We bought a second hand Honda Odyssey for our newly expanding family and the guys here really went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our liking. Brian Venier was great, super friendly and makes you feel like family (it’s actually our second vehicle he sells us!)
And Mike Wood really made sure the price was right and that we had everything we needed to feel confident about our purchase. Cora MacLaren and Clint at financing were also super friendly and helpful. Great bunch of people, definitely a good place to shop for a car, new or used!

I brought my truck in for a diagnosis as the cam phasers and timing is a common thing to go on the f150, as well as they completed some other work. I was dissatisfied with their origional diagnosis as well as the service i received from the service advisor. The service manager contacted me and had another tech look into it as well as assigned a new service advisor. Sure thing, they needed to be done. I was clear with my expectations when we booked the work to be done as it was a long weekend and I had to return to work out of town on the holiday Monday. They made it right. I had great service from all involved. My truck was completed and returned with an extra day to spare. I appreciate the efforts very much and my truck is running great again.

We were on our way home from our first big family vacation towing a travel trailer when our vehicle ingition system started having issues. Despite being super busy they got us in right away, replaced the cracked spark plug and we were on our way in an hour!

I wish I could give Dearborn Ford 1000 stars. While towing a travel trailer from Victoria to Drumheller on a family vacation, our truck broke down. The staff here pulled out all the stops to make sure we could resume our trip safely as quickly as possible. I can’t say enough good things about the care, compassion, grace and determination of the staff here to make sure our issues were resolved. Special shout out to Hailey, our service advisor, and Chris, our mechanic, who supported us through a complicated and high stress situation and went so far above and beyond that I am speechless with gratitude. Our car was scheduled for repair at 9am. We arrived at about 8:45 am and was in the shop at 8:56 am. At 10:04, our car was sitting in the driveway ready to go.
Again, we were so impressed with the staff in all areas of the dealership. They are so cheerful and eager to please!
One thing Norma brought to the attention of Sarah is that there is no support bar in the women's bathroom. Hopefully this will be resolved in the near future as I am sure other women would appreciate having this addition for those who require assistance.
We both believe Dearborn Ford is the best dealership we have dealt with.

Dearborn Motors was a pleasant experience for purchasing a new car. The premises is clean and bright although a bit noisy with piped in music. The feeling which we felt almost as soon as we entered the building was one of comfort. All staff appeared to be happy to be there and willing to help us in any way. Our salesman was terrific and extremely helpful as were other sales staff who saw to it that we had refreshments and were not being ignored while waiting for certain elements of the purchase to be completed. We felt the finance person was somewhat too pushy in attempting a number of times for us to purchase an extended warranty package which we repeatedly said no to. Also, the young woman who handled the licensing and insurance was not very inclined to listen to us. Indeed, when we contacted her a few days later to cancel her insurance in favour of our own, she still did not seem to be in a listening frame of mind. I chatted with personnel in both the parts and service departments and found all to be very receptive and pleasant. I have to mention one other outstanding employee we interacted with. Her name is Sarah and she not only paired out cell phones into the new car for us but offered to assist in any way possible. She even followed up with a phone call a few days afterward to ensure we were comfortable with all the new electronics and offered to meet with us away from the dealership if necessary should we have any concerns or questions. Very much appreciated!
I was employed in the automotive industry for over forty five years, much of it in Ford dealerships and Dearborn was one of the best I was ever in and I have absolutely no hesitation in promoting Dearborn Motors as the premier dealership to do business with.

had what they called VIP appointment booked for today to view a specific vehicle. I did tell them I am extremely interested and ready to buy. even called and emailed this morning if all is still on and vehicle is still available, which they confirmed all is ready for my appointment. When I got there they told me the vehicle sold this morning. I drove out of town and left work for this so I really do not appreciate your sale technique to get me through the door. I will not do any further business with them. I will only give my money to a business that value my time. All they had to do was to call me and let me know so I don't have to drive all the way there. Won't use in a future and wont recommended to anyone.

