Just purchased a 2023 Bronco Sport from Rory and Frank, and I have to say I received a amazing buying experience from the sales team and when the battery froze off at -45 the first week I had it, Lisa in the service dept went above and beyond to get me going again (even if I wasn't the most understanding client) 10/10 service, 10/10 sales, and a good experience all around!

Failed to mention unable to do any brake or steering repairs on a 1ton dually until after they had charged for safety inspection and told us to go somewhere else. On phone did not mention that would charge another $180.00 again just proof of completed repairs.
Inquired with these guys about getting $5,000 worth of work done on my truck and informed them I would need a loaner truck and as I'm from out of town by about 100km. Went back and forth for just over a week starting June 8th about parts, delivery, times and bookings only to be told on June 16th that they do not provide trucks as loaner vehicles and they simply did not notice that I asked for a loaner truck over a week prior. Pretty disappointed and surprised that a Ford dealership does not have loaner trucks and are not willing to provide one. Any other place I've dealt with has provided a vehicle similar to yours. I will find elsewhere to get my parts from.

I had such a positive experience dealing with everyone at Legacy Ford Rimbey. Frank was so patient and punctual at getting back to me as I have never bought a car from another province before. It felt like a family the way they look after you and I believe that’s due to the manager Rory modelling that to his staff. From picking me up at the Edmonton airport to their non pressure approach it made car buying enjoyable. Meghan (finance) was an absolute joy! After shopping in Calgary for a new vehicle, it was recommended we take the drive and go to Rimbey, Ford. We connected with Frank, our sales rep, and he worked with us finding the perfect vehicle. From the moment we walked in it felt like a family run dealership and nothing ever felt like a “sale”. Drove from Leduc to buy a used Mitsubishi they had on their lot. While we were on the test drive, the gas light came on. The junior? sales guy (can't remember his name) said if I bought the vehicle he would get it cleaned up and fill the tank while we were in finance.
We bought the vehicle and spent 1.5 hours in finance - which we had a great experience with the finance guy!
Once we were ready to leave, the vehicle was still dirty and I had to drive across the street to fill the tank before we left back home.
A week later, we noticed oil leaks. I brought it to Westside Mitsubishi in Edmonton, and they said whoever did the last oil change didn't thread the cap back in properly...
I would 100% NOT recommend anyone buy a vehicle from this dealership. Worst experience (besides the Finance guy) I've had.
Traveling through and needed my lug nuts re-torqued. Everyone here was very friendly and helpful.

Very disappointing! I stopped to ask if they would know why my radio just quit, asking no questions was told they could put it on there diagnostic machine(for a charge im sure). I asked if it could possibly be a fuse? They said maybe. I asked if they sold fuses? Was told to read my manual and figure out which one it would be, as there are many??? Then they could sell me one? WOW!! So helpful...NOT!! After one call to Cam Clark Ford in Red Deer, the very friendly service guy offered some suggestions, even offered to talk me thru it over the phone step by step! A very easy fix, which I did get figured out! The 2 guys at Legacy could use a brush up on their public relations skills, maybe Cam Clark Ford offers such a class?? I was very disappointed with the service I received! I definately know which Ford dealership I will choose in the future!!!
