No pressure and up front with all the details of the purchase, very helpful and patient explaining all the functions of my new car. Also an invitation to come back any time should I have any questions. He is a good guy to deal with.

I want to take this opportunity to share my experience at Magnuson Ford! I give them five stars in the purchase of “Tiny”, my F450 dually. I was very impressed with the entire sales team, from Gary the salesman, Don the sales manager and Layne Magnuson Jr, they took the time to make sure that things were right for me. I had been looking for a while and had become discouraged by other dealerships that I had been to. That all changed when I walked into the Magnuson Ford showroom. The showroom was welcoming, friendly and very professional. The feeling was one of relax, with no pressure. They were willing to listen to what I wanted and needed. The team there was very knowledgeable of their products and answered all of my questions. When the time came to seal the deal, going into the business office, the feeling was the same. I thank them for their patience. They made it work for me and my needs. It all worked out with Magnuson Ford staying true to their word! GREAT JOB!

I was offered a curtesy ride while my car was being worked on. Pk was my driver and he was so friendly! He had said he does a lot of the detailing so I asked how to get blackberry out of my beige floor mats. When I came to pick up my car he had removed my stain as well as shampooed the remaining floor mats! What a wonderful surprise! Thank you Pk!
The staff at Magnuson ford are always helpful and are great. The service department is great , I had to change service appointments twice due to us moving but it was no problem. I will go out of my way and drive further now, but I will always go to Magnuson Ford you can't beat the friendly service and staff.

I took my car in for its regular maintenance, and they found several issues with the suspension. I mentioned that I was about to leave for a road trip, and they fit me in and got it done a week ahead of schedule so that way I didn’t have to postpone my trip. Also, the car was immaculately cleaned. I would and have recommend Magnuson Ford to anyone.

Bought a truck at Magnuson and the staff and salesman Chris Penner made it very easy, with no problems. Very happy. I have use the service department for years and I have always had great service.
Worst Customer service. Took my Expedition there and the Mechanic forgot to secure my Tire on and took it for a test drive and ruined my bumper. They told me 10 days took them 4 weeks, I did not receive a update the entire time until I called. They did not compensate me at all for their mistake. I will not be going back.
Like most dealerships a fairly costly exercise but they were very efficient and have a great waiting area and washrooms plus the courtesy service was excellent and the driver was very helpful.
My Brother and his Partner tried to purchase a vehicle here at the start of December. The sales person was fantastic but then things changed when we went into the finance office to speak with Heather. My brother has had some credit issues in the past and so has his partner. Heather was very rude and insensitive towards their credit issues. I did not think it was appropriate that she discuss their credit issues in front of me. She was very pushy when she asked me to help them out and when I said that I was in no position to she became rude and very condescending. I can not recommend this Dealership. Jason

My Moms Honda wouldn't start and I was out of town and couldn't help. I told her to call Magnuson Ford as she always takes her car there because of the great service and she is treated so well. I just had the opportunity to speak with Heather in the Finance Department regarding a warranty question from a purchase almost 3 years ago. She was incredibly helpful and informative. She went out of her way to provide me with not only the information I needed but the documentation in a timely manner. Unlike other dealerships that I have purchased through, the service did not stop after the delivery of the vehicle.

My family, including me, my wife, and my son, have been dealing with John for almost 30 years, and with Magnuson Ford since he moved there several years ago.
John has put my wife in a succession of SUV's (various high-end Expeditions) and trucks (various high-end specialty F150's) over the course of our children's youth, and now right into our 'mature' years. He has sourced cars for me, and recently handled the ordering of my loaded Mustang GT convertible. We've purchased or leased a variety of vehicles for our fleet over the years and my experience with Magnuson and John Wayne MacMullin was first rate. Very simple and upfront information, never resisted or deflected when I asked questions, and kept me updated on the delivery process. We happened to order a vehicle which had to come from the factory and the delivery time was more than expected. Completely out of John's hands but he kept us informed each step of the way. Also helped connect us with other service providers who for options such as truck logos and shelving. Another fantastic buying experience at Magnuson Ford. We have purchased several vehicles from this dealership , our most recent being our special order Ford Flex in Dec 2015. John and Layne were so helpful with our special order ( as we wanted the panoramic roof option ) and we have been completely satisfied with our vehicle !
As for the service department, again this dealership does stand out in that Brad, Chris and the rest of the team are always helpful, and do work with you as a client, not just a job number. I've converted my Ford Fusion to propane via this dealership and they have performed every single service on the engine with zero charge for any adjustments and tweaks needed from time to time with being on dual fuel. Thank-you so much.
As an additional note, I've had to pleasure of being part of their commitment to community with the Drive 4 You program for several fundraisers for schools, sports teams and other charities.
