This was my first time dealing with these guys as I'm from out of town and they had the car I wanted . Rui, Jeff and Chris were amazing guys and consider them friends after the way I was treated. Have been going to them for years and of all the dealerships i have been too, i have to say this is how they all should be. From purchasing vehicles to servicing our many vehicles with them, they are a class act operation. Their service department specifically is exceptional. Any issues that i have had with any of our vehicles, have always been able to be troubleshooted and fixed by them. They also always get my repairs done within a day or two and never leave me stuck waiting for a long period of time to get my vehicle back. If you have had bad experiences at other dealerships then you must go see them to experience what you should've been getting. I can truly say that they stand by their word and treat me like family and are like family to me as well!!

I leased a car with Chris 21 months ago. He made the whole process very easy and got me into a car I LOVED with as little stress as possible. The car was totalled when a drunk driver hit me last week. Dan from finance called me and helped walk me through the insurance process and gave me some very much needed advice on how to proceed. Even though I decided to purchase a new car elsewhere Chris and Dan helped me out and went out of their way to reach out to me to make sure I was ok.
I bought my car here. Very nice people. just service is too busy and you can't expect to get your turn on time, which acceptable. Downside is, I booked my service there because I bought my car there, but I can't get a ride back because I live too far, don't know when my car can be looked after and may have to take a bus or Uber home and back next day, etc... Not the kind of services I get from Mercedes and BMW. But still, I give them 4 stars.
My wife and I recently purchased our family vehicle at this location and we cannot speak more highly of the sales and supporting staff members. They were genuine in our discussions and never did we feel we're being swindled or getting the "sales pitch". When we picked up our vehicle to take home, they continued their professionalism even after making their sale, the staff remembered they had 1 season old winter tires for our vehicle, instead of trying to sell them, they gave them to us for free! This was never discussed and they surprised us on our pick up. Again, great group, definitely recommend to anyone looking at buying new or pre-owned, their level of transparency is in my opinion refreshing.
We sent a message to Wilson Niblett and even though it was late in the evening a salesperson contacted us very quickly. Within a very short time his sales manager also contacted us with a straightforward and very competitive offer, even though the listed price was already very genuine and bargain-priced. We continued negotiations with both while researching to make sure this was the vehicle we wanted, and we found that these representatives of Wilson Niblett dealt with us in a very patient manner. We finally made an appointment to see their vehicle, and when we arrived we were greeted warmly and presented with a newly washed and groomed SUV with an immaculate interior. We were very pleased. This is one classy establishment! And we have a very classy ride!

Ali Nikpour and Ian Weller are the reason for the 5 star review. I had signed an agreement and gave a deposit on a new truck, well life happens and had to back out of the deal. I was fully prepared to forfeit my deposit to incur any costs that had been payed to make the deal happen. Ali understood my situation voided the deal and refunded my full deposit. Because of this, when I am ready to purchase a vehicle I will not being going anywhere except Wilson Niblett Motors. Ian was a pleasure to deal with and was very knowledgeable about financing options and really worked to make a deal that I was happy with happen. I cannot thank you both enough!

Bought a used Chevy Equinox
Within 5 weeks had to replace oil twice, then take it to get checked out was told that the bottom half of motor had to be replaced, to bring truck back after 750kms and was reassured that it was fine to drive and take home. Only to brake down and be stranded 2 hours later.
Had it towed back to dealership for them to say it was the battery and they had put a new one in, I picked it up 2 days later for it to only leave me stuck again the very next morning. With that being enough was told to choose from a selection of cars for an even swap.
I picked a different car (used Chevy Cruze) thinking only that it was a even swap cause that's what I was told.
Then told no sorry you need to give us another 4000.00..
