the driver and passenger airbags replaced under recall. I dropped the car off at 8:15 and was told it would be ready around lunch time. I work in a commercial truck shop and it was my day off so I let them know I was in no rush. Sure enough, my car was ready before 10:30 which was much sooner than I had expected! It really helped get my day going because I did have to drive to West Vancouver and was able to go sooner than anticipated. Thanks guys!

I am posting this review of behalf of my mother, Cecillia Chan who had just purchased a pre-owned black 2018 Ford Ecosport from your dealership on March 28, 2020. For clarity, I happen to be a Ford dealership technician myself with the Ford Senior/Master/Diesel certification since 2007, and employed by various other Ford dealerships since 2000, employed at my current dealership in Toronto, Ontario since May of 2005. I wish to thank Ken Homeniuk as well as every other employee that was involved in the interaction with my mother during this purchase. As one who has been employed in the automotive industry myself almost thirty years, I can appreciate there will be times in which interacting with certain customers will require more patience and understanding when it comes to explaining how vehicles operate and function in general, particularly to those who are not quite up to speed with how vehicles work, let alone modern ones with electronics of daunting complexity. To quote my mother on how the transaction went, "Super nice to me. No complaint at all. I felt like I was taken care of left and right". Coming from her, that says a lot! I will personally attest to that with the trade in and final purchase numbers presented. THIS is the way customers SHOULD be treated. Hopefully, the service department will treat her with a similar level of respect should there ever come a time in which she will require their services. Keep up the good work and thanks again!

I'm really frustrated, the staff dealing in a bad way with me, the salesman consider me as a not real buyer ( by his guessing) and he ignored me in a bad way, when I visit the shop next time and bought a brand new vehicle, he tried to hide himself from me for a bad ignoring he does. Sales manager become very angry when I object for something in my car, and says that what we have you can go if you don't like it. Finance dept they're not answer you by phone, they not calling you back when left a massage, and they are not met you when you go by person. It's really horrible dealership, I'm worried howe can I stay with them for 7 years of warranty, but I definitely will call the head office or region manager to find me another dealership service dept.

My experience with the dealership wouldn’t have been the same without Scott being our sales man. Most untrusting dealership do not go there, will be filing a major complaint against the woman in the finance department, her name is Natalie. I first called ford credit and was told it would only cost $450 to process a transfer of equity, when I called Natalie she claims I had to go to the original dealership out in Abbotsford, which was confirm to be a lie cuz Ford credit says you def don't have to. She then claims "yes" after saying "no" that they can and it would cost $895, double what say quoted by ford credit, after talking to ford that was not the proper procedure and if they're looking to take someone for another $450, what do you think they're going to do if they sell you a truck. Natalie claims that because they are doing the work, he need to charge for their service, even tho they are ford! Management needs to hire more ethical people especially if they're dealing with financing!!! Basically they are going to rip you off, contact ford credit to get the proper details before letting these people handle your finances.

We brought our 2013 edge in to the service department because of a strange noise which turned out to be a failed transfer case (PTU). This is a repair that costs north of $2,000. As frustrating as it was to hear this, I have to say that Eric and the service department at West Coast Ford went above and beyond to repair our car quickly and even managed to save us some money off the original quote as well. I would definately recommend this service department.

Was sold a CPO vehicle with factory warranty. Turns out there is no warranty because the vehicle was modified by the previous owner. Irritating and dishonest. Took my car in because a plastic piece fell off the front fascia. The 22 year old looking woman at the service desk said she would call Ford to see if it was approved for repair. Did not call Ford and called me back a week later to tell me that " something obviously hit your car, I can tell". Then my driver's seat broke and the same woman told me that it would not be covered. Absolute amateur hour. Hallmark Ford took care of me no questions asked. Pursuing legal action against West Coast Ford due to being defrauded at time of sale. Stay away.

So far not impressed. I went into dealership in January 2016 (after my Uplander's head gasket went) to look at F150's , 1 -2 years used. Was told there was really nothing in my price range (30K). Left a web based contact in case something turned up. Was told that they had a linked computer inventory system and there was nothing in the Lower Mainland.

The next weekend I went with my brother to Dave Magnusson Ford in Abbotsford, as he likes the dealer and I found a 2013 Ford XLT 4x4 on their lot in my price range in good shape. So bought it there. Magnusson also said that all the dealerships and inventory was linked and that this truck should have shown up on West Coast's inventory...oh well their gain. Two month later...received an email from the salesperson at West Coast asking if was still looking. Ummm no.

So minor problem, windshield wiper will not turn off. Phone on a Tuesday for service...."someone would get back to me" Two days later no call...no voicemail...so I used the web service...immediate email, we have received your email....someone will get back to you. Phone on the Monday ....to ask if usually took 4 days to get back .... receptionist said they were busy and it could be a problem. Transferred to customer service...explained again. He is with a customer can you hold....well not impressed but nothing else has worked....so yes I will hold. Got disconnected. Phoned again. Got Doug. Appt. tomorrow....so we will see. So far really not impressed witht the service at all.

I liked taking my old car to Dewdney Automotive...now that this new vehicle is under warranty that will be limited...but they have real people that answer the phones really quick.
