Overall, I am satisfied with the service provided at Murray but, it could be better if the car would've been dried properly after the wash. I just washed my car clean a day before my service appointment and I was a bit upset when I picked up my car soaking wet after the courtesy wash at Murray. The person who washed the car should have spent few extra minutes to wipe it dry which I had to do before driving off...

Merv is an awesome salesman.. he responded to all my queries promptly. He is good to deal with. Very humble and down to earth person. Dealership is good as well and cashier and billing lady were nice. Helped my car buying goes as smooth as possible.

But I’m was very disappointed with their sales manager Andrew Grey. 26.2k car and didn’t even wave off 200$ on that to make it 26k round figure. And way he speaks is very rude. Don’t ever deal with this guy if you want to buy a vehicle from here.
He is very very rude and doesn’t show any interest to sell you a car. Or maybe he was jealous that i was buying a 26k vehicle cash.

Overall, from my car buying experience i felt that dealership is good

Great customer service. I went for an oil change and was very impressed with the two young women who assisted me. One sent me to the lounge while she waited with my car until the bay was ready for it. The other explained my service and also checked and discovered some required work was still under warranty and arranged to have it looked after the same day. After discovering I also required an alignment she offered to have me picked up the following morning for my volunteer shift so the car could be kept overnight. I was impressed.

As always, you are greeted professionally at Murray's, whether it be in the service area or showroom. The staff are thorough and confident, which in turn is reassuring and makes one feel as if your vehicle will be properly repaired. If there has to be one item where the score may not be ideal, and it is a sign of the times or not unique to this business, but for a basic oil change, the price was a tad high, and cost was not reviewed prior to handing the keys (one may be willing to pay more and to return to a dealership where they have been looked after consistently, but if the price difference is too great, some of that customer loyalty might wear away).

I had booked an appointment for three issues. From the welcome, the shuttle ride, and payment all staff with whom I came in contact were happy, friendly and professional! I received appreciated advice on how to deal with one of the issues in my 14 year old car.

Again a wonderful experience from start to finish. Oh, free coffee while I waited a few minutes and.....a clean car.

Came from Winnipeg to visit my daughter 30km South of Brandon. Went to move my Chev truck but it would not start or even turn over. After getting it towed to Murray Chevrolet I expected I would have to pick it up in a day or two. Darren, my Service Advisor, was great to deal with and said he would keep me appraised on progress. It was not too long before I got a call that it needed a starter replacement. I was able to pick up my truck before noon. Seeing as they did not get it until 9 AM I was amazed that they diagnosed and repaired my vehicle in that short time, and even washed it! Kudos to Darren and the rest of the team for getting me back on the road so fast. They sure brightened up what started out to be a dismal day!

I came into Brandon for an oil change and to do a few errands but the team gave me a poor job on my truck. There was oil on my hood and on my steering wheel, but that’s not all they pulled my cabin filter and now they got a leaf in the blower motor and they did not take it out. I told your service advisor Josey to update my address in the computer but she failed to do so, plus she doesn’t know how to spell my first name and it’s spelt wrong. Great dealership to buy from but the service needs to be more professional.

Was in Brandon working, broke a CV joint, brought it in to Murray’s. Service guy calls me and tells me his tech recommends changing the idler arm and pitman arm, I said that’s funny they were both replaced not even 20000 km’s ago. All of a sudden they were within spec and don’t worry about them!
Do these people even check the GM website that lists all of the work done on your vehicle if done at a GM dealership! Maybe check before trying to scan someone!

Horrible auto detailing service.

After attempting for three weeks to get my car in (no one knows how to book in a car to get leaned except one person who doesn't return calls) I dropped my car off the night before my appointment. At 3:00 I finally called to see if my car was ready. No one knew. Finally someone called me back. Went to get my car, no bill made up. Had to wait. I go to my car and there is gum stuck to the roof, water lines all over the outside of the car and bugs and road grime still on the outside of the car. Car mats weren't cleaned ( as the wording states) and car was not dried with a chamois, because if it was there wouldn't be water lines on it. You get a better wash at co op for $11. Other dealers do a better job for a cheaper price.

service department is total garbage, Had to get the same problem on my truck fixed 3 times and then when I left it there for weeks they told me I never left it even though they gave me a rental car. I always get my tires rotated and oil changes done at the same time and have yet to have it done in less than 2 and a half hours but yet I can drive to virden get It done and be back within an hour and a half. and the last time I got it done they scratched my truck all over the place. will not buy another veichle hear again.
