Crooks & Liars. Talk bad about customers once they walk out the door. VERY poor business! Remember Peace River is a small town and people talk. The experience will be shared. This dealership should close down. Lost our future business.
Joanne is the best person to deal with. Super helpful, gives 110% in dealing with her customers. She is very smart, funny, and easy going. She made the whole process of buying a new car (which can be stressful) seem like an absolute breeze.

I was very pleased with my experience at Peace River Ford. The sales lady (Joanne) was so helpful, patient and told me when I first talked to her that she wanted to see me totally satisfied with my experience at the dealership. Joanne showed me numerous vehicles until we found the truck that I liked that was in another shop getting prepped for a linex liner. She literally ran to the other shop to get the truck for me to test drive, which I purchased. The overall experience was fantastic, Joanne and all the staff at Peace River Ford was very friendly , helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Peace River Ford to anyone. Totally satisfied with my experience at this dealership.

Incredibly impressed with the service department. My truck was broken into the first night in town. Brought it here for a new side window. The window itself was here the following morning and replaced within hours. They cleaned the shards of glass out of the back seat, and even completed a seperate recall on the truck without me requesting to do so. And, I recieved a pretty decent discount to top it all off. Will definitely be giving more business to them in the future when need be. Kudos to all the staff for the top notch customer service!
The online booking was great. It enabled me to plan my week and make arrangements without having to call in. Customer Service Representative was extremely friendly and accommodating. Inspection was through and detailed. I was disappointed that now test drove the truck after repairs. The would have found an issue created during repairs and saved me another trip to get that repair completed. They were very apologetic. One recommendation i have is if you say you filled up the windshield washer fluid, make sure you do. It makes a customer question everything else checked off on the inspection check list.

There is a visible oil leak in the front end of my F150 truck, and a transmission issue.
The transmission was "reset" but the oil leak was not addressed. I was informed that they will look at it at my next service.
I have always had great, complete service - until now.
I had a very pleasant experience, Todd my salesman was very helpful to what I wanted as well as to what I needed. There was no beating around the bush, it was very detailed and to the point which is what I love. He explained things to me that I did not understand. 150% would recommend going to him. Staff was decent. Paper work process was pretty smooth. Which was nice! Specially when i was working. They where very understanding n help full with that.

Very slow service. It took me repeatedly emailing, calling and texting before I got someone to finally call me so we can start the buying process. Should've been a red flag for me as most dealerships phone you 2 minutes after showing interest in a vehicle. I had to continue asking the salesman for updates, something I've never had to do at any other dealership as they keep you updated throughout the entire process. Probably my fault for trying to do business with a dealership that is 7 hours away from me. I will just deal locally from now on, much faster service.

Took my vehicle here for the out of province vehicle inspection, it failed and I asked point blank if I would have to pay more than what they quoted me, they said no. Now mysteriously they found something else that needs to be replaced, adding an extra $180 to my bill. This either means that the inspection wasn't done properly, the new mechanic broke something and I have to pay for his mistake or they are just gouging me because I am at their mercy to pass the inspection. Regardless I am now going back there again

Happy to have my new car and very impressed that they delivered it to me. But a couple things did bother me, I was a little unimpressed that they would sell vehicles without replacing the windshield, and the sales manager was a little rude.
