Very reasonable to deal with.
Bought a used vehicle from Mark who was good to work with. Had a few issues with the truck 4 months later, spoke with Zach and expressed my frustrations.
Buying a used vehicle has no guarantees, and I am truly impressed that they would listen to my concerns and stand behind the vehicles they sell, because they sure don’t have to after 4 months of use!
Thank you so much for helping me out, I truly appreciate that there are still some good, honest, respectful and professional businesses out there. You guys are one of them!!

I am not very impressed with the Quality of service. This was our first experience and not a good one. We had a recall done that consisted of a few things. One being a new catalytic converter and new exhaust pipes before and after. The mechanic hooked a brand new exhaust pipe to a muffler that wad split down the side releasing exhaust fumes and making a ton of noise. There was no mention of it, no call to see if I would like it changed and no mention of it on the work order. I completely understand that it would not have been included in the recall and would of cost me extra. I think that falls in to some sort of quality control problem. I am sure that after doing any type of exhaust work you are required to check for leaks. If he checked for leaks on the connection of the exhaust pipe to the muffler he would of gasped for air with the carbon monoxide that was coming out on to his face. The other concern I have is that I called to ask what happened and why I was not notified. I called and left a message after trying to reach someone 4 times. Finally I talked with the Service Manager to explain my frustration and he was automatically in defense mode explaining how it was not their fault and not a part of the recall. We chatted for a bit and I thought I finally got my point across. I thought he finally understood that it was their fault and it was negligent on the mechanics part not to notice this on his inspection of the work completed. We left the conversation with the service manager going to talk to his mechanic and see what happened. He assured me he would call back and let me know his findings. That was last Wednesday? I think that knowingly sending a vehicle out on to the road with an exhaust leak and not informing the customer would fall under some sort of violation under government restrictions? Needless to say I am not impressed with the service at Edwards Garage in Rocky Mountain House.

We purchased a new ( demo ) truck in Dec 2020, Our sales consultant Stephen treated us with kindness and was very personable, he genuinely listened to what we were looking for and after some weeks of searching he was able to find the truck that was right for us, The overall experience was positive and we drove away feeling that we weren't just a sale or dollar sign. A huge shout out to Darcy , who greeted us with a smile from the service counter as we addressed some minor issues, and for Travis who fixed those issues and also the ones we weren't aware of, Travis also installed a bush guard bumper and he did a fantastic job! Another shout out to Timothy from the Lube Service Bay who was friendly and meticulous.

If you want a great experience purchasing a vehicle definitely go to Edwards Garage! We shopped around a bit looking for a good used truck. Most dealers we're happy to show us all the features of a truck we liked but not Edwards, the first thing Terry did was show us a copy of the inspection report so we could make a decision based on facts. The honesty and desire to get us a fair deal was overwhelming. They weren't trying to sell us anything, they were all about assisting us in making a good choice. Sue made the paperwork easy and seamless. Thank you Terry and Sue, we are so happy with our "new to us" truck!!

Got a new water pump installation costed close too 1000$ wasn't even the issue with my truck, was still over heating another 150 they charged again for diagnostic wanted another 1400 for a new fan motor. Service department there just out too rip people off for money and parts DO NOT bring your vehicle too them!

Amazing experience and service!
We had a breakdown with our campervan while driving through Rockey mountain house.
It was lucky that the garage was close by so we spent the night on the parking lot to let them have a look at it the next morning.
We figured out that our transmission is burned ... Worst nightmare when living in a van.
So we had to order a new one. They also tried everything to find the cheapest one possible for us. Sadly the shipping time turned out to be a week, so we asked the owner if we could sleep on the parking lot for this time (we couldn't move anyways) and he was super friendly, let us stay and use the waiting room + wifi and plugs ... He even said if they would have showers, we could have used them.
After a few days of living on the parking lot all the staff knew us and was super friendly, on the weekend the owner itself came to the parking lot even though they were closed to take us for a ride in his car to show us what we could do in the town.
And after a few days of waiting the service person who was responsible for us told us, that his friend wants to sell a van, same model as mine just a bit older for a price less then what the transmission would cost and that we should check it out ... So we ended up buying this van.
They took the transmission out for us and put it in my van. Also they replaced a few rusty parts with better parts from the other van to safe time and keep the costs for the work low.
The solution with the other van safed us much time and money and we were back on the road sooner then expected which made everything way more relaxed in the end.
Overall the staff was super committed to our problems and they did everything to help us.
It sounds strange but it was actually a great experience living on this parking lot and in the end we were even allowed to fill up our water containers😂

