Service department is good. They sometimes need a little pushing to dig in to complaints, but will if you push enough.
Sales department, I don't know what to say, I guess they are low pressure sales here, as I was in the showroom for a good 30 minutes looking at the Mustang Mach E they have. I had at least 8 employees walk by me, and didn't even get approached, no-one even said hi....
Probably for the best though as I may have left with the Mach E if someone had of talked to me.

I observed a salesman speaking with potential buyers in the showroom and was very impressed with the knowledge he had about the product. I rarely see that in any dealership.

If i could rate them 0 stars i would. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. MSA FORD fails in customer service skills. It is surprising to see what measures such a customer as the one in the picture has to take to get what he wants. This man has been ripped off in a warranty and insurance scam by MSA FORD. They have tried to block his vehicle to avoid bad publicity. He deserves to be treated fairly just like any other customer. If anyone drives by please have a word with the man and you too will know he is right.

The service at this location did great work. Had a overall great experience. However, when I was greeted by young girl after saying hi and getting my name for my appointment she felt the need to ask my age? I was very confused and pointed to my son d said his age? She said no yours? I hesitated and then told her. She had an overly surprised reaction by my age. She then said "dont take offense but you look like a teen mom" I told her that I do take offense and next time keep that to herself. I was really thrown off by these costumer service. It would be nice if you dont judge someone on how they look after meeting them for 30 seconds and you know nothing about me? It was very rude.

Brought our F150 in for an oil change, very Thorough Service disinfected all the high touch areas in my car and took a video before they took the car to make sure there was no damage. Jasmine, the girl who helped me was very helpful and knowledgable and nice! I just wish that someone would’ve called me when it was done because I had to call myself after waiting two hours for an oil change. Wasn’t able to get the car washed because by the time I picked it up they were on lunch it would’ve been a nice courtesy touch for them to wash it before they went on lunch but oh well overall good service.

My experience is that the service advisors are very uneducated about how vehicles work, they don't document issues clearly on the paper work even though I've gone over it multiple times. The result is that they end up doing unauthorized work on my vehicle. They get my money and I get shafted.

If there was a lesser rating, both sales managers would receive it. My husband and I have a truck that has been in the repair shop for almost a month and waiting on parts (not the main issue) the issue is Ford Canada is willing to trade our truck for a different truck because of the many issues that we’re having and the Managers at MSA are being difficult and rude. All phone calls/texts are not being returned, when my husband has gone in there to speak to the lady manager, she’s more interested in playing bejeweled on her phone than making a sale. Just down right rude and disrespectful. I would never recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is non existent.

I’ve walked out of dealerships before because of their slimy high pressure tactics, trying to rip you off and sell you something you don’t need. I’ve had a number of bad experiences with sales people that it really turned me off shopping for vehicles. And we know that car salesmen have a reputation for being the worst.
I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted from the lot. I prepared my wife that we would walk away if we had any interactions with the above mentioned people. It wasn’t so. We were able to walk around the lot undisturbed and then were greeted by Dustin when we went into the showroom. I described the truck that I had seen on the website and we walked out to it together. Dustin knows his vehicles! From the engine details and specs to the major and minor changes between model years dating back at least 10 years. He seemed to know as much about my 2009 f150 as I did. We went for a no pressure, unaccompanied test drive.
So far so good. Let’s talk numbers. He gave us a complete rundown of incentives/financing/cash sale and everything in between, and together we came up with the best option to save us the most money. Dustin also made some calls to get us better deals on some aftermarket stuff we wanted (airbags and seat covers). Finally a sales person that isn’t pushy, doesn’t rush you, and won’t try and sell you something you don’t want or need. I know who I’m calling when it’s time for my next truck.
Ask for Dustin.

I received detailed information on my extended warranty from Gordon and exactly what it covered and would cost. I have a pamphlet right here that lists each and every part that is covered. My vehicle has been in 2 times for maintenance and it's been easy to get it in to the Quicklane and both times my high expectations have been exceeded (I'm an Engineer). Mike James orchestrated getting my vehicle in and out and he is the most professional and courteous person I know. I would recommend MSA Ford to everyone I know. Although the selection of used vehicles in our price range was limited (alot of dealers will not even sell a car under 10,000) we found a vehicle in short order. Our salesman is George MacDonald. He has been a salesman there for 7 years and was absolutely great to deal with. From the time we drove onto the lot and drove away with our purchase encompassed about 2 hours. The car was like new, they filled the tank (it was only at half when I test drove it), and had their service department have it ready to go in record time. Overall, the purchase experience was wonderful. I have no qualms about recommending George to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