Never again Dearborn Ford in my life. Maintenance takes time so long. They knew what is wrong and had parts. But took 9hours for door handle. I had been there 4 or 5 times, usually took 8 hours for maintenance. And receptionist made many mistakes. I visited for the passenger door handle problem. That did not work sometimes. Receptionist said will order but take 1 month for delivery and prep for installing. She charged that but my truck just 1 year old, should be under warranty. She deleted when I asked but if I did not know that it could over charge. Until 6 week later, no one gave a call, so I called them. They did not order. She said engineer mentioned can not find problem, it is under warranty but can not replace because can't find problem. Did it miss communication???? Next maintenance time I required check handle again, they found something and fixed it, took 9hours. I made an appointment 3weeks later and they have parts. 9 HOURS.
From beginning and until now, very disappointed.

Very professional service from the Dearborn ford team. I had my heart set on a dodge which was what I was driving, I went to see what they had and feel in love with a 2021 F150 that was already "sold" . Dave, Clint and Sam went out of there way to make everything go so smooth. From the truck that already had a "sold" sticker in the window which is the one I ended up buying, to letting me take the truck home over night to to make sure I loved it especially with going from a dodge to a ford and all the fine details that go along with buying a new vehicle. Definitely felt as family and not just a customer. Nothing was ever pushed and just made the whole buying process so much better and I definitely liked how no one followed me around when I was looking in the lot trying to push a sale.

Definitely won't be the last vehicle I buy from them. Outstanding service all around!

Dearborn Ford has a great service department. For the second time in a row we were treated really good. Both Hailey and Miranda went out of there way to help us and we felt they always had out best interest. Louie is one of the specialized mechanics who works on our EV, although we have not yet met, we have been told he is one of the best and shares a passion for Cars like ours giving us more peace of mind when leaving it at the dealership.

Do not expect any after sale service. Dealing with this service department is an absolute nightmare. Employees not trained. Parts always forgotten to be ordered. Be sure to record conversations with staff & Service manager regarding repairs and services as you will be accused of lying and making up conversations when you get bill shocked. Buyer beware. Make sure you cover your basis. Ford Canada seems to have pull here. I encourage everybody who has had issues and reads this, it is well worth involving Ford Canada directly as they seem to be the only ones with a brain in their heads and will solve your issues and follow up with your repairs, scheduling, ordered parts and even attempt to make goodwill offers to take care of you and your vehicle.

Feel free to sort reviews by lowest. I am one of many. The difference is, I refuse to donate my money to strangers. As a result my nightmare of costs and repairs were covered after the service manager apologized to me in private after realized he made a MAJOR error after a massive public charade that took place in the department. It is doubtful any of the staff were informed of this.

A wonderful experience! The Dearborn Ford team was truly passionate about customer service and they are SO great at what they do. Daniel and Cora are very genuine, caring and friendly. Daniel is very honest and customer focused, and it was quickly evident how much Daniel and Cora love to work with people. Cora ensured we were comfortable and stress free the entire time. I was blown away at the support and help given by Cora to help keep my 3 small kiddos busy. She even colored with them so I could go over paperwork without them going crazy haha. Darcy in finance was top notch. Extremely good at what he does, and fast! Miranda and Hailey were also a huge asset to the team. They both were very easy going and fun. Reception was good. Courtesy Shuttle was very good.. Maintenance was good. Vehicle Detailing Package was very badly executed. For $69.95 the outside was poorly washed. There were still bugs on the wind shield, the inside was not vacuumed or wiped down and the windows were not cleaned. I will never try the detailing again.

I lucked out an got a 2010/ f150 4x4, ( for cheap) I've taken it to these folks 4 times now to get different things fixed. I trust their judgement, and the service has been exceptional. I had them replace the plugs in March, didn't drive much since then, took it in in june, they said it was faulty plug and replaced it without cost. I am very happy with the service.
As an update, now been dealing with them for years. I just took the beast in and as usual, they came back way under what I expected. And with exceptional service, honesty.

I would like to take this time to thank the Service Dept at Dearborn Ford for the awesome service they provided me and my family when my F-150 broke down. Once my truck was towed in, they diagnosed it quickly and got us back on the road as quickly as possible. They also allowed us to set up our travel trailer on their lot giving us a place to stay while we waited for the repair to be completed. Bob, the tech who worked on the truck was very friendly and had no problem with showing me the issue with the truck and providing me his plan for the repair. Krista, our service writer was friendly and was happy to answer any questions I had. The Service Manager, (Sorry, I don't know his name...) provided me with information that caused me to do further research that has led to the whole repair being covered under warranty!!
