BE CAREFUL IF YOU BUYING USED VICHELE FROM them weather in store or online as the detail and customer service is very poor. I bought a 2012 dodge journey about a month and a half ago . I did online and was given a list of things wrong with it. I agreed because I had made up my mind to complete the repairs myself. First when the car arrived it was very dirty both in and out. In addition to what I was told wrong with car I also found AC not working, squealing from front engine belt, car over heating, Engine check light can on a day after I had the first drive from overheating, knocking sound in rear end which I still is a problem after I spent almost $900 in part for replacing multiple worn bushings at back also replace diff oil which was very low but knock is still there. I told them about it and I was told someone from service department will call me then next day and that didn't happen. I've bought used cars from other dealers and they were ok but peace river crysler is the worst one so far. Everyday I'm dissatisfied with these problem. Again be Careful buying there.
BEWARE of this place!! We bought a vehicle about 6 weeks ago. We had the vehicle delivered to Leduc by a flat bed. We signed the document’s online. When we signed the Kms on paper was 117.000 when the vehicle arrived it had 128.000 on it. The tires they put on it was old studded winter ones. We went to a tire shop and paid 1000 for new one’s and the tire guy said two of them were very unsafe!! We also received the truck with a very bad windshield. Unknown to us at time of our signing!! Again another 400.00 for a windshield. In our opinion we would like to help people to not get ripped off like we did.. We are taking this to small claim’s court. Your suppose to be excited when you buy a vehicle but that sure wasn’t our case! Please be careful when buying from this place!! They are very untrustworthy!
Went there today to get ac looked at in truck service was awesome replaced parts and had me running again what I thought was cool was the video they sent me showing what was wrong etc that was pretty awesome and at the end of it the truck was washed if that's not customer service I don't know what is keep up the good work ty
I sent an email to the general manager through the dealerships website seeking resolution and have not yet been contacted.
I really wanted this to be a 5* review because Amanda made the purchase process painless and effortless. Provided me with all of the information I requested, had financing approved and for a great rate. The truck itself I bought is great, I love it. Here are the problems I had: they advertise no admin fee online, but there's a mandatory etching fee. When asked about this etching fee, it can be converted to key protection, or rim and tire protection etc because it's not a "mandatory" fee, it's just added profit to the deal that they don't want to let go. So -1 star for that. The second issue I have is that I was provided with a mechanical fitness inspection form showing everything wrong with the truck and was told "everything quoted here would be to have this vehicle like new" which is fair, except for the fact they missed a blown u joint in the front driveshaft, front sway bar links are beat out of it, front sway bar bushings are beat out of it, the exhaust literally fell off of the truck... so - 1 star for that.
Amanda did a great job though, and I don't hold any of this against her.

Bought a 2021 Ram Bighorn Built to Serve Edition. The buying process was great, the after sales response is terrible. I was promised a $500 fuel card as soon as they became available, followed up multiple times and was ignored. Will likely buy my next vehicle in a different town.

Found a used F150 on there lot and inquired. Staff were friendly when I inquired about doing a trade in a clean 2012 Silverado Ltz they offered me 9,000 for my truck. The sale staff at this point wasn’t friendly anymore. Telling me that this is all my truck is worth. I’ve since then gone to other dealers in the area and asked to give me a value on the truck 3 other dealers value the truck from 21,000 to 24,000. Please get other advice on your vehicles before shopping here.

Went in to purchase a used vehicle today, all they had to do was fix a broken windshield, mirror and the ball joints, all items identified on their inspection and the deal would have been done. Was even willing to buy their over priced tires for the truck to try and swing the deal. I honestly have never been to a dealership that tried harder to not sell a truck. None of the issues with the truck were identified in the add. I drove up from GP specifically to make an offer on that truck, it was a waste of time.
People will barter on used vehicles so maybe leave a bit of room in the price or fix the junk before you try and sell it.
Good customer service is more important than the price. That might be something Go Auto has forgotten.

Think of the worst possible example of a used car dealership and a dishonest, sleezy used car salesman. If you want to experience it in reality visit Peace River Chrysler and ask for "Bill". Be forewarned that Bill struggles to uphold terms and agreements he makes while using classic excuses and vague statements to ensure he can't be held accountable for anything. "A fool and his money are soon parted" - don't be a fool - find a different dealership!

if i could give less than 1 star i would, they have a horrible service department, the service manager will not listen to a persons concerns nor will help fix the problem they should have fixed in the first place, they took advantage of my elderly grandmother and will not help her to fix her car, which they should have fixed in the first place the first time she took her car in. she's had the same issue with her car and the service department will not take her car nor authorize it to come into the shop to be fixed. they need a better service manager in the place she isn't a person that will listen to your concerns, she will just brush it off and blame the customer for the problems that they, the service team, should have fixed in the first place.

My wife and I dealt with Jessi-Mae, truly outstanding salesperson, and very knowledgeable. We never had any feeling of pressure or salesyness. Jessi came across as completely honest and genuine and gave us the information we needed to make the right decision,. We can't say enough about her. I also talked with Bill, the sales manager, he too was straight forward to the point and also honest. Highly recommend.

I drove from red deer to there which is 6 hours away from my town to get the car. after i arrived there, the car has lots of damage that werent shown in the posted pictures. the original price was 4000 so i told them to sell it for 3000 but they refused. After driving back home for 6 hours, they contacted me to come back and take it for 2700. I told them to ship it to a closer area but they refused as well. The stuff who works there were disrespectful and the offer to come take the car after all this drive is such a joke.

Absolutely top notch! My truck had issues on the way into town so I contacted the service department at 5:45pm. They had someone stay a bit late to make sure I got to the shop and had a loaner ready. The ladies at service had their diesel mechanic diagnose and find the issue first thing in the morning. They let me know right away what my options were. I was transferred to parts where they were extremely accommodating in getting me exactly what I needed. They had the parts the next day and the install was done the morning of the 3rd day. Every single person I dealt with was courteous and willing to go out of their way to help. I could not be happier with my experience as a whole and will definitely be recommending them to anyone in the Peace Country.

Disappointed in their service department. I had an issue with my vehicle, they hooked it up to their code reader and did not find anything wrong. Even though having extended warranty, they charged me and told me nothing was wrong with my vehicle. I then took it to a different Chrysler, this issue was solved in half hour and covered under my warranty.

I LOVE going to Peace River Chrysler! Everytime I walk through the front door I am greeted by a extremely frindly and helpful receptionist who directs me to which department I need to go. Service has become easy and convenient with their new drive through service bays, so that when the weather is poor, I don't have to endure the rain or snow. It doesn't stop there. Anytime I need parts, there is always several well trained parts techs waiting to assist with my inquiries. Finally the Sales and Finance staff thats never ceases to amaze with their genuine good nature, friendly attitudes and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers regardless of who they are and what their situation is. I never leave that place with unanswered questions or a frown on my face.
