I brought my 2016 Nissan vehicle in for a promotional Oil change since they advertised they provide service on all makes and vehicles. They completed the oil change and provided a courtesy check on fluids. GMC told me there was no engine coolant in my vehicle and that I possibly had an issue and recommended going to the Nissan dealership as it should be under my warranty and they didn't carry the coolant needed. I respected their advice and booked an appointment with my NIssan dealer. I just picked up the car and they showed me that coolant was not low and there was no concern on any leaks after a diagnostic. GMC advertises they work on all vehicles but $150 later on an unneeded diagnostic and I feel GMC does not know how to properly service Nissan vehicles and I don't feel confident relying on their service advice at least for this type of vehicle.

First time visit. Our salesman, Chris, knew exactly what we wanted to know about the car that we were looking and knew exactly how to address our concerns and queries. Direct and short and no fuss. Didn't waste our time. He said "just follow my lead" -- i was in sales and marketing, too, that's why i could sense if a salesman is just trying to rip you off and let you play his ballgame. He did not. He was actually there to help us get the car we wanted without trying to sell one.

Went to service station with a water leak

Nov 2- Paid 3 hours of diagnostic fee and parts fee
For repair - didn't fix the problem!
Nov 5- Paid again 2 hours of diagnostic & parts fee didn't fix the problem !
They orders some parts from US told me to wait 2 weeks and they told me they would give me a call back once the part arrive in service station (note-I already paid for the parts in advance)
Waiting waiting........
1month passed never heard back from them...
I gave them a call back ( the lady on the phone- sorry because of covid19 we couldn't give you a call back blah blah blah and blah, fact-they forgot to inform me and making covid19 as an excuse while holding on to the parts)
Again paid for repair (in total spending more than$1000 for repair) so the problem should be fixed right? Have a look at the picture that I attached
In my opinion the technicians are not qualified to do work here and employees treat the customers like sh*t, anyone who read this review before come into this please think twice whether they wanted to fix your car or getting robed!

I worked at the Nissan dealership on Kemp road.. I asked for a raise as I felt I deserved one. The service manager at the time was Fred Macdonald. I had a conversation with Fred and thought I was doing fine as Fred said why not. Later that day I got called up to the office by Fred. Colin Sillicker was sitting there and laid me off stating that it was a company policy of no raises. Colin Sillicker and I have had battles at Toyota years ago where I was proven right and he just holds a grudge. Colin Sillickeris the operation manager of Oregon’s Automotive. Shame. I emailed Steve Oregan and he got back to me but nothing was ever done. I was awarded a 5 yr award at the Christmas party that year. It was an Oregan coat of arms pin. Who in the hell wants that? A 100.00 gift certificate would have been great. Needless to say the pin is floating in the sewer somewhere. Shame on this company'!!!!!!!'!

I dropped my work vehicle off for a warranty oil leak repair and have winter tires installed. Unit is 2019 Traverse. I had booked the appointment and rented a car to have this work done! They phoned this morning to say the engine front cover was leaking and they will be keeping vehicle overnight. They phoned back at 3 pm to tell me they will fix the oil leak on my next oil change. I called to speak to warranty supervisor and tried to explain that element has supplied us with a list of excepted,outlet they approve for maintenance work and we are not permitted to take vehicle to a dealer for a simple oil change ! I was told that is bogus! So I was basically called a lier and that our conversation was now over. So I waisted the entire day and had to rent a vehicle to have nothing resolve!
I was told by the service writer Terry they would supply a vehicle when I come back for repair? Why did I have to rent a car today?.. I will NEVER GO Back to Oreagans again ! Very rude and very poor aditude from manager Denis. I will take my traverse to a different Chen dealer to have warranty work covered. I am also putting in a complaint with Chevrolet !

In general, car maintenance prices are a lot higher in Halifax than Ontario. I pay more there, but it's the only place I could trust. As a general comment not specifically related to this dealership, the auto stop function is awful and killing my car, and I absolutely hate it. I will not buy another car with this option without the option to turn it off.

Chris Nicohlson is sales was great for deal with. The delivery of the vehicle was seemless from the business office to Chris going over the many functions my new truck has. I left with the confidence to take advantage of all of these new functions. The operation manager is service Nick has also been very helpful with getting price to have the box liner sprayed. Friendly, informative service. A team the works together and is very customer service oriented. I was put right in through their service bay (make sure you come in around the back) and guided through where to go and what happens next, who I talk to ( very reassuring for a first visit!) and when I picked up my vehicle it even had a little bottle of water waiting for me in it. They followed up and I already booked my next service. Shuttle service was also super handy and considerate as they got me to work in plenty of time. Very positive experience!

I was yelled at in front of my 9 year old son and told to "shut the hell up" because I wasn't the one who's vehicle was being looked at. Michael Baker as well as the rest of his incompetent staff were extremely unprofessional when their practices were called into question after having told my cousin her truck was fixed after replacing the battery and charging $500+ and not 5 minutes after her driving it out of the lot it had died again.... Causing me (who was with her) to inquire as to how this were possible leading to the aforementioned abuse...
This place is horrible and when shared on Facebook, the amount of people who agreed and shared similar stories were too many to count...
Way to go O'Regans. I hope you get rid of your chauvenistic sales manager who uses intimidation tactics to distract customers from the lies you all feed them.

