I recently had some repairs done at your collision department and would like your to know what great service I received.
I showed up without an appointment to get an idea of what had to be done. I was greeted by Tim Halbert and he didn't hesitate to come out and look at the damage.
Having recently moved to Winnipeg, I was unsure of the procedure. Tim was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and gave me all the steps to deal with MPI, etc. I returned with the estimate and was greeted by Ronnie Petrillo, Tim's colleague and again was pleasantly surprised at the help I received from him. I had to transfer some booster seats for my 2 granddaughters who were visiting from the U.K. to the rental car and Ronnie grabbed them and carried them to the shuttle to pick up the rental car. When I got to U Drive rentals, Tim had ,made sure I got a SUV, because of my visiting guests.
My whole experience was hassle free and a pleasant experience.

Thomas Biron was the salesperson that sold us our brand new 2019 Grand Caravan. My initial inquiry about a van was made late one night online through the website. In fact it was after midnight. I was surprised to get a reply from Thomas within 15 minutes after my inquiry. I had questions and he answered them all for me, even though it wasn't within his normal hours. We made an appointment to see the van and met with Thomas. He made us very comfortable and never applied any pressure to buy the van we went to see. He also met the conditions we wanted included before we would purchase the van. I would also like to mention there were no surprises or hidden fees or costs to complete the deal. Thomas was an excellent sales person, nothing like your normal pushy sales person that makes you want to run away he didn’t push me at all and went out of his way on his day off to come in and help me purchase my new truck. I was extremely happy with how I was treated and the speed of how everything was done I didn’t have much time but the team at Murray got everything I asked for done. Liam was also extremely helpful calling me from home on his day off and taking time from his family to deal with my needs in a prompt manner. Just had my truck fixed at Murray Jeep RAM on Pembina Highway Dena in service new my truck was coming off warranty and I wanted a thorough once-over and boy did they ever do a great job from there my truck went to their body shop where once again I couldn't be happier with the communication that they provided me with and the quality of their work my wife had a parking lot accident and basically one side of my truck had to be repainted. The colour match was perfect and the two guys in the Body Shop office( please forgive me I'm bad with names but they will work with you to resolve any problems or questions you have with your Auto-Pac claim)
And their parts department with mister funk Anna and an employee named Sean are the best source for mopar parts for your car best prices in the city and trust me I phoned around

Customer service was good. took longer than it should have, and was costlier than a Super Lube or other quick lube shops. Said the only oil for my model was synthetic, and paid $14 a litre! Not sure I'd go back? Maybe if my Jeep was new?
Dealing with Murray Jeep Ram on Pembina was refreshing. We weren't looking forward to the typical awkward pressure, but their staff and showroom are very welcoming, homey and friendly. Just completed a purchase of a 2019 Ram 1500 Limited. I had a 2016 Ram Limited and thought that truck was nice. The 2019 blows it out of the water! I dealt with Jared and John, and these guys are top notch. I have bought 5 new trucks over the years from different dealerships, and have never felt as comfortable as I did at Murray Ram on Pembina. They took the time to find the truck I wanted and were completely transparent throughout the sales process. When it came down to the paperwork, Christian, the finance manager, made the final sale very easy. What I really appreciated was that he did not try to sell me extra stuff that I do not want or need. When I left I had not realized that I forgot my favorite water bottle at his desk. From my first call to finalizing the deal on my new Ram Rebel the service was outstanding!! With having a very busy job , Lorenzo was very patient and understanding my circumstances. I have purchased 8 new vehicles in my life, and 3 of them were at Murray Chev. Olds back in the day when they sold Hummer. I could walk in and leave there within 2 hours with a fair deal, and my new vehicle. I walked into Murray Jeep RAM on Saturday, and met Thomas in the parking lot when I was getting out of my truck. Right from the beginning, this dealership was a pleasant experience, from Thomas' total forwardness and honesty, to Andre simplifying our 'deal', to the financing with Christian. This is a dealership that makes you feel like you're dealing with family, not like others where you're the enemy coming in the doors. There are no slimy sales tactics here, from what I experienced.
