I bought Lexus where the owner came to see me personally, arranged a cup of coffee and a biscuit and gave me a marvelous brochure illustrating the birth of Lexus!! That was not enough as their sales person ( a nice lady ) arranged excellent terms for me.

Our experience with Finch Chevrolet was a great one but particularly with our sales representative Paul Rodrigues. Paul is a knowledgeable, honest, and down to earth salesperson. Never did we feel he wasn't being honest and upfront. He made my fiancé and I both feel we were being taken care of to the fullest extent. I would say average experience overall dealing with the dealership but fantastic experience dealing with Sam. Walking in I was unfortunately not surprised (being a young woman casually dressed there with my dad and niece and shopping for a truck) to have at least 2 sales reps give me sideways looks and ignore me or in one case walk out of his office when I was talking to reception saying I wanted to look at a vehicle and turn around and walk back once he saw me. Sam came out of his office and was more than happy to help me. Sam gave me the needed information on the truck I wanted to look at as well as some advice as far as things that weren't on the truck that I was going to need to add. Sam provided the information but wasn't suggesting things I didn't need or that would end up costing me more. His patient, relaxed approach was greatly appreciated especially given the stress of having a very short window to get a new vehicle just days after a major collision with my previous truck. He had no hesitation helping me whether he thought I would ultimately buy a vehicle or not and dealt directly with me rather than my dad (which happens unfortunately too often for women buying vehicles). Sam was also fantastic with my niece and had an activity book he gave her which was a super nice touch. I did end up getting the vehicle I was there to look at during that visit.

The average rating is because of the expected judgement clearly received based appearance and opinions that I was not likely to actually buy the vehicle I asked to look at from multiple sales reps. If all the reps had been like Sam and willing to look past their preconceptions about who would buy a vehicle I might feel it is a better dealership but having dealt with similar at other places in the past I feel that it is common among car dealerships.

I went to a few dealerships before deciding to check out finch, And I was only about 60% sure about the type of vehicle I was interested in.
Nick was with a client but made sure I was tended to even though at that time he was occupied, I continued to look around in the lot but my daughter started to make a fuss so it was time to head back home, before I left though Nick came back to give me a business card and see if I was assisted yet but I just said sorry I had to leave.

I called Nick later that week to arrange an appointment and check out a few trucks. On the day of I said I also wanted to look at a couple SUV’s because now I wasn’t sure. Even though it was the day of and with no notice Nick still managed to meet my requests and help me narrow down the vehicle I was suited for to by eliminating the ones I didn’t want after many test drives and discussing those vehicles.
Nearing the end of the day and after some conversing we found the one best suited to my situation and requirements.

Nick and the team at finch made the experience a pleasant one and whenever people ask me about it, I tell them “I would definitely go back there if I were in the market for another vehicle.”

They won’t prepare well for your reserved service. When I got there, it still took them half an hour to check if they have the brake pads required.

They just don’t care about your car condition; all they want to do is to exaggerate the problem of your car and try to charge you more money. They will insert services you don’t ask for onto the list and find other staff to persuade you to buy their service!

Okay lets start with the service dept. The dept is run by Tim. Tim has a team second to none. Everyone is pleasant and knows their job inside and out. Anytime I have had a problem with my car (minor problem) It has been resolved immediately and if the car need to be kept in I was offered an loner. Well done Tim you have a great bunch of guys and gals.

Now to my nemesis!!!! Paul Rodrigues What can I say about Paul that I haven't said before! He is a top salesman and he somehow knows my weakness for new cars! My family and myself have now bought a total of 8 cars, trucks and SUV's from him. Yes he is that good. Paul worked tireless for me getting me into the deal that I needed and could afford. Paul's knowledge of GM cars and trucks is second to none and can answer any question instantly and if he does not know he will find out for you.

In whole I have never had a bad experience at this dealership. I commend everyone from the receptionists to the mechanics in the workshop and everyone in between.

By they way I love my new Camaro SS. It is even better than you said it would be!!!!!!

