Not only was the finance team and Sales team helpful during the purchasing stage of my new Ford, they were just as helpful after they had my money, which is new to me.

I was with Dodge for over 9 years, and had nothing but terrible service at multiple different dealerships.

Because of this Dealership, Ford has gained my Loyalty as a Customer.

Dealt with David at Fort Motors.

David helped to find a solid F350 which fit the criteria I needed for a good price.

Throughout David was extremely helpful and understanding in his communication and did a great job following up regarding my questions about possible options available.

Him and the finance manager Brittany went above and beyond to accommodate some extenuating circumstances on my end.

Kyle from sales was helpful and professional. I purchased a used Mustang with minor hood damage which was poorly repaired at a body shop in town, but with no questions asked it was agreed that the job would be done again. It's been a long time since I purchased locally but the experience was great so I am sure the next one will be local too.

Recent service at Fort Motors was excellent. Into the lube bay, friendly and professional. Service tech came and got me when my truck was done, went over the report, and I was done. Great experience!

Call to book an appointment making it clear I need it early morning just to be done before noon. No real concern on what day. Ford had a bulletin up for the fix so it was a known issue and shouldnt have been a big deal. They slot me in 11 days later (which was fine) first thing in the morning. After I arrive and give them my keys, only then am I told that that it is $160 for JUST a diagnostic and the appointment is really "a day thing. we will get around to it when we feel like it". Nice they offered to drive me home though.

Ill tell you I wont be back, if i buy a ford it will not be from this dealership and it is incredibly odd that in the year 2020 I can only be given a 10 hour window for my car to be fixed.

Top notch service from the time you walk in the door, whether it is for an oil change or you are looking to buy. Their professional staff do not pressure you in any way and are there to answer questions and help direct you to the right vehicle or service. I would not recommend fort motors fort St. John. Very terrible customer service. The sheeple that give them 4-5 stars have never really received good service in the first place which clouds their judgment of this dealership. Then again the majority of the 5 stars and 4 stars are probably family, friends, and fake google accounts example is Haley’s review (she works at the service front counter) see attached photo. The majority of the reviewers have only ever made one review hmmm.... Why would anyone want to buy a vehicle or get service from Bud when he lies and increases his own ratings by making his employees write reviews for him? Pretty sure that’s fraud but don’t ask me I don’t know what it’s like to be unethical. You guys are failing the ford name.

I like dealing with Fort Motors, I have a 2016 f-350 diesel,.I've had a few warranty issues that were taken care of quickly and efficiently. I purchased the service package when I bought it, I've had some issues with the oil change dept. but any issues I've had have been taken care of immediately by the service manager.Unfortunately the sales dept. dropped the ball on a used vehicle for my wife and I ended up purchasing at a different Ford dealership. With that being said I still think overall Fort Motors is a great place to deal with and will go back when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle.
Add,02/17/20, Had my truck in for a couple of warranty issues which were taken care of.The booking was within a week and repairs done the day of the appointment I was quite happy with that.One thing I will say is look very carefully at the service package and what you will put on for KM a year before you opt for it.In some cases its not worth the 1200$ a year for a 6.7 diesel.Plus Im sick of having def all over the side of my truck whenever I get a service,they need to get that figured out.

My salesman Mark was awesome.
Got us out in the 2019 King Ranch of our choice in minutes. [ without the rid-a-long, bonus marks! ] Mark made every effort to present our offer & start the purchase process. Mark also arranged for an accessory to be installed on short notice. Then came in on his day off to facilitate final purchase process.
The actual deal decider Chad the Sale Manager was respectful and worked hard to complete the deal.
We opted for Ford Credit to finance part of the new King Ranch that was done with Greg's help in finance dept. His attitude rubbed me the wrong way, but he was very knowledgeable and efficient with all aspects.
Overall a very pleasant truck purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Fort Motors to anyone who asked.

It was really a nice experience both the car and the purchase assistance/services from Fort Motors. Staffs are dedicated and passionate,gave me their voice of experience which was much valuable to me as a new comer to FSJ. Payment method could have been a bit complicate for both the car and the insurance charges and it took me a bit long time and a drive to bank, but I can understand that the online payment here was not as popular as that in my original country. BTW, the insurance girl is also amazing, gave me a lot of explanation to the rules and regulations. I hope the parts and services in the future could be the same good.

Mark is person to see. Even though I didn't buy my vehicle from him, he worked hard to see if he could find what I wanted. Him and Al were patient, understanding.
The only drawback I had is that I had asked to see a few used trucks and there was a reluctance to show me them. There was one that fit the bill of what I was looking for, but I ended up with no response.

My husband Tom and I wanted to say "Thank you sooo much for your incredible service." My husband noticed our truck leaking oil from the rear end, while I was getting groceries. We were on our way home to Victoria and he said that we would have to stay the night (in the Walmart parking lot) and head to the Ford dealership in the morning. We had been away for 5 weeks camping and we had our two dogs (Jack and Ozzy) with us. Needless to say, it wasn't going to be easy waiting around and we didn't even know if you would be able to get us in that day. The entire staff from "Ritchie" who took our info, to everyone that came into the waiting area and Evan the mechanic (not sure if I have his name correct), we want to thank you for your incredible service and kindness.
