I recently bought a new vehicle with the help of Jeff Patterson. I had went to a few dealerships prior to going to Falls Chevrolet Cadillac Buick and hadn't had the best experience, but Jeff was awesome! He helped me find the perfect vehicle for me. He wasn't pushy but made sure to have regular contact with me and was able to answer all of my questions. He let me take my time in making a decision and set up easy test drives that I could pop in and do them quickly. I appreciated that he worked with my schedule and made everything easy for me. BEWARE OF BAD CALIPER
ME and my wife both bought a GMC terrain Denali 2019 she was told after 1700 kl she needed new rotors because there were 2 deep scratches in the rotors only the back and it would cost 199.00 plus taxes I said no way there's something wrong with this so I call GM customers service and they call the manager then they call me and said there was no recalls for this I then went to see the service manager he said it could be cause by the new rims they GM puts on them lol I said I believe the calipers are sticking he said no recalls and it would cost 199.00 plus taxes
I work for this factory for 30 years and I will never buy a GM again I then said to them my back brake are the same and the service manager said oh there still good lol I said why is it the front rotor are great I got no reply lol

My wife and I spent a week in Niagara Falls back in 2018 for our honeymoon. During our stay our vehicle was broken into, the entire back window smashed out. We were directed to Falls Chevrolet by our hotel, and Nick and his team in the service department were fantastic. They quite literally saved our honeymoon. We dropped the car off early in the day and had it back by the end of the same day. We were given a ride back to the hotel after dropping the car off, and then picked up at the hotel and taken back to the dealership when the car was ready. I cannot say enough nice things about these guys!
I went into this dealership looking for a new SUV but needed a 6 cylinder engine. Jeff Patterson was the salesman who helped me and suggested the Chevrolet Blazer. We took it for a test drive and proved to be what we we’re looking for. Being a Doctor this vehicle is fabulous for doing my rounds in a timely manner. Jeff is very knowledgeable even though with Covid 19 he cannot go for the test drives or sit in the vehicles to explain everything. Very friendly and somewhat funny. I would highly recommend him to my friends or fellow colleagues.

Visited the service dept. today to have some new tires mounted and balanced on my new gloss black rims and installed on my Traverse. I was greeted promptly by Nick. Nick has always been a pleasure to deal with. He listened attentively and addressed all my concerns. I spent quite a bit of money on these rims and tires, and anyone who knows me, knows that I don't trust just anyone with my rims... or vehicle for that matter. The tire tech who mounted, balanced, and installed the rims, did an A+ job... not even a smudge. I continue to be blown away by the care and level of service I receive each time I go in. If you need your Chev, GM, Buick, Cadillac, Corvette serviced or are even just looking to upgrade your wheels and tires and don't know who to trust to mount, balance, and install, I can't recommend Falls Cheverolet enough. This is the best place to get a car! When I decided to buy a car, I was so hesitant because I did not want to make a bad choice. After weeks of shopping, and sales person after sales person, I found Falls Chev. It's always hard to make such a large investment, but the one thing that made it a no-question choice, more than anything, was Jeff Patterson. Jeff is the best salesman at Falls Chev by far...yes I am a slightly biased but in my eyes, and several others, he's earned that title! Had travelled to CA from the US and was almost 10 hours from home and fuel pump went out on my 2016 Silverado. Luckily we were staying in an RV at the local KOA. The service team at Falls Chevrolet tried hard to find a way to repair my truck on Saturday, but had to get a fuel pump module brought in early on Mon a.m. The team worked quickly to repair the truck and get my family back on the road. The service manager was kind enough to drive my from the dealership to the campground and pick me up again on Monday and bring me back to the dealership. Thanks to everyone at the dealership for helping my family while we were a long ways from home!

I brought my vehicle into this location for the first time for a second opinion. The service advisor and the service manager were excellent in addressing my concerns. For the most part they went above and beyond what I would normally expect. The shop was very transparent when one of their tools was in need of calibration. I have no hesitation in returning to this service department and I believe anyone that brings their vehicle here is in good hands.

What a great and easy place to purchase a car! I went there 2 years ago and upgraded my truck with Brian and he made the process extremely easy! Found exactly what i was looking for in no time. Well last week I decided(after the harsh winter we had and the fact my kid is getting bigger) I needed 4x4 and a crew cab for the extra room. I walked in and Brian remembered everything from 2 years ago seeing we haven't spoken since the last purchase. He again found exactly what I was looking for in no time and by the end of the week I was picking up my new truck. Extremely pleasant to deal with and highly recommend going to see him over at Falls Chev!
I had a very positive experience at Falls Chevrolet when purchasing my 2015 Cadillac SRX from Ken Clutterbuck last month (March 2016). I approached the dealership about the vehicle on a whim and Ken's service immediately grabbed my attention. He was polite, friendly and relatable right from the start but most importantly he was not the typical “pushy sales guy” which I honestly expected. Although the initial vehicle that brought me to him was sold to someone else, Ken, along with the used car sales manager, Don Nopper, worked to bring in a similar one for me. I will not hesitate to recommend Ken and Falls Chevrolet in the future, in fact I already have.

This dealership does not even deserve one star. Unethical, terrible customer service, sneaky salesmen, a terrible arrogant unprofessional general manager, receptionists that blocks customer phone calls, and salesmen/business managers who fail to return emails. They misrepresent extended warranties and charge extra bogus fees (like Green Clean, Paint Protection, Leather Protection). Once they have a signed Vehicle Purchase Agreement, they fail to properly prepare the vehicle, they do not perform the services for which they have charged in the contract (ie. Paint Protection and Leather Protection), and they bully customers into taking possession of the vehicle "as is"! Worst customer service I have ever experienced with a car dealership!
This place sucks on so many levels but one word describes the service department and managers, dishonest. My most recent and definitely last experience with the service department is the quite telling. I recently replaced the cabin filter and air filter in my vehicle. I took it to Falls Chev for a free oil change I was given by GM because of another complaint I filed with these guys and figured they couldn't screw that up. It took them an hour to do the service and when it was done, the adviser called to say the engine filter needed to be replaced. I told him not likely since it was changed one week ago. Then he said he was mistaken, it was the cabin filter. I again informed him that was not likely since it was also changed one week ago. Dishonest like I said.
On to the sales team. It would be unfair to describe all of them as dishonest but some are less than competent for sure. The managers however, they are as greasy as they come. I've been pricing out a new vehicle lately and decided to start with these guys. When they went to calculate the trade in of my existing vehicle, they offered me $12 000 which is laughable. The vehicle is in pristine condition cosmetically and does not require any mechanical work. The black book value on the vehicle trade in is $16 000! Additionally, they have vehicles similar to mine on the lot selling for for $18 000.
How this dealership was not closed down when GM was restructuring is beyond me. Save yourself the hassle and drive 15 minutes up the road to Niagara Motors in Virgil. They offered me $2000 more on my last trade in than Falls Chev, the salespeople are honest and not pushy in any way, and I've always had top-notch work done by their service advisers and mechanics.
