We were driving from Belleville to Ottawa but when we got to Roblin the car started making a scraping noise near the front passenger tire. It wasn't a flat, and after looking under the car I did see something hanging by the wheel on the passenger side that wasn't on the driver's side. We were told the closest place we could have it looked at was Napanee, and there was also a Chev dealership there, so we backtracked to Napanee and located it quickly.
We pulled in and were greeted by Mike Blair. We explained the problem, told him we were heading to Ottawa. Despite having many work orders on the desk he told us he'd have it looked at as soon as the mechanics came back from lunch. Within 15-20 minutes he told us our car was ready to go. We really appreciate that he did that for us so we could get back on the road quickly. We would recommend Peter Boyer Chev in Napanee to anyone without hesitation. If we lived closer, they would be our service dealer of choice for both of our GM vehicles. Thank you Mike. Ken from Ottawa.

I have dealt with Boyers for years. They are only getting better as they grow. We had one of our trucks break down out of town and Mike Blair and his service team had us a solution and had us back on the road while they dealt with our broken truck. We were looking for a second vehicle so we went to try out a 2015 Chevrolet Impala and the sales Associate we met was John Boyer. He was very welcoming and pleasant to deal with. We did not purchase as still want to keep looking.

They scratched up my vehicle and after being confronted about the scratches the Manager lied saying they would fix it. So if you don’t care about your paint, it’s probably fine to take your car there.
Well let me say what a great experience here . I was dealing with Brad Haywood in sales department. I didn't buy a gm but I did buy a used VW Beetle Dune from them and not only was the pricing fair. the whole deal went smooth and fast . Great experience overall :O)

Came here to get my back breaks checked and the service person said needed all rear brake pads rotors and calipers done and showed me the price what it would cost I refused to pay that amount and told them I can get the parts cheaper at Canadian tire and the service guy flipped out and started to curse me and said it will not cover by gm warranty I said I didn't care on a fix income and can't afford their price and he still flipped out on me and cursed that I needed away to get to Canadian tire after some delays he finally got 1 mechanic to take me to Canadian tire to get the parts when I came back he was in a better mood because he was talking with his boss but should not have took it out on the customer in the first place be my final trip here
Also the service guy was going to slap on my old parts and let me drive off as he said it was a complete waste of time not everyone has top dollars to pay for the work that had to be done
One of my tires blew while driving on the 401. I took the first exit I could and spotted this dealership / service garage. Three kind people assisted me to quickly change the tire. Phenomenal people and service. Honest, genuine and skilled.

We've never had any issues coming here. We always get our vehicles serviced here, and we find the service good and quick. They won't recommend any work that doesn't need to be done. They let us know what is borderline on our vehicles so that we can replace it if we wish.
I went for a scheduled test drive of a trailblazer thinking that was the vehicle for me. Was not big enough, Tracey Andrews listened to my needs and suggested the equinox. She nailed it !

The check engine light came on in my 2021 Silverado 2500 HD after a transmission rebuild from another Dealership in the GTA (Not Applewood). I brought the truck into Boyer and they were able to help me in a pinch on very short notice as I was on my way to Pembroke. They could not get a rental but instead loaned me one of their vehicles from their lot. I was very appreciative they would do such a thing to help me along my journey. They were able to resolve the check engine light. Highly recommend.

I had a Chevy Malibu that turned into a money pit but as soon as I seen a Chrysler 200 here, I reached out and I got ben! Ben goes through everything with you, makes sure everything is done right and is amazing overall! Great Service Department. My Chevy Volt suddenly had reduced propulsion and after pulling over it wasn't driveable. Alex and Alicia was super helpful and got the car fixed with a propulsion recall. Great honest 5 star service from Boyer GM Napanee.
We have been driving our new Traverse for 4 days and loving it. But by far the best part was the ease of of dealing with the salesman. He was transparent about the price of the car and so we didn't have to dicker to get the best price. When we picked up the car, everything was ready to go. After signing the paperwork our salesperson spent time explaining all the features and connecting our phones to the car's computer.

We are a family with a toddler on our way to see family, a few hours from them and our home, when our car wouldn't start any longer. We came to find out no mechanics were open on Sunday except for Canadian Tire which categorically refused to help us. We frantically called everywhere we could for help and found none until we called Boyer GM and spoke to Alisha who was a total angel and a lifesaver! She booked everything for us ; the towing of our car, a driver to pick us up, and the car rental as well! We were in a real bad situation, completely desperate, with no one to turn to, and Alisha saved the day. We cannot verbalize how thankful we are that she was able to take ownership of the situation and arrange it so one of the most stressful times we've faced as a family would end in such a positive fashion. We thank Alisha and her team for taking care of us in a way we did not expect or could have imagined during this crisis. Thank you once again!

This was the worst service experience ever. To start off, I would actually like to thank the mechanic Mike for explaining what was wrong with my vehicle, but it’s unfortunate the overall service at Boyer is terrible. I was lied to, they tried to charge me for a service I didn’t authorize them to do, the service manager was extremely rude and unhelpful and when I confronted him about my experience I was told to never come back.
I took my vehicle in there due to an oil leak, they called me the same day after diagnosing and replacing a part and said “yup it’s good to go”. I paid for this service, drove the vehicle home and it was still leaking oil (smoking and burning). When I called back I was advised to return my vehicle to which I did. They then tried to tell me it wasn’t the part they fixed, it must be leaking oil for “some other reason”. So why did they diagnose and replace that part if this wasn’t the cause of the oil leak? I was told they tested it again after “only” washing out my engine and topping up the oil, and my car was miraculously not leaking anymore. How did it go from smoking and burning oil to being leak free with just a clean up? At this point they also tried to charge me for this service despite not being authorized to complete the clean up or informing me of the “requirement”. When I refused, it was at this point I was told I was not welcome back.
Overall extremely rude customer service and dishonest employees.

My wife and I just purchased a 2020 Denali from Boyer Chevrolet. Our salesman was John Boyle. From our first contact by phone, to our test drive, to our purchase and delivery, John was amazing. He went over ther vehicle, its options inlcuding the onstar system. His knowledge was outstanding. There was no pressure tactics involved. The entire process was stress free, professional and enjoyable, really! We would, without a doubt recommend John Boyle as a salesman!

Have to give a big, two thumbs up, 5 stars, to Peter Boyer Chev in Napanee, especially to Jess on the front desk and Shawn in the shop. We were traveling from London to Quebec City on Sat of the long weekend and started to hear a noise from under the car at Kitchener. Tried stopping at Chev dealerships in Markham, Trenton and Belleville - all closed! Phoned Peter Boyer Chev and Jess said to come in and they would do their best to get it looked at. After a thorough check and repair by Shawn, it was found to be a minor problem with a loose heat shield (but we weren't to know). Two hours later we were back on the road without breaking the bank - the vacation was expensive enough!! Bottom line...if you have car trouble in the Napanee area while traveling, call Peter Boyer (even if you aren't driving a Chev, according to another review).
