Went for an oil change which was fine. Had a small issue with my receipt which was immediately dealt with. I'll continue recommending the service dept here to people I know. I appreciate when wrongs, no matter how small are made right by friendly people.
Shifter cable on my F150 pickup broke while loading my boat. The folks here in Service squeezed me in on short notice. The Parts department kept me informed of the trials and tribulations of getting the correct parts (4 tries for the correct grommet! Thinking Ford should have a better handle on part numbers!). Service department was on top of it the whole time and when it was fixed I dealt with Terran for pick up and payment. She is a credit to the dealership! My wife and I had a rental vehicle to return and Terran even looked after that for us! She never stopped smiling and nothing was impossible in her world. My girlfriend and I showed up onto fords lot after being on the search for a vehicle for about 3 weeks. We were currently looking for a newer minivan. We'd been approved at dodge but we're just waiting on them to fit a vehicle into my financing after 2 weeks of waiting we went to Ford (and looked at the only minivan on the lot, which ticked all the boxes) we were in a rush that day not really expecting to have found a vehicle that my girlfriend loved. Cole was super friendly and super quick to get the process started considering we worked in an hour. He kept us updated by texts so we werent just left waiting and was able to have us walk out with the keys a week later just in time for us to take the new van on our trip. Could not have asked for a better salesman.
Service manager Shane has been an absolute delight to deal with, and has helped me and extreme amount. Very friendly workers all around, highly recommended. Dealing with vehicles can be hard but the staff make it a lot easier, and they are very helpful.
We had our truck serviced and a brake controller installed. The work was done in a timely manner and no Issues with anything. We always take our vehicles here as the service is second to none!
My spouse and I recently went in as we both needed new vehicles. Without getting into details, the financing situation was tough and COVID made it more difficult. I have used Kamloops Ford for service on my truck for years. Everything has always been repaired timely and without further issue. Recently, I purchased a new vehicle from them. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for but found it for me at another location and were able to bring it in. They put in lots of effort to make sure I got exactly what I needed and didn't push other vehicles on me. I will definitely be back.
I would like to thank Lincoln Ford in Kamloops where I bought my new Ecosport car. This car has good all round vision with side mirrors that detect approaching vehicles, especially the blind spot, is a great asset.
I'm over the moon with my reversing parking aid, making it so much easier to park in metro Vancouver. The comfort in the seating is tops and the head restraints and rear seats are so easy to adjust and fold, even with my arthritic hands. Lots of room for shopping at back.

They were excellent to deal with while we we looking for a used Edge. After we purchased, they picked up our car when we were isolating for routine service. During the service, they found a damaged axle output seal, provided us a quote and ordered the part. During seal replacement they double checked and were able to replace it under warranty.
Excellent service from start to finish. Taryn is my service advisor. She understood my concerns and helped to make sure that I was taking care of properly. Technician 600 ,sorry forgot his name was very knowledgeable and experienced and made me feel that my concerns were valid.

I recently went in for an oil change and to have my A/C unit assessed, I waited in the lounge for 3 hours to find out they had just started the oil change.. it took a total of 5 hours to finish the job I understand every auto-body company has set backs and deadlines aren’t always met on time but improvement on communication for a more accurate estimate of time will most definitely result in a higher rating of service.
Excellent customer service experience here! I felt welcomed from the minute I stepped in the door and was even offered a drink and snack while I had a short 3-minute wait for someone to help me. I was impressed by their organization and (seemingly) expert multitasking during a busy service day.

I took my truck in for a small recall repair. They were able to fit me in within the week. The repair was completed faster than expected. They were polite and there is a nice area to wait in set up for customers with couches and a phone chargers.
Wrote an email inquiring about a used truck, they got back to me ASAP. Was waiting for my vehicle to be done at the shop and I got a call following up with the email. They offered to come pick me up for a test drive, naturally I said yes. They respected my situation of not looking to purchase yet, and were extremely nice!! When I purchase a new vehicle I will for sure be heading there! Thanks guys

We recently took our 2016 F-350, which we purchased at Kamloops Ford last fall, in for an oil change and we are pleased with the service we received. We don't live in Kamloops and we were at the tail-end of a two week camping trip, so we appreciated the staff welcoming our Yellow Lab into the customer lounge while we waited for our truck. The oil change and multipoint inspection were done promptly and the service advisor was friendly and explained everything to us.
Each staff member with whom we interacted was very friendly and welcoming. We appreciated that!

As a whole Kamloops ford is a great place to shop for a new vehicle. They had good selection of new and used. I dealt with Rick proctor on sales and Justin in finance. Both were no non-sense, and Rick was determined to find the right vehicle for us, and work with our situation.

Took out two vehicles for test drives, didn’t try and force you into an office to work out a deal until you’re ready, great communication while I thought things over, pricing was competitive, fair trade in value and no pressure in the finance office for the up sales (offered but when declined, no pressure). Highly recommended.