After having sought resolution via contact with Ms. M.E. O'Regan, CS Rep for O'Regan's, to no avail, this....
On Friday 14 June 2019, my niece was informed that her vehicle was ready for pick up after having been "thoroughly" inspected by O'Regan's crack service team. She had been informed her issue of the vehicle shutting down suddenly had been solved with the installation of a new battery. She, my daughter, and 9 year old grandson went down to pay for ($500.00+) and pick up the vehicle.
After having driven from O'Regan's lot to obtain fuel, the vehicle again died.
Having been next door to fuel, they limped it back to O'Regan's within 10 minutes of their original departure to, of course, discuss the problem remaining un-repaired. In a nutshell, O'Regan's service team informed my niece that the issue wasn't their problem.
Long story short, as my niece became frustrated with the discussion my daughter calmly intervened to request how it wasn't their problem as that was exactly what the vehicle had been there to have repaired and it had been released to them a mere 10-12 minutes prior stated as repaired.
Michael Baker, that locations service manager then proceeded to scream and yell at my daughter telling her it "wasn't her business" and "....had an obligation to....." and that he'd "....only speak to my niece...." about the issue, etc....
Now I wholeheartedly agree that my niece should have been the only one talking to the service staff but.... I don't agree with what Michael Baker did in yelling & screaming at two young women and especially with a 9 year old child present. This clearly represents disrespect and unprofessional behavior at the very least.
Having related this story to Ms. M. E. O'Regan, I'd requested a simple apology be provided my daughter and grandson due to Mr. Baker's abhorrent behavior. Her reply after having performed an investigation was "they (Michael Baker) provided a different version of events".
Ms. O'Regan, regardless of any different version of events, regardless of anything else pertaining to this incident in relevance, your organization's support of Mr. Baker's childish, reprehensible behavior speaks volumes in what you believe of your customers.
As word of mouth is a wonderful thing even in this electronic age, I assure you, your business practices shall be well known.

I bought a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze on Finance on Saturday March 23. This was a green light tested vehicle, The first issue, before I got physical possession of the vehicle, I was promised full undercoating that didn't happen unfortunately, it had to be delayed to Friday March 28th. The second issue is that I had a check engine light 3 days later on Tuesday March 27th, and I called my sales representative and told him about the engine light and he said since it was a solid light , I could wait until Friday March 29th to get the vehicle in and then the next day Wednesday March 28th, the vehicle unexpectedly stalled at the traffic light, luckily I was able to restart and take it back to the dealership for immidiate review ,they gave me a loaner for work for now ,and I called my sales representative and he "thinks" it's a sensor problem which worries me very much, I have lost all faith in the vehicle, I request to explore better options before I take my business somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. They have no problem selling you a vehicle, but when it comes time to repair, they are unable to get parts within a reasonable amount of time. My truck has been in the shop for 2.5 weeks already, I received a call yesterday informing me that the earliest the part could be in was April 1st. This would be acceptable if they were providing a vehicle for the time needed to repair, but they are not. Also still paying for the vehicle as it sits unusable in thier lot.

Because of this trouble and lack of customer service I will never buy another GM product .

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Warren Hood! Very nice guy and very easy to deal with! He set me and my girlfriend up with a Beautiful 2018 Malibu. With some work, he was able to get it into our budget and price range! Very informative and polite Salesman!

He let us take the car for a drive and explained all the features it had. Even did pending deal so that my father could come take a look at the car with me! (My fathers my right hand man)

This last update (I upped the stars because of the three employees
attitude that I have mentioned in the review):
I was greeted by another pleasant employee today to return my tires.
I received a check for the tires. I was not reimbursed for the towing (about $100), the labor and shipping for the tires(about $200), nor the trip to return the tires. I really do not feel that I should have had to fight for this. I purchased three vehicles and had most of the maintenance done there. Ensure you tell service what the correct parts are to use on your vehicles. Oh, and the rims already have rust (2 weeks). I do look after my vehicles, but I have to say, this is the longest ( over 10 years). I have every owned a vehicle. Please see my Steele review.

I spoke with a delightful lady from O'Regan's HO. I will be updating this after I complete the (2 hour return) drive to the dealership on Wednesday to return the tires and receive a refund on the tires but not the labour to prepare and install them. I work with all of the major roadside assistance companies, so I will ask their opinion also.

The technician told me the correct parts to replace on my 4X4. That is the one star.
The rest is unbelievable:
I ask for All Terrain, they put way too small winter tires (not even safe to drive) on my truck (I bought the truck from them) and they would not do anything except 'Change your speedometer reading'. I had to buy the correct tires from a tire dealer. The installer told me the rims are old spare tire rims that someone spray painted to match color. One of the $466.92 worth of sensors was not installed correctly. The wheel alignment after results shows a lot of red.
I was told $550 for a sensor and plug. I bought OEM parts online for $232 (tax and ship inc.). It did take me an hour and a half to install them (I had to go 40 KM each way) to get a wrench to get at them.
Told I needed a $2200 brake job. The truck has not been driven a lot lately and there is surface rust on the rotors. The brakes were done recently and never worked this good when the truck was new.
Oh also, according to them I need one front half axle and seals for $1000. To be honest, I am not sure about the axle but I spilled oil, when filling it, so everything on the differential and axle housings have oil on them.
Anyone want to buy Cooper Discoverer P235/75/15 studdable winters with 65 KM on them.