AVOID THE GMC TERRAIN AT ALL COSTS!
Purchased the 2018 Terrain in December of '17. Barry is who I was dealing with, to put it simply he was fantastic to deal with during the purchase process. Standalone I would rate the sales at Finch 5 stars.

Unfortunately the service side is far from ideal. Vehicle has less than 20,000km coming on roughly 6+ visits for service. Touch screen was defective within 2 weeks of purchase but took more than a year and a third visit before it was acknowledged replacement was needed. Recently the radio died and needed replacement as well.

Now on to the next booking for service as the engine light is on for the second time in a year!

The bigger concern is the horrendous 9 speed transmission. Drive the car day to day and you will feel nothing but hard jerking gear shifts, and loss of power when making left turns or accelerating. Scary stuff when your car feels like it's going to die in the middle of the intersection!

I imagine they have no option other than to deny there is a problem if this is a wide spread problem like the documented 8 speed transmission issues in other GM models.

I'm treated to nothing other than "it is what it is" and "GM says this is normal" while here I am, left with a vehicle that will eventually most likely cause me to end up in an accident.

I'm at the point now where I have no choice but to look into trading the vehicle in for a different manufacturer even if it costs me. It really is that bad.

Amazing service from start to finish. We went in on Wednesday afternoon and picked up the new car Saturday morning. Sam was incredible. From the moment we walked in we felt like our business mattered to Finch, but they weren't pushy at all. Sam found us exactly what we wanted, and then made it happen along with Mike in Finance. Sam even brought up discounts that I never even would have thought to ask about. I love my new Cruze!

This was actually the second dealership we went to in London, and honestly the commercials are right... SEE FINCH FIRST!!

I had nothing but good to say about this place until recently. I had an engine light in my Cadillac with 36,000 kms. I'm a mechanic and checked the code myself. I confirmed the issue and it was an easy fix, part is $35 on Amazon. I called the dealer to see if it was covered under warranty and they wouldn't tell me unless I paid $139.99 for one of there mechanics to diagnose it. I went back and forth with them. I wasn't asking for it to be blindly replaced. I just wanted to know IF that part was covered.

Bottom line is that I'll never know because i fixed it myself for $35 bucks. They will never get my business for service.

It would have been 1 star if it wasn't for my awesome sales guy and purchase experience a couple years ago.

I've recently purchased a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze and I don't have enough nice things to say about my experience! Morgan Crosbie was my salesman and I was very happy with the friendly service we received. He was able to answer any questions that we had, and was very knowledgeable about every feature in my car. He was able to speak technical terms with my father, and in laymans terms with me so I could understand what they were saying. He worked very hard to get me the best deal, and I left feeling very satisfied with the price I paid.
Something that I really liked is when I picked up the car, Morgan went through every feature on the dash, helped me set all my presets and connected my phone to the Bluetooth connectivity feature my car has. He went above and beyond with his customer service, and that was really appreciated.

For my next car purchase I will be going back to Finch, and hopefully dealing with Morgan again in the future.

The experience at Finch Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC for me has always been one of highest quality I have ever had. When I pull the doors of the building, I enter into a well spacious, clean environment with smiling professionals who are willing to meet the customers calmly and patiently. It has been 2 weeks since my purchase but it was the quickest and painless vehicle purchase I have had as well. Mark Klein was my sales consultant. It was always a joy to converse with Mark as he gave me more than enough information about the vehicles we looked at but there was much wisdom in the advise he gave as well towards the choices.

Without a doubt, Mark will also be the first person I would seek for guidance and to go to for any future vehicle sales, trade or purchase.

I would also mention that I had other interaction with other members of staff and it was very professional from everyone. I don't know the gentleman's name but I have seen him many times I come to the showroom and from his wear, I believe he works in the service and parts department but on weekend, you can catch him on grill making hotdogs and burgers for the staff and customers passing through. I think it should be noted, he was just as helpful as the sales staff to assist just because he saw my wife and I in the car lot looking at the vehicles on an evening where the office was about to closed for the day.