I've recently opted to just start coming in to talk to someone for everything because the new phone system is the worst. You end up talking with someone on the east coast and then they try to transfer you back to the dealership and can't get through to anyone. Doesn't make any sense.

Responses to this review and the positive action of the service advisor in this matter are appreciated.

I just spent an hour and 20 min. On the side of the highway looking for my center cap that was failed to be reinstalled correctly.

Amazing customer service. I am from Calgary and work full-time, so the only day I could come in was a Saturday. I was originally given the number for Dale, and he gathered the paperwork for me to come see it. It turned out he was not on shift that Saturday, but he gave me a heads up and told me the name of the salesman who would be helping in his absence. Terry had the vehicle ready to go when we got there and was very professional and obviously very focused on customer service. He told us many times he wanted to make sure we had a good experience. He introduced us to Sue in finance, and she continued the same amazing customer service through the financing process. I was able to test drive, finance, and drive it off the lot same day, which is great because I live far away. Would recommend this dealership to anyone - outstanding experience.

I'm a Ford guy, but, I was there for an RV part as these guys do that thankfully. We were camped at Bighorn the first wknd in October/19 and the propane regulator packed it in the first night. That 5th wheel was like a fridge over night!! Travelled into Rocky to stop at the competitor RV place thinking they would solve the problem for sure... but they were only open weekdays at that time of year. Not Edward's. Not only were they open but they actually had that regulator hanging on their display shelf. Sold!! The guy at the counter was very helpful as well. Thanks guys!!

Purchased creekside 27bhs in 2016. Trailer had multiple issues from delivery. Never any follow up.
Final issue was discovering they installed a 5000lb towball on the weight distribution hitch they sold me on a trailer that has a 11,000 lb GVW. E- mailed Zach Kennedy with no response to this issue.
Rv technician had no idea on setting up weight distribution sytem and outdoors rv pdi checklist was substituted for their own. They had one good rv tech who no longer appears to be with them.

I was an out of town customer. Its taken me 18 months to sort this trailer out.

I gave them 2 stars as trailer issues were due to poor factory assembly of floor structure.

I recently purchased a used trailer from Edward's. After taking it out for a few weekends of camping , I noticed some damage. I called and spoke with Zach, he made arrangements to have the trailer fixed. I dropped it off on a Friday and Don and his team had the trailer repaired by the following Wednesday. I was very pleased with the turnaround time and their willingness to work with me on the cost of the repair. Thanks again for getting us back out camping.

We have a RV and we needed an estimate done on it, and due to poor choices the company that it was at did damagesd to it and was to be fix by them. But then we where told sorry we have closed are doors.so I made one call and was told to call Edwards . I have never ever had such a nice person talk to me on the phone like they did.I was not put on hold for an hr . They did say that they are really busy but I was on hold for4 min is all . I was put through to the service department and a really nice gentleman named Don helped me out . Now my RV is on its way to see Don tonight . After 2 other places said they had no time till Dec-Jan and I thankful for Edwards help

I have boughten 4 vehicles from Edwards Garage with my most recent being a 2014 Buick Verano. My salesman did an excellent job explaining all the features and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. The business office acted in a very professional manner collecting my personal information and handling the financing of my vehicle. The service department have always been able to fix my vehicle right the first time and the courtesy shuttle the provide is extremely convenient.
